    We purchased a home in Davenport 3-1-24 and it needed a lot of work. I had to go and get some samples of flooring and I was lucky enough to stumble in Lujo’s . we are from Connecticut so I knew no contractors for what we had planned for this house a complete remodel. I met Luis the owner and he showed me some things and said he could help me with everything, floors, bathrooms and kitchens. I was so relieved. Pedro a manager came a measured the house and gave me a price, he also told me he could start the following week. I was blown away. 4 weeks later everything in our is new, beautiful and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. This is an unbelievable company to deal with, all the workers were so neat and kind to us and our property. They did what they said and showed up every day. I can not say enough if you are ever in need of tile work, or kitchen or bath remodel definitely use this company. Thanks again for everything Pedro you were a real life saver.

    Lujo Floors was great to work with. We got our kitchen and three bathrooms remodeled, and we are very happy with how it turned out. Lujo Floors pricing is reasonable, the quality of the materials are excellent and everyone was very professional throughout the whole process.We even had to add a pretty large project at the last minute and they were able to accommodate our requests and get the work completed by our targeted deadline. We are very happy with everything from start to finish and highly recommend!

    I highly recommend this company. I purchased a home recently and it was so ugly on the inside, but it had potential. I came to Lujo Floors and they allowed me to design my house the way I wanted it, but they also gave me professional advice. I was on a budget and they helped me stay UNDER my budget which was amazing. I am so happy with the results of my house. My house changed completely and people compliment my house all the time now. I will be coming back to extend my kitchen in the next year. Lujo Floors is the best in Polk County thus far!

    Do you have ugly floors and do not know where to go? In Polk County the place to go is Lujo Floors. We just had Lujo Floors installed porcelain tile in the living room and three bedrooms along with LVP in the kitchen. We were a bit nervous since we were having this done a week before Christmas . After talking to Pedro and the installers our fears were soon diminished. The workmanship was outstanding, the installers took their time and made sure everything was done as we wished. We shopped around before deciding on Lujo and everywhere we went we felt that they did not want to do the job as we wanted it done or their prices were not in our budget but not Lujo. Pedro took his time to understand what we wanted and was able to get the project done below our budget, an example of how Lujo works with the customer was in the living room we wanted to save the oak baseboard and remove and reinstall the oak shoe molding no problem was his answered. Other companies wanted to remove both moldings and reinstall new molding which is not what we wanted. In the three bedrooms they installed a new baseboard and once again their quality craftsmanship showed through with a excellent job.Lujos customer service after the install is outstanding. We had to call Pedro due to the fact that we thought there were chips in two of the tiles in the master bedroom. He did give us excuses or the more common answer which is we will try to get back out soon. He had the installers out the same day as I called and came to find out what looked like chips were just grout that was not cleaned off the tile. Pedro and the installers were extremely friendly and kept saying that they are there to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the work that was done. In my opinion that type of customer service is very hard to find in todays world.

    We used Lujo Floors to replace our bedroom carpet and they did a great job. The carpet was ordered and installed scheduled in a timely matter. The installer did an amazing job carefully moving and replacing all our furniture for the install. We will definitely use them for any flooring needs we have in the future!

    I’ve lived in Davenport, FL for well over 11+ years and finally decided to do away with my 20 year old laminate kitchen countertops. I heard by word of mouth from my sister’s friend that Lujo flooring did an amazing job on their kitchen remodel. I decided to go with the recommendation. I called them on 8/27 and spoke with Jose. Within an hour, Jose came to my home, measured countertops, provided options and a very awesome price! My countertops were completely done by 9/1! Amazing, honest and friendly service!. I can’t wait to get my bathrooms done in the future!

Each team of workers was highly skilled and when an issue or question came up, Jose was in touch quickly.     We decided to upgrade the master bathroom and employed LuJo to do the job, the bath was removed and was replaced with a large walk in shower with a glass wall, all existing walls were replaced and extensive pipe work was required. A new vanity with double sinks was fitted. The tile work was of the highest quality. Pedro Torres was always on hand to see that everything went smoothly, and changes I wanted were no trouble to him.I highly recommend them and will use them again in future projects.

