Arthur and his team at ALS have been servicing our home for 2.5 years. Thomas installed our security system, wifi mesh and several ceiling fans with wall-mounted wifi remotes. Josh installed the system for our pool equipment, replaced door sensors that went missing, and troubleshooted our electrical breaker and a few other things. The ALS team respond quickly, answer all my questions and do a great job. They are knowledgable, courteous and pleasant. Many of my neighbors also use their services.

As a remote owner of a vacation home in Davenport Florida, there is no one I would trust more than Arthur Brown and A.L.S. Security Solutions to perform work on my home. Their pricing is competitive, but where Arthur and his team truly differentiate and shine is on the service they perform and follow-through. In my experience the quality of their work, the sense of ownership they take, and those who have performed the work, has been top notch. Additionally, they take a very consultative approach to the services they provide and will openly recommend or not recommend solutions based on the situation. I have appreciated the fact that I have asked for something, because it seemed like a good solution, only to be guided that I may not need what I am asking for. I know when A.L.S. does a job for me, I am in the best of hands and would highly recommend them.

It turned out that it would be more cost effective to call an AC tech to come and fix my issue, but Arthur helped me trouble shoot and rule out other issues. He took a good 20 minutes of his time and patiently talked me through steps, knowing he was going to refer me to and AC tech. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend A.L.S. for your tech needs!

We needed some wiring installing for Google Nest cameras at short notice and Arthur at ALS accommodated us within our timescale which we were really happy about.The chaps that came were really nice and couldn’t do enough for us. They even checked out some cabling for our awnings before they left!However, when it came time to install the cameras, we realised that it was a more complicated job and we asked ALS to help us again.We called Arthur at 5pm and not only were they happy to do the installation for us - they did it at 8.30am the following morning!Everything was tidy, clean and really neat, my cameras work perfectly and it was a pleasure having ALS at my house.Couldn’t have asked for more.Thank you!!!

Arthur and his team are top notch. Both at customer service and home automation/security.In the consultation, Arthur walked through our options with us including tailoring a system for my needs and budget. A few weeks later, Thomas came out to install. Install was great, Thomas was knowledgeable and patient as he answered all the questions we had, in addition to explaining every step that was happening. The next day, when one of the sensors fell off a door, Thomas was out a few days later to fix it at no charge, and no attitude either. This is not something you’d see at adt, vivint or any security company.After install, I asked Arthur if we could swap out some of the equipment installed, due to an altered budget and vision for the home. He again took time out of his day to help tailor another new system for me, even after install. This is the first company id give 6* to if I could.If you’re in Orlando and are looking for a security system. Don’t go with the big names, do yourself a favor and stay local with ALS and Arthur. I’m glad we did.

I’ve hired ALS multiple times over the last 6 months and they’re amazing! ALS go above and beyond what I expected and they’ve even helped me in other areas such as forcing the county to fix my irrigation by proving the county wrong in investigations in issues I had. We have our alarm and cameras with ALS and also hired them for other electrical work such as timer switches and multiple other smart home devices. One thing I have noticed is the attention to detail for example ALS fitted a Wi-Fi mesh for us as not only did they setup the routers but they were fitted to the wall very neatly and the cables were very neat. If you’re looking for a tidy installation with excellent customer service then look no further than ALS.

I dont even know where to begin with this review. I live in Michigan but I have a vacation home in Florida and I was referred to Arthur by numerous people so I gave him a call. We had just bought our home and came into it with an existing system that NO ONE explained to us. Quite frankly, it was stressful coming into a home where wireless devices were controlling everything and yet we had zero control of them. When Arthur came over to assess our system not only was he so helpful but he was extraordinarily kind and explained everything to us. After our initial meeting, we scheduled to have his team come in to set up our system. The following day we left to head back home and shortly after e realized our cameras at the Florida house had gone offline (not a system setup by ALS). I called Arthur in a panic and asked if there was anyway if they could fix it for us even though it was our system and not theirs. Without hesitation, his team went out of their way to fix our cameras for us. For someone like me who lives out of state and needs to keep an eye on things remotely, this was so important to us and Arthur and his team took amazing care of us and our home. ALS has been a real lifesaver for us. Even when we were struggling with poor wifi, they found a solution for us and installed an amazing system that boosted our signal throughout the house for us and our renters to us. And as most of us are working from home due to covid, having a strong and reliable wifi is imperative. Thank you Arthur for helping us so much and for also having a GREAT crew of guys on your team that I really felt comfortable working with. Trust is a huge deal when youre handing over access to your home while youre away and Arthurs team is definitely a group of people that made me feel at ease with handing over our home access.
