    We called Kirk at 11pm because there was sewage in our basement and it needed to be fixed asap! Not only did he show up immediately, he was friendly, informative, helpful and extremely understanding. He and his team handled the work and cleanup quickly and professionally and even handled the smell! I will never use another plumbing service again!

    He came out and did exactly what he said he was going to do. This is the second job that hed done for me. He installed a hot water tank years ago and I had absolutely no problems start to finish.     Excellent customer service! Called today (Saturday) for an issue with my laundry tub overflowing. Kirk was able to fit me in and replaced the pipe and snaked out a major clog. Kirk and John were knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and were reasonable with costs. I highly recommend!

    Called Kirk to get an estimate for service- what I got was a wealth of information and someone who took the time to listen and answer all of my questions.     Kirk & team are great. He came out immediately after my hot water burst all over the basement floor. He had a new one hooked up and everything cleaned within hours of my call. 6 months later, I thought the same thing happened.     Iā€™m so glad I called this company. Kirk was a lifesaver! It was late in the evening on a snow day when our toilet water was flooding everywhere. We were panicking and calling every emergency plumbing service we could find. He was knowledgeable (clear that heā€™s been in the profession a long time), and he was patient with my elderly grandmother.     If you read the other reviews, mine is no shock. Kirk came out at 10 PM to fix a broken pipe that left water off in our house, with two little ones, that is an emergency.Kirk from the second he answered my call was kind and willing to help. When he arrived, he took great care to not damage our carpets, even when I told him it was fine. Throughout the repair he kept us updated.When all the work was done, he refused to let me help him clean up.I have easily found myself a life long plumber as the service was impeccable.     First, instead of giving some ā€œwindowā€ and making you wait like most large companies do, Kirk arrived early. He was very responsive and helpful in letting me know exactly what was needed to resolve my plumbing issues. He provided an estimate that was more than fair and probably in my favor. He went above and beyond to make sure he did the job to my satisfaction including spending time looking for a part that was old to try to fix a valve on the main water line. All the needed work took two days and on day two, Kirk brought in help when the water service line needed fixing and the main outside had to be accessed. They got the water company out there quickly to find the line and got the job done that day.In this day and age, it is hard to know if you can trust those you allow into your home to provide their services and skills.     Kirk the Plumber was one of the plumbers referred to me when I shared my clogged drain issue with my chat groups. I called him and he came to my home after completing a job, despite learning that my residence is a bit farther than he usually travels. He listened and asked questions to assess the situation (washing machine drain pipe was overflowing). It took him and his son bringing out the ā€œbig gunā€ (electrical snake machine), because there was definitely a blockage of some kind that the smaller snake could not pass through.     We had water pouring out of our basement wall around 8pm. After searching Google for an emergency plumber, this company answered right away.     Kirk came out to my home to change out a toilet that I tried to do myself. Upon his inspection of the scope of work that needed to be done he said that the bathroom floor would need to be broken up or the ceiling in the living room would need to be removed OR he could try something else to prevent the other options which would save me a lot of money. Long story short he was able to install the toilet (which he brought with him) with out breaking the floor or ceiling. His experience and expertise saved me some money.     We had a clogged drain which was so frustrating as we always have our basement flooded when it rains. I did a google search for the nearest plumber and found this company. Called around 8:00am on a Sunday morning and Kirk immediately picked up. We discussed the issues and scheduled a visit at 3pm on the same day. Unfortunately, there was a downpour of rain that afternoon so he couldnt make it but communicated. He came the next morning evaluated our drain and snake it. Due to the impact in the drain, this couldnt work. He had to do more additional work to let it unclog. He set up a clean out at the middle of the pipe so that things can be easily done if such repeated in the future. We strictly followed all his recommendations, and the job was done right. I guarantee, he knows his job. One of the key things I observed during this process is that plumbing work on a pipe cost a bit of money. However, the job was done right.     Kirk is a caring, communicating professional.Our commercial facility had a faucet issue which was complicated by the hot water valve located in the high celling.Kirk got the water off, replaced the faucet, and installed a shut off water valve in a more convenient place.All of the work was professionally completed with a few hours.The Teachers and myself were thankful.

    I had a great experience getting my issues handled immediately and professionally. I had a late night Saturday emergency call for water leaking through a ceiling from a radiator heating system.     YUP! The reviews look to good to be true right yall!? Call a spade a spade and KIRK is just a blessing!!! My garbage disposal was not working and I just googled for plumbing services and Kirks company popped up first. They need to change they name to FIRST 48 bc the turnaround times for response and resolution was AMAZING. I called & the lady said one of the dispatchers would get back to me then BOOM not sure how long but it was les than a few hours and Kirk was like if I canā€™t make it tonight(FRIDAY NIGHT) bc Iā€™m working a job I will definitely contact you to let you know that and the time I will make it to you in the morning (Saturday)!     We contacted Do It Right Plumbing checking for a specific type of drainage clearance method using descaling. Kurt was very helpful and even though he did not offer this option, he recommended another company which offered a less harsh method which he thought would be preferable.     Kirk is a lifesaver! Yesterday I was trying to install a bidet system on one of our toilets when the pipe feeding into the toilet water tank parted (below the shutoff valve). So we had to turn off the water supply to the entire house. I started freaking out but Kirk came to the rescue!     When my shower and toilet over flowed I was very upset. I contacted the Doitright plumbing 610 I did not expect the service I received. First the owner and his worker came during the evening hours to access my needs. Then he gave me a straight forward Idea as to what could be the issue and how he could taken care of it.     When I tell you, Mr. Caldwell did an outstanding job, he went above and beyond. My wife and I are extremely satisfied at his work ethic and being up front with us. He and the other brother were great.I had a pipe come a loose under my kitchen sink with water going everywhere. Soon after, I went to Google an emergency plumber and he had a 5-star review rating. While reading the reviews, I saw that a friend of mine had left a great review and decided to reach out to her. Once I confirmed that he was legit, I had an inner peace to go with him.     I reside in Sharon Hill and was searching for a trustable Plumber to change gas lines for remodeling my kitchen as well as install a new toilet.     I contacted Do It Right yesterday about a basement drain that very clogged. Kirk came out this morning, showed up earlier than the time stated, and was in and out in about 45 minutes.     He came ready! I thought this was going to be another dragged out long day with going to Home Depot for this in that he had everything we needed already.