    My husband and I wanted to remodel our master bath at which we started looking at different businesses. We chose Lujo Floors based on Reviews. Could we of gotten a different price probably, but we worked with Luis advising him we wanted to remove garden tub, remove shower door and replaced with a block door and new shower walls, floor tiles.     We decided to redo our 20-year-old kitchen and it was extremely challenging finding someone we thought was dependable enough for us to hire. We met with several companies and did not feel comfortable with any of them. Then we met Jose at LuJo Floors. He came to our house to look at the area and immediately understood what we were trying to do. He provided excellent suggestions on how to do things better and sent us a computer rendering of how it would look. After a little tweaking here and there, we decided to give them a chance with the project and are so glad we did. Our kitchen turned out great and the entire experience was much easier than we expected. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable and experienced in their jobs. They readily communicated with us throughout the process and kept us informed throughout…something we had found lacking in some other companies.     Jose and his team at LuJo Floors did a great job in getting our 24x48 porcelain tiles installed throughout the entire house (2000 sq ft). We opted in for the additional services to: 1) have the team move our furniture and appliances; 2) replace the 3 inch baseboards with 5 inch baseboards; and 3) have the baseboards painted. With these added services, it was truly an seamless install and the team put the furniture back to their original spot at the end.They provided me with the best value upfront, included all the installation tools, grout, thinest, paint, etc. All I had to do is bring my own tiles (they provide an option to select a tile from their showroom). I recommend you consider LuJo during search for floor installers.

    Hiring the team at Lujo Floors to remodel our home was the best decision we could have made. From start to finish, Pedro and his team did an exemplary job. Lujo floors removed all existing tile in our home and replaced it with upgraded and superior quality tile purchased through their showroom. This included the entire living area and all 3 baths. They installed an exquisite polished porcelain with toothpick thin grout lines perfectly. They replaced all of the backsplash tile and created a unique work of art look with glass tile behind the range hood. They completely remodeled the master bath area to make it more functional, beautiful and handicapped accessible. They created a one of a kind fireplace surround with a unique art tile found at their showroom. They upgraded our front entrance with a more functional and modern looking tile. All tile was beautifully installed and finished to perfection! They repainted the entire interior of our home, all walls, doors and trim in brighter and more light filled tones. They refinished all cabinetry from a dark brown to a more neutral shade of gray. They removed all existing granite and replaced it with an exquisitely finished, thick gorgeous granite selected from their showroom. They upgraded the plumbing in the master bath and kitchen and replaced all existing faucets with uniform, ultra modern fixtures in all baths and the kitchen. And finally, they created a strong, attractive door frame for custom glass entry doors that required working in concert with the artist creating the masterpiece. Each team member was professional, friendly, and committed to excellence from start to finish. Pedro is an excellent communicator and made sure to make us feel fully informed each step of the way. He has our utmost respect. The entire team worked diligently to accommodate my serious lung issue and protected certain areas of the home to keep me safe. They were a pleasure to work with. The transformation of our home was stunning! And to make this even more impressive, they finished the work a full 2 weeks early! I can recommend Lujo floors without reservation.     Lujo Floors did a great job on our two large bedrooms with walk-in closets. They pulled up the old wood laminate and disposed of it, then laid wood-look porcelain tile. They cut the tiles so accurately that we did not have to replace the quarter-round strips or put transition strips in the doorways. It took only 3 days, and they moved the furniture for us. Clean up was perfect. I would hire them again.

