We had several hailstorms at our home in late April. We didnt think much of it until our neighbor had Berkshire Roofing check out their roof and found extensive damage, so we had Rudy check out our roof. He found that our roof was damaged also. He took pictures and prepared a report which we submitted to our insurance company. The insurance company sent out their appraiser and Rudy met with him to go over his findings. The appraiser submitted his report, and the insurance company approved the replacement of our roof. Rudy made all of the arrangements from there. The new shingles and roofing materials showed up during the roof replacement. The morning of the roof replacement the crews arrived bright and early to begin the job by first covering & protecting all of our foundation landscaping, windows and garage doors to prevent damage. Then they began removing the existing shingles and tarpaper. Within a couple of hours they started the roof replacement and completed it, including all cleanup. I have to say that this was a very easy process and I give much of the credit to Rudy Guzman as well as his very reputable company Berkshire Roofing. I would highly recommend anyone needing to have their roof replaced. Some photos of the protection of our property are below:

Berkshire Roofing delivered a high-quality roof replacement on nearly one days notice. Im a natural skeptic of a sales pitch but these guys proved to have my best interest in mind, kept their word, and delivered a seamless experience for me. They handled the heavy lifting, answered my questions, and kept me informed. The roof installers were friendly, considerate, and left the yard clean. They provide excellent service from start to finish. If you are looking to have a new roof installed, I highly recommend Berkshire Roofing.

I live in the Farmers Branch area, and Google maps found over a dozen roofing companies in my area. I called every one of them, and after leavings message after message, voicemails and online quote requests, only three responded, and only one of them left a good impression on me. I recently needed my roof repaired (so I thought), a few shingles here and there. While driving home, I saw Rudy and his crew replacing a roof in my neighborhood and stopped to ask about repairs. Rudy was willing to come look at and repair my roof that day. To my surprise my roof was in bad shape, Rudy recommended replacement and even took pictures of the damage to show me. After contacting my insurance company and getting my roof inspected by them, It was confirmed that my roof needed to be replaced not repaired.Shortly thereafter I contacted Rudy to thank him for his honesty, lack of pressure and overall professionalism. I chose Berkshire Roofing because Rudy and Angel showed up and we’re very good with explaining everything and the process after having hail damage. They were going to replace my roof, pickets on my fence, and window screens. The replacement of the roof went smooth and it was done quickly. They came and replaced half of the pickets on my fence and haven’t finished since May. I was told they were talking with the insurance company to try and get another area of my fence that was leaning repaired. In the beginning Rudy responded quickly and told me they were working on with the insurance. It is now October 17th and Rudy will not respond. I called my insurance and they show nothing of talking to anyone from Berkshire about my fence. Update: 12/2/23 after writing the above review I received a call from Will and he let me know that Rudy was no longer employed with Berkshire. Will took control and continued to keep me updated and got my fence completed. They have done a good job and I’m very pleased with the work that was done and especially Will. I would gladly recommend Berkshire.

I heard some noise on my #roof and had two companies come out for an estimate. Berkshire Roofing (DFW-Texas) was exceptional! The process was quick and easy. Abiud and his colleague showed up on time, to inspect my leaky roof, they worked. untill they could locate the leak under the tile. They even provided the temporary fix, and did not charge penny. I was impressed. I am waiting for a stormy rain to test the fix.
