    Josh and Lynn did a fantastic job renovating a small attic bathroom in our 1930 bungalow. They were professional, courteous, clean, and absolute perfectionists laying the vintage reproduction tile. They were able to totally gut and redo the room while maintaining vintage charm. We are thrilled with the finished job and wont hesitate to reach out for any future projects! (Note....we are still waiting on the custom glass shower door that is missing in these photos).

    After an extremely long search for someone to renovate 2 bathrooms, I finally ran across Josh and his wife Lynn. Immediately following our first meeting I knew this was the one! Both the master and hall baths were complete guts accomplished back-to-back.It would be impossible to be any happier with the completed projects. Josh and Lynn are both perfectionist and have the latest equipment available. Their air scrubbing systems were flawless – I literally had no construction dust settling around the house. They made the entire project effortless for me and their level of communication was most appreciated!I couldn’t possible give them a higher review – flawless!! If you want the best renovation contractor out there, hassle free without the drama - Josh and Lynn are the team.Thanks so much, I will be enjoying the efforts of you labor for decades to come!

    We hired Josh and Lynn for a complete master bath remodel in Oakwood. The results were absolutely outstanding, and the experience from beginning to end was extremely professional.Josh and Lynn have invested in some of the highest-end tools and equipment I’ve ever seen, including high-end air scrubbers and tools with vacuum attachments (see attached photos). These tools dramatically reduced - or I should say, completely eliminated - dust settling elsewhere in the house throughout the duration of the work.Josh and Lynn kept a perfectly regular schedule and were friendly and professional the whole time. Their time estimates were as accurate as any contractor I’ve ever worked with. They are trained in installing Wedi shower systems. They used laser leveling tools to ensure the tile install was perfect even using wavy tiles.Our new bath is perfect and was installed correctly using the best tools. Josh and Lynn take their time to plan and prep, which saves a lot of time in the long run because the thoughtful planning eliminated unnecessary rework. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day, and at the beginning of each day they carefully installed high quality floor runners and plastic barriers to control dust.I really cannot praise the quality of their work and professionalism enough and enthusiastically recommend them.

    We hired Joshs Handy 4 Hire to remodel our master bathroom. They did an amazing job! They are a small team of two, but that (as both owners and operators) allows them to remain completely focused on your job and bring a level of attention to detail, care and professionalism that I think more sizable contractors might not typically have. They were very knowledgeable and always friendly and personable when they were at our house. We have two small children, two cats and a dog... so, I am sure that all makes a remodel a little more challenging. But, they were very respectful and cautious of our family life and took many steps to keep the house clean during the whole process. We are super happy with the final result and will definitely be calling them for our next remodel.

    We hired Josh and Lynn for a full kitchen remodel. They were amazing! Our 1938 home required a full demo/removal of old cabinets, and install of new cabinets including a new layout. In order to make room for our new refrigerator and new coffee bar, Josh built a wall AND designed and built floor to ceiling pantry doors. So cool! And functional. Electrical work was also required, ceiling repair and paint, wall repair, over the range microwave install, and the final, just finished yesterday, tile backsplash. Josh and Lynn were incredibly helpful guiding us to make good decisions for cabinet selection including cabinet color, paint/room color, pulls for the cabinets and new pantry doors, tile grout color AND what not to do (we left the wood floor). Losing your kitchen to construction is challenging. Josh and Lynn made the process as painless as possible and were so thorough setting up and cleaning up daily that often the kitchen was the cleanest room in the house during all this. lol. Thank you Josh and Lynn for your hard work and expertise. A kitchen remodel is a really big deal and you were patient with our many many questions. And our dog loves you!

    Josh and his wife Lynne did an amazing job on our kitchen! Complete update of outdated kitchen including removing and installing new cabinets, flooring, faucet, backsplash, built island and new wall including plumbing work and installing new lighting. They were efficient, courteous, responsible and on time from beginning to end. They communicated with us on even the smallest details. Their workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. We highly recommend them for anyone needing a professional job completed in a timely manner.

    Very professional job of replacing old fiberglass surround tub with smaller glass walled shower. Involved new drain, shower walls, and drywall modifications.They also replaced an old toilet with a bidet, which involved electrical, and plumbing alterations.Through the process they encountered a few challenges which they overcame.Btw, we had a separate issue with a plumbing leak, which they took care of by figuring out the source of the leak, fixing that and replacing the damaged drywall, including paint.Very satisfied and enjoying our new bathroom.

    I saw Josh’s van at Menards one day and noticed how neat and clean it was- not a beat down cluttered mess like you commonly see in construction vehicles. I needed some work done quickly on a house I was selling, so I gave him a call. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did the work in a more than reasonable amount of time and the quality was excellent

    We were tabbed with an unanticipated move to San Antonio while I was deployed. We needed to get several projects done around the house to get it ready for an immediate listing. Josh responded quickly to our initial inquiry, came right out to give a no-nonsense quote. He even provided advice on other projects I was taking on myself. His team worked tirelessly over two days and we could not be more pleased with the results. I wish I had found out about him sooner. If were ever stationed at WPAFB again, hell be the first I call to get something done. Affordable, fast, honest, and well done... cant ask for anything more.