    We needed to replace our walk-in shower, as due to hairline cracks in some of the tiles over 10 years, the old tile began collapsing into the wall.     Lujo installed top of the line luxury vinyl floor in 4 bedrooms that needed to match existing flooring in the rest of the house. Based on a sample that we provided, Louis, the owner, selected the new floor, which we approved from a photo because we live out of town. We also had Lujo do removal of the old floor and the new installation. They did an excellent job every step of the way. No one was at the house when they did the work and when we returned we found everything in perfect order and the floor was just perfect. Louis was extremely patient throughout the process and we sincerely appreciated that.

    Jose amd his team did a superior installation job. The floors are beautiful and they are great people to work with. They completed our open living area from hurricane damage by removing the laminate and replacing with my choice of luxury vinyl, in two days. Cant be happier with how bright my home looks now.     Replaced a shower enclosure where the tiles were falling into the wall. They removed all the tiles, the old glass enclosure etc. Repaired and installed a new shower and glass enclosure. The workmen were neat and meticulous with their work. We love the end results. Dealing with Robert Rodriguez was a pleasure. I would recommend him and the company very highly.

    The installation was great! Completed within one day. Moved furniture, cleaned when done, and move furniture back for two rooms. Explained how to take care of the flooring.     The last of the kitchen reno is done, with the installation of the backsplash and running new baseboards into my living room. The backsplash was the icing on the cake installed with perfection!     Luis provided all the asked for samples and brought them to the house to match up with the existing walls. He tirelessly made sure the job when awarded was on time or if there was a hiccup, he made sure we were notified. The selected vinyl frlooring is beautiful and the matching dark and white molding to offset the cabinents and wall covering is beautiful and an upgrade to the previous flooring and molding. I highly recommend this company and Luis for any flooring or other home work they can provide.

    Best flooring company ever !!! I had hired someone who did half the house then just quit on me and I needed to get the flooring done. I called lujos and they came the next day and did the rest of the house in one day !! Javier and his partner were very professional and had awesome personalities.     I got a quote from this company today. They understood what I needed done. While I have not used them, I am writing a review for them based on my experience thus far. I asked the rep when I would get a copy of the quote sent to my email. The rep said tomorrow or saturday. 6 hours after the rep left I received the quote via email. The rep was very knowledgable and even said I could save a a few hundred by buying the materials myself. I got 2 other quotes from competitors. This company was the cheapest by about $2000.

    Another satisfied customer. We had carpet removed and tile installed. We received excellent advise on the proper tile to pick and found the color/pattern we liked. The installers did an excellent job and handled unexpected problems without hesitation (there was a tile floor under the carpet we didnt know about). The finished result is better than expected and was done faster than we thought possible. We had a cost in mind and Lujo came in under that amount. We will definitely use then again.

    We were so lucky to find Lujo Floors and do our bathroom renovations with them, the professionalism starting from the top was amazing, the project started on time and finished before the date planned.     This company is AMAZING! We highly recommend to anyone needing house work done. We worked with Javi & his co-worker, (William?) Both were amazing! They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, answered all our questions and worked with amazing precision. They are very much like a well geared and oiled machine. They had their joint system for team work on place and used it to great effect. I thought I had left this review already for them and the company but I dont see it so I am leaving one now.We initially had our floors done. And we will be coming back to them again for the rest of the floor installed in the kids room as well as a new kitchen when the time comes. We will be requesting these two gentlemen to do the work when the time comes as well. Thank you so much for all the hard work and the wonderful Floors we are so happy to have gone with this company and these two young gentleman.

    June 2021. LuJo floors redesigned and renovated my kitchen. New 42 inch cabinets, new granite counter tops, new 12 x 24 inch tile. In addition tub to shower conversion in master bath . Im thrilled, delighted with all the work they have done for me. Fairly priced and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!!!A huge thank you to Luis, Jose, Jorge.

    5 Stars.. Pedro is awesome we got carpets, flooring & larger baseboards. They came in $5000 less than our other estimates. The contractors were very professional and the work was done fast. They cleaned up and we were very happy with the service and product. They also do bathrooms and kitchens & I would highly recommend them. I posted before & after pictures on their Facebook page.
