Francisco Lopez built / installed custom walnut kitchen countertops, and walnut shelves and cabinetry for an area that was previously a wine bar. This involved installation of a new sink, faucet, and reconnecting all the plumbing afterwards. He also installed recessed & pendant lighting in my kitchen and formal dining, and made / painted and installed new drawer fronts and cabinet doors, painting all the cabinets too.He was consistently on time, on schedule and on budget. Once he started my project, he did not pull off the project to go deal with something on another job, which happens a lot with some contractors.He was in communication with me about what the “goal for today is…” which I appreciated. The quality of the work was solid. He also seemed to really care about how he left things, that it looked great, and that I was pleased with the end product.I know from personal experience that finding residential contractors, especially carpenters, can be tough - it really is an art as much as it is a trade, and he sees it that way, and it shows the way he approaches his work. I felt like his pricing was very reasonable, as well. I would definitely recommend him for any carpentry project, and lighting modifications. He also pitched in and helped me with a couple of basic handyman type things that I had tried to do myself but got stuck. They didn’t take long, but he was glad to do it and that was surprising and genuinely helpful.If ever have a similar project in the future, he’s the only person I’ll call.

I cant recommend Francisco enough, he did amazing work on our entertainment center renovation. We had an older style, large entertainment center that wasnt very functional, especially for the larger flat screen tvs of today compared. He completely re-did the cabinetry work and opened it up exactly how Id envisioned but even better. The time and care he put in to building the shelves and redoing the wall space to accommodate a new larger tv was wonderful. He did great work and Id be happy to recommend him!

I cannot recommend Francisco enough! He was punctual, polite, and extremely thorough. We needed some help getting our floors ready for a new hardwood install and he did an amazing job. Will absolutely use him again!!

Francisco was great - he repaired drywall throughout the house, repaired a sink valve, built 2 vanities, and a kitchen island. We ran into one issue with a vanity and he helped us take care of it immediately. Had some questions about whether other work needed to be done and he was honest - ended up saving us several thousand dollars that others had quoted. Pricing was honest and fair. Will definitely give him a call for projects in the future.
