    Prior to signing on with Meenan as my oil and AC company, I was with a competitor for quite a while until they started slacking off and cutting corners on customer satisfaction. Along came Meenan and I havent looked back since. The professional and courteous style that is evidenced in everything they do is without comparison. And with the maintenance contract I subscribe to, its a phone call away for one of their techs to come out at any hour, day or night, to address your needs. Stop shopping.....youve found your provider!

    Tech came out at Midnite with heat off. Was unable to fix, but got all details and service tech came first thing in after getting parts and repaired. VERY grateful to the team as we have an elderly person on hospice in the home and temps dropped to low 30s past few days

    Meenan has been the best thing I have done since I moved into our house two years ago. After the first year of moving in we ended up switching services from another local business that refused to stand by their work on the installation of a propane line that ended up leaking. I am very pleased with Meenan and its reliable service. The price of the oil I locked in was the best deal I found in my search. But my main decision to go with Meenan is that I know that they have been around for a long, long time and that they provide Oil, Propane and service heating units as well. I have a 20-year-old system and I hope to increase its longevity. Recently we had our furnace serviced by JohnV32 from Meenan who was very thorough and did an excellent job of breaking down what was done and the current operating status of the unit. I totally recommend Meenan if you want peace of mind knowing you are getting the best service out there.

    My experiences with Meenan have all been excellent. Ive had to call for service for various issues a few times over the years and their customer service personnel and technicians have always been very responsive, prompt, knowledgeable and professional and resolved/repaired the issues correctly every time. Their techs are very experienced and explain everything very clearly. My most recent service call was yesterday - 12-22-2020. I called at 07:00 AM and the tech, Tom, was at my house at 11:00 AM and quickly resolved my problem. He also did maintenance that was not related to my problem but he did it anyway since he was already here. Thats the kind of service Ive always gotten from Meenan. Tom practiced strict Covid-19 safety protocols which I appreciated very much. Ive been a customer for 15 years and have never had an issue with oil deliveries or service. Theyve provided me with premium service for 15 years so I will continue to be a loyal customer.

    JohnV32 came out and serviced our heating and A/C units. He was very courteous and professional. He explained to us the results of his annual maintenance and gave us tips on keeping our systems running well. Meenan has always sent out highly trained technicians to fix our HVAC systems and deliver our oil on time. We have been a Meehan customer for 4 years now and are so glad we found this company to take care of our heating and A/C needs. We have found them to be honest, helpful, and very puntual.

    Technician John V #32 came 3 hrs after I called. Personable, informative, performed service so furnace is running properly again. He is scheduled a return to replace the motor, which could not be done today. Ive been with Meenan since they were Craig, 49 years ago. Service is mostly good, with occasional issues. Customer service is always very good.,

    Your service tech is always pleasant and does a fantastic job. His name is Jim and he has serviced my heater and ac for years now. It is very reassuring to see the same person come to the door since most companies are sending unfamiliar techs who are not familiar with the customer. Being a widow it makes me feel secure and satisfied than Meenan is providing me with excellect service and satisfaction.

    We just bought our first house we go to turn on the heat for the first time and the expansion tank broke on a Saturday. We call out Meenan to fix it it should be completely covered by our contract I was told and that a Tech would be out to fix it that day. The tech arrived and fix the issue told me it was going to be over $1000 for the repair. I said I have a contract for the repair and the parts should be covered. The Tech said I needed to call Billing to get more information Monday. I called Monday the customer service team said it should have been covered under our contract and they would have the supervisor call me. He never called me until my Fiancée submitted a bad rate on their survey. Finally the supervisor called me back told me they would cover everything except for 50% of the emergency release valve. I thought was the end great. I was wrong they never credited my account back. I called again the customer service person said they only credited $95 to the account. I said I was told the whole repair was covered except for 50% of the emergency release valve. They tried calling the supervisor again he didnt answer. I still havent gotten my first oil fill from them. Im really frustrated that I have to keep calling and not getting anywhere. If I could compare Meenan they are the Comcast of the Oil companys. UPDATE: Issues have been resolved by meenan adjusted star rating.

