    RHK recently installed a generator plug for me in Tomball, and I couldnt be more impressed. Their team was exceptionally knowledgeable and offered excellent pricing. Randall walked me through every step of the process when he encountered issues with the way my panel was installed, keeping me informed throughout the entire installation.The quality of their work was outstanding, and they truly stand behind what they do.I highly recommend RHK for any future electrical work.

    RHK Electrical had a fair price for the floor mounted outlet in our existing residence. The crew of three were in and out in a few hours. They will return when the carpet is installed around the new outlet so the yellow cap can be trimmed down to the right height. As you can see, the tile installation is going smoothly over the work that was done. I will definitely be getting a quote from them for future work.

    It was a pleasure to work with Randall and his crew to get a generator connection and A/C soft start installed. They did a great job and got it done for us quickly, just in time for this active hurricane season. We’re currently running on generator power with no problems. We lose power frequently and now we don’t have to worry because we have backup power.

    I just cant say enough good things about Randal and his guys at RHK Electrical. I wont let anybody else touch the electrical in my house. Randal is the most knowledgeable and conscientious electrician Ive ever met and he always takes the time to explain what he is doing and why it is the right way to do it. He is the kind of guy that fixes blunders and mistakes that other, lesser electricians make. From new low voltage LED pool lights, to light fixtures to GFCI breakers, they have done it all for us and their work is absolutely the best. All that and he is always very reasonable on what he charges

    First when they say open 24 hrs, they mean it!! I have a small deli inside a gas station and I needed a 240 plug installed. They came the next day and quickly assessed and gave a reasonable estimate. I love the fact that they work efficiently and on the weekends.     Highly recommend. RHK Electrical to put in a transfer switch allowing me to run most of my homes appliances and my small A/C during a power outage using my portable generator and a 30 amp plug to run my RV. The electrician, Anthony, was on time, professional and did an excellent job. See picture attached. Anthony pointed out that the ground wire was improperly connected and fixed it at no additional charge.

    One of the local cable companies was nice enough to severe one of the electrical “legs” to my house which removed the power from half of the rooms, AC and fridge. In an uncomfortable pickle at 1am, I looked for the best electrician in Cypress, Texas. Five plus hours later at 6:50am, I soon realized why Randall gets the five star ratings he does. Within 1 hour, Randall was on site providing a full analysis of the situation and calmly guiding me through what was needed from myself and CenterPoint. By noon, the job was 90% done with additional affirmation from Randall to myself and my family of the final steps.Randall, Larry and Danny NEVER missed a beat. This was a STRESSFUL moment for me and his confidence kept me calm and hopeful.By 3:30pm, the job was completed and it allowed CenterPoint to fully restore my power.     RHK was fantastic, and it was a pleasure working with them. They installed 6 ceiling fans, assembled and installed 2 pendant lights, and 3 LED garage/closet lights, and added an outlet behind our mounted TV to hide wires. They were on time, professional, and provided exceptional service. To emphasize their commitment to excellence, my husband, who was really the one with the ideas for everything, was not at home during install. They face-timed him multiple times just so everyone was on the same page prior to doing certain work.     Rudy was awesome!! He came out to talk us through his professional opinion and give an estimate for no call-out charge. He gave us a few options to pull new wire for a new range in our kitchen island. He could’ve talked us into the most expensive option but he plainly told us what he would recommend for the lowest cost. He came back out to finish the job and even helped with part of the project we were planning to do ourselves. In this 40 year old house, we’re going to have plenty more electrical projects ahead of us and we’ll call him every time! Reasonably priced, very responsive and professional, couldn’t recommend him more!

    I was having major electrical issues in several areas of my house. Instead of pressuring me to use his company, Randall suggested that I get multiple quotes. He also advised me to call Centerpoint before hiring him to perform the work. It ended up being a quick fix on the part of Centerpoint. However, I appreciate that Randall came out and took the time to explain everything and recommend other options. Honesty goes a long way with me, and know who to call when I need any electrical work done in the future.

    Randall of RHK Electrical has exceeded our expectations of an electrician. He was able to provide a quote the same day we requested one, and he was able to start the project the next day (digging up the backyard for a wire reroute). His crew arrived on time and were extremely friendly and courteous with our property. Randall himself was digging and working alongside his crew and that spoke a lot about his character and his business. After their service was completed, I had to wait on Centerpoint to come turn our power back on, and Randall left a member of his crew to hang out for over an hour as a courtesy to make sure everything went okay.     EXCELLENT experience with RHK ElectricalMy husband is an experienced handyman but recently had an electrical issue he could not figure out. He called RHK who tried to help him resolve the issue over the phone but ultimately an appointment was needed. They arrived on time and tracked down the problem in a timely manner.     Last week I mistakenly stated that RHK Electrical installed the wrong gauge wire on a job they did for me in 2019 and downgraded my Five Star review. Today I received a very pleasant call from Randy reviewing the job and I realized that I had been misinformed by another electrician concerning the Romex used for my project. RHK’s installation was, in fact, correct.I truly appreciate the congenial way Randy responded to my negative review and I apologize for any negative impact my review may have caused.My Previous Review Stands as follows:I needed more power run from my house to my garage work shop. I contacted several highly rated companies for bids. Initial bids were similar, but Ricky, with RHK, sent me an email the following day with a money saving alternative. He actually took the time to find a better and less expensive solution. Randall, the owner, Ricky and the rest of the crew were professional and courteous and they took time to answer my questions without me feeling it was an imposition or that I was in their way and slowing them down.

