I highly recommend Nathan and his team for any plumbing needs. I had other companys out to try to figure out my plumbing issue and they could not figure it out. I was so frustrated. I asked a friend who they would recommend and they told me about Charles Moon. Nathan and Ray found the problem right away contacted Moen since it was a defective part from the manufacture. He was very informative with me regarding the status of the part when he would be receiving the part and getting on the schedule to replace the part. Top notch service all the way around! Call Nathan for any of your plumbing needs!

Main underground water pipe leaking on lawn and onto the sidewalk. Two plumbers identified the problem and located the leak. The water company, power company and other county officials came out to identify where underground utilities were located and must be preserved. A few days later, a team of 3 plumbers arrived. One cautiously used heavy equipment to carefully dig a hole in our lawn, a second plumber climbed inside the hole and sheveled dirt away from the the main water pipe and placed a patch over the pipe. The process took approximately 4 hours. The plumbers were highly skilled and very professional. They filled in the hole, covered it with hay and my lawn is intact, and the water is no longer leaking. They did a great job and I am grateful. I highly recommend Charles Moon Plumbing.

Nathan and Cody did a fabulous custom installation of my whole house water filter system. Nathan designed the installation to reduce the floor space of the installation, added bypass valves and a hose fitting to simplify filter changes, and added a meter with remote so I can track gallons filtered to know when to replace the 600,000 gallon filter. They did this all in 3 hours and the installation is very neat. Carol, the business manager, did a great job coordinating the estimate, work and keeping me abreast of part shipping delay. Their price was fair and they included an on-line coupon to save me $50. Great experience.BTW, after moving to Millville, I noticed how bad the water tastes and have serious concerns about agricultural runoff and other contaminants. In less than 24 hours and 176 gallons, the sediment filter is already brown and the water tastes great.

I got a call on Thanksgiving from our renters saying that everything was backing up in our house in Bethany Beach, but I was in Virginia! Nathan answered my call right away and got someone out there. When the problem turned out to be a much bigger issue, Nathan again responded immediately. A huge main line pipe collapse was handled within a day. Carol in the office was a pleasure to work with. Fair prices and great service. You cant ask for much more than that.

I would recommend Charles Moon highly. we had a blocked septic pipe, I called at least 6 contractors, no one could even help me out until the end of the first week of October. charles moon answered the call, was in the middle of dinner, dropped it all and came right out to help us. thats what you call the best customer service.

Needed an outside valve dug up and replaced. Called a competitor and they gave me an OUTRAGEOUS estimate. I then called up these guys not telling them what the other guys told me and they quoted me less then a third of the other price. They did the work two days later and all is good. They are now my GO TO PLUMBER. Thanks Carol and company!!!!

I had Charles Moon do the rough-in and final finishing for my basement that I was finishing. I had received bids from 5 different plumbers, and Charles Moon was the second from being the lowest price. They were the only ones who were able to do the work with the time frame I was looking for. They did the rough for a 3 piece bathroom including the shower pan, laundry sink and sewage pump, then came back and completed the work by installing a toilet, sink, shower, laundry sink, and the sewage pump. Everything works fine and was completed in one day. I would highly recommend these guys.

I recently researched plumbing companies as I needed a new water heater and also wanted a good, reliable plumber for future needs. I am not exagerating when I say the people, custmer service, quality products, and professional work are truly second to none! From my very first call, Carol in the office very professionally and pleasantly described every step, exact cost, and scheduled me exactly when I requested service. I wasnt sure of the tank size, so Carol checked with Nathan, the technician and since he was in my area, he came over to check it himself. The next day Nathan and another very focussed technician (sorry I forgot to get his name!), put down floor covering (not that I needed it, as their work was impeccable!), wore booties to cover their shoes, cleaned up, removed the old heater and had me up and running almost immediately.