    I am a VERY happy Meenan customer! Ive had a few issues lately and every time I call customer service they answer quickly and immediately dispatch someone to remedy the situation.Last night Rusty came to fix my thermostat and he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, expeditious and had a great sense of humor to boot. He explained everything he did and my heat is working again.The Meenan customer service team is outstanding and always a pleasure to deal with when making appointments and scheduling service. They seem like they truly care.I have the Gold Agreement Package and HIGHLY recommend having an agreement - it saved me a lot of money and headaches.A+++ all around for the Team Meenan!Stacey in Collegeville

    Call for emergency no heat service and technician arrived later that afternoon. Problem was with a control board in furnace but unfortunately it would need to be ordered. Luckily he was able to do a work around that got the heater working and said as soon as the part was in, they would call to come out an install the part. Have been a customer of Meenan for many years and recommend them highly.

    Our service guy came in and figured out our zone heating issue after carefully checking over the furnace. He informed me that the part we needed was covered under our service contract and proceeded to change out the part. We now have heat in our office again! I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. John also recommended an upgrade of service contract which Im seriously considering now that I know how much more it covers. For only $45 extra theres a lot more coverage. Hope well be service free for a while but if we have trouble Ill be calling Meenan again.

    We just moved into a new house and the oil burner wasnt working correctly so we called Meenan to come out and take a look at it. It was burning too rich and an exhaust smell was drifting in through the vents. We have the silver service package with them and they sent out a technician as quickly as we wanted them to. When David got to the home he was very polite and helpful. He got the problem fixed quickly and also gave me knowledge on how the system works best and advice for keeping it running properly. Overall it was a great experience and I would request David, tech #56, again to come out and service our oil heating system in the future.

    Called in a malfunctioning furnace at 5:00 am, and we were the 1st stop on the technician’s morning schedule.     I had my yearly preventive maintenance done on my heating system. Technician was Karl. He performed the task with great efficiency and safety for the customer during this health crisis was a priority. He provided a detailed report and suggestions.     This is a top notch outfit. They took the old boiler out of the basement and installed the new one in about six hours. Ive used Meenan for my oil and service since I bought this house 14 years ago. When they tell you the tech will be there between 8am to 12am, hes here about 8:15. Its because of my good experiences with the service calls over the years that I went ahead and chose Meenan to replace the boiler.

    I have Meenan OIl as my heating oil delivery service. They are also service my boiler. Their service group is excellent. Their Maintenance tech , JohnV32 recently did provide the service. He was very knowledgeable and very detailed. He did a great a job cleaning the boiler and replacing all the consumables. Adjusted the air to fuel ration and now the Boiler is running very clean and at a higher efficiency. Great work!

    We lost our heat at about 7:00 P.M. and were not fully aware of it until we really started to get chilly. Called Meenan at around 8:30 P.M. and they said we could expect a service tech between 9;30 P.M. and 12:00 A.M. Want to know what good service is, the tech showed up at 9:35 P.M. and solved the problem in about 1 hour. We had a bad burner nozzle. (Why this was not picked up by the tech who came in Dec. for our annual check-up is not clear.) Kudos to Meenan for prompt service and the tech for getting our heat back on; by-the-by it was about 10 degrees F. outside. Need friendly, fast and courteous service, call Meenan.

    Being on the automatic fill program for 40 years, I was surprised to run out of oil on Christmas day around midnight. Meenan had a tech there in less than an hour with 10 gallons of oil and had me up and running very quickly. About 3:00 Christmas afternoon, a delivery truck filled my tank. A situation that could have been very unpleasant was averted. Their service has always been great. I have a Silver Service contract which covers most burner issues. This has made life easier.

    I use Meenan and have used them for years. I like them pretty well. If I have had issues I contact them and they have always tried to resolve any issues.     The technician arrived when they said he would. He was polite, personable and able to quickly trouble shoot and repair the issue. The cost to replace a simple switch was more than I expected (I should have asked for the price first, I could have changed the switch myself for 1/10 th of the cost). Although it cost a few bucks more, it was great having the cool air flowing again within 20 minutes of his arrival.

    My AC stopped working and could not understand why since it worked a couple hours prior. One of the wires was frayed and tripped the circuit breaker. Luckily the fellow was able to fix the wire and check the remaining wires and I did not have to contact an electrician. My house temperature rose to 80+ but within a few hours the house was normal agian. I have severe allergies so unable to open windows. Thank you.

    I feel so badly reading these poor reviews. I have been a meenan customer since New Years Eve 2010, when we needed an emergency delivery. They got someone out here, New Years Eve, quickly and efficiently.. And he was even nice after being pulled out on a cold New Years Eve! Our local branch, lansdown, has consistently been polite, accomodating, patient, courteous, and understanding. From the ladies answering my calls and questions, to delivery personnel and even the billing Dept! And the ability to pay online is a great convenience. Thank you meenan for being there...keeping our family warm!!
