Mark took several pictures and listened to me tell him what I had already tried. He came up with a plan and discussed it with me. Lucky for me it was the first thing he tried that fixed the problem. My dogs loved him and got some love too!

Ron Mueller with WireOne is a top tier technician. He was very knowledgeable about our outdated panel, codes, and supplies needed. The office is fantastic with communication, and availability of technicians. We started with an estimate and are choosing to go forward with the project with WireOne due to their expertise and lifetime warranty.

Summary: The work i needed done was to replace about ~15ft of nutrual wires from the meter to the grid wires. When the operators arrived, they asked to see the electrical panel. Upon seeing the panel they informed me that there could be some updates made. They provided 3 quotes. The 1st quote was for $8000. This was to replace the panel among other things. The 2nd quote was for ~$4000 this would have covered replacing a few of the items from the first quote. The 3rd quote was the bare minimum at around $1300. This included the $299 fee for emergency service. I ultimatly went with the 3rd quote.Pros: Operators were polite, professional, and on time. The company offers emergency service.Cons. A bit expensive for the service given.The company seems to have the philosphy of leading the larger quotes over ths more affordable options. I feel this comes from there emphasis on maintaining electrical code and general saftey rather than trying to rip people off. At least thats the impression i recieved from the operators.If you are looking for extensive work to be done on your home or emergency service, call WireOne. If you are looking for a small fix, look else where.

Johnny was awesome! He arrived on time, handled a difficult installation of a large tv, installed an electrical box to hide the wires, didn’t leave a speck of dust or drywall. He’s personable and the type of electrician one always wants but seldom gets! Definitely an excellent representative for WireOne, which be my go to for any further electrical work!

Brian from Wire One was fantastic. He came to the house when he said he would (who does that nowadays?). He wore booties to keep snow off the floors. He explained carefully what I needed and went to work replacing the old smoke alarms with new ones and added 4 more where I needed them. He then did a house safety check and gave estimates for work that should be done in the future. He was friendly, professional, cleaned up after himself, and very efficient. Thanks!

We didnt have any work done yet, just the initial dispatch meeting with Ron, who is an expert electrician. When we have work done, I will leave another review about it.

Jon was very respectful and knowledgeable. The repairs are costly, but everything was explained upfront and I knew what I would owe before any work was done. There is a fee for coming out, but that was explained on the phone when I made my appointment. Several repair options were offered with cost estimates. I would use them again.
