Long overdue communication. I wish to recognize Barb Spreng for all her hard work and dedication to our tankless water heater issue. It began with no hot water, at all, then a leak of what smelled like carbon monoxide (CO) in the garage. She stayed in touch with me throughout the entire grueling problem. The first technician addressed one problem, the unit was not converted to propane from gas when initially installed by their technician, and apparently it grew to a bigger problem. Well, the banging noise and CO continued, with only moments of hot water. Barb got a technician from the hot water manufacturer to come out the next day, along with the Bryant technician that was there prior. The two teamed up to get the problem addressed. Barb remained in contact with them and me. The result was that the compressor had to be replaced. Two days later, It was Barb who drove the part direct-to-my-home! And I can tell you, I was so impressed with her commitment to me and our problem, such a special lady. So, the two techs who knew what was going on were the ones who returned for the installation that same day. So, after seven days without hot water we were up and running. What a relief. Thank you, Barb, for being exceptional at what you do. **Now, if I can only find out if there was going to be an adjustment to my service bill since this was an error created at the initial install**

Tom came right out and got our sewer line repaired. He and his team were very professional and did a first class job. I would highly recommend the Bryant team!
