HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I got the honor of having the manager come check out my issues. I called and he was there within the hour! Resolved them quick and easy, worked out better than expected! Very informative and personable. He fixed some 90% of my issues while he was here, gave me his recommendations for the next visit with pricing. He understood I was on a budget with no judgment what so ever and helped me figure what would be the best course of action. I love that, so I know how much I will need, it makes it SO much easier!! He could have handled everything today but we are just waiting on me lol.

I had the most wonderful experience using Mr. Sparky electric today. I had to call at very early in the morning for an electrical emergency that was putting me in all five of my children, including my two week old newborn at risk of a potential electric fire.I was incredibly nervous and Just wanted to make sure that things got taken care of quickly. Not only was the technician very kind and helpful with explaining what was going on, but he rearranged all of his appointments to make sure that he could take care of my problem today so that I could be comfortable and have peace of mind that my problem was fixed. Tyler H needs a raise and I definitely have nothing but good things to say about this company.

I just want to say a big Thank You to Mr Murphy (Preacher Man) We got hit by the storm Friday and it was a disaster! This man saved the day. North Ga EMC took their time getting to us only to tell us that it’s our responsibility and to hire an electrician. We called Mr. Sparky and thank God we did. Mr. Murphy also told them what he needed them to do and they did the exact opposite. He waited for hours for them to come back and they never showed up. My power was just turned on 20 minutes ago. Murphy was very professional and courteous and I couldn’t ask for a better electrician than him. Mr. Sparky has my business from now on that’s for sure and I’ll make sure I ask for the Preacher! I called Mr. Sparky (who weve used several times) to see if they do Window AC Installation as I was having trouble finding anyone. Instead of just saying yes, Steve asked a number of relevant and important questions about the power usage of the unit and what was available for the intended room. No one else I spoke to even bothered to ask that! They came out for a free estimate to check and recommend what unit to use and installed it within a day of me getting the replacement needed. Love these guys!

Fantastic experience. 10/10Me and my wife were remodeling our kitchen and parts of the house. We initially were concerned about budget when we asked for a quote. Murphy came out, explained things to us about the nature of the work and was very transparent. He was very professional and very friendly. I am so thankful for my sparky. I had an emergency on Saturday morning when my power would not work. I called and they sent a nice and very knowledgeable man named Steve. He came out and told us what was going on. My home was built in 1960 so the wiring had to be replaced and up dated. Steve, Doug and Murphy worked in my home until dark and were able to give us updates as they were working. We were very pleased with the work and their wonderful attitude. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I were very impressed with this company! We were quoted by Steve, who was very professional and knowledgeable. We had to re-wire over half of our house due to old electrical work from when the house was built. Murphy and Matthew worked an almost 13 hour day to get the job done. They were friendly, professional and did an amazing job afterwards cleaning up! I offered many times to sweep up and collect trash as it was getting later into the evening, but they insisted on cleaning up themselves. They did an excellent job and we are more than happy with their work. We will be calling Mr. Sparky for all electrical needs from now on!

We had Chris as our contractor come out to give me a quote for getting power to our barn and bringing it up to code.First of all the company has had very quick call back times and got a technician out faster than expected.Chris was informative on how we should move forward with our project in a more efficient manner that what I had first proposed, the new proposal will help not only move my project further but also in a cheaper manner than I figured.Chris also helped us figure out an underlying issue that was semi related, we have a large amount of static in our house and he pointed out we were not grounded and this could cause more issues than I was aware due to surge protection.Other than the grounding issue which Im very happy was brought to my attention prior to an actual emergency Chris didnt try to sell any outrageous packages or up sell anything that wasnt actually needed.Over all Im very happy with the service we have received thus far and look forward to working with them again.

Out of the blue the lights, microwave, and coffee pot started acting as if I had gremlins! Panicked because I was planning on going out of town but the electric took first dibbs🙁. One phone call to Mister Electric and I had an apt in less than 24 hrs but no emergency charge! Yeah! Steve showed up right on time. He explained (in a way I could understand) the problem I and what it would take to fix it. Not as much of a disaster Much quicker and cheaper than what I thought it was going to cost. I then reached out to Mr. Sparky, and made contact with Steve. I was treated way better, and given a solution that was much more affordable, and done right. I want to give a shout out and lots of air hugs to Steve! He’s a manager that’s been dealing with a tough situation - completing some unfinished jobs (without me over-sharing). He came to assess our project for needed parts (connecting 2 spas) and told us he wouldn’t be able to do any of the work that day. To my surprise, he was back in a few hours with supplies and equipment and a helper. Remember, this man is a MANAGER, and yet he came out and worked this project himself so a customer wouldn’t be let down. He went above and beyond to finish connecting electricity to our swim spa before my kids’ 3 day Labor Day weekend AND before daddy went out of town for the next week. Steve had it on his heart to give my kids an awesome weekend in their new pool and we are so grateful!!

Ring Doorbell voltage problem: Problem with doorbell cameras not receiving enough voltage and going offline continuously. One doorbell camera was at front door and a second doorbell camera was at garage door, Steve Campbell had to search entire house to locate the transformer for the doorbells finally locating it behind house vacuum system in living room closet. The transformer was upgraded to a higher voltage.I was pleased with their service and would certainly use Mister Sparky again for electrical work.2nd visit — doorbell cameras failed again after 2 days. Steve checked problem and arrived at a solution for repair this next Wednesday3rd visit — problem resolved. Steve installed new camera lights at top of garage and it’s working perfectly. Front doorbell is working too. Everything is operating as it should. He is checking back again next week to see if everything continues to be operational.I would definitely use their service again if another electrical problem happens.