    We used RHK to install the electrical lines for a new LED Sign outside our Church. He also installed an additional plug to give us electrical access at the sign. To complicate things, we have a very old electrical box, but Randall was familiar with the box despite the age, was able to locate proper breakers, ran the lines and completed the work quickly, and at a more than fair price. He and his crew did a fantastic job start to finish including site clean up and scheduling and dealing with city permit issues. If you need any electrical work, RHK Electrical is who you need to call. Knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable.

    Randal came out on short notice to help with what I thought was a wiring issue to my AC unit on a very hot Sunday afternoon. Turns out it wasnt but I definitely would recommend him to others. His prices were competitive (especially on the weekend) and his customer service was awesome. He shows you the work that he does and he uses his time efficiently. He got a lot done in the 2 hours he gave up for us and you could tell how hard he was actually working for us to troubleshoot. I will contact him in the future for any of my electrical needs.

    Randy and his team installed a power inlet box so I could power my home using a portable generator if we lose power during an extended period of time. I am very pleased with the work they did. Whenever I called they walked me through different scenarios that could be causing this issue, ultimately they came out to investigate.     I recently had a new building put up in the back yard which needed power, lights, outlets, fans, etc. I made sure to have 3 bids on the work that I wanted done. I am not an electrician but a friend of mine from out of town who happens to be an electrical engineer was visiting when all three contractors visited site. After the gentleman from RHK Electrical came by to review job and discuss what was required for what I wanted, my engineer friend said RHK was who I wanted to go with. Once notified they had the job the work was started and finished promptly. Another good thing, they weren’t the most expensive bid. I would definitely use RHK Electrical again in the future.

To anyone that needs an electrician in the Cypress/Spring/Tomball area: I cannot recommend them highly enough.My grandparents urgently needed to have their gas stove replaced with an electric range, when we realized they needed to add a 220V outlet we called RHK. Randal came out promptly, made a reasonably priced bid, returned the next day as promised, and very professionally completed the work (in an attic that is effectively a sauna at this time of year).They hooked up the new stove although I’d forgotten to ask them to, and when they finished didn’t even disturb my grandparents (who were taking an afternoon nap), just cleaned up and gave me a call to settle up. I offered to round up and pay Randal an extra 5%, he wouldn’t even take it, just asked me to leave him a review.My family has been dealing with several other genuine emergencies right now, my grandparents are at an age where bad people take advantage of them, and Randal did the right thing.     I have had Randal and his crew come out twice now to install ceiling fans. He and his crew informed me that the previous (old) fans were installed incorrectly, and quite honestly, dangerously. I was really glad that he told me this because I would never have known. He is back again today installing brand new Hunter fans to replace the old ones.     Our house went on the frits one afternoon with blinking lights, some things working/some things not…it was very weird! Called the service provider to come take a look and turns out one of our service line legs completely failed near the ground transformer so we only had half power. They said an electrician needs to replace the entire line which meant from the transformer to our meter.Few of my neighbors highly recommended RHK Electrical from past jobs so I called them late in the evening leaving a voicemail and fully expected to get a call back first thing next day however they called back shortly after!We reviewed a handful of requirements that would be needed to understand material cost and they came out first thing next day to finalize quote with material + labor.     My partner and I owned a local sign company in Cypress, TX. During that time we required the services of an electrician on multiple commercial, large scale projects. We searched around for an electrician that fit our strict criteria and found RHK Electrical. The owner, Randal Kalin, is a Master Electrician with years of experience and also happened to be a former sign installer which was a huge plus for us. That means that he is familiar with the dos & don’ts of the sign industry. On several occasions Randal demonstrated the ability to arrive on location on time, troubleshoot the issue and offer a solution to the problem without taking all day to do it. RHK Electrical has always been fair in price and will go beyond what the job calls for. If you are a business that contracts RHK to do work for one of your customers, Randal is very professional while on location. There were several times that I could not be there to supervise or act as a buffer. Randal will stay the course and answer all questions as they pertain to the task at hand. He has never once tried to “work a side deal” with one of my customers and has always demonstrated nothing short of excellence and professionalism during those times. The work performed has always been great and I have been pleased with the outcome of every job. I would sometimes get other bids from electricians to see if I was getting a good deal but then I just got tired of having to do that. RHK always came in a bit lower than the competition anyway so I just started using them exclusively. We have since sold the sign business and moved on but I recently had an electrical issue that required immediate attention.     So grateful for the almost immediate arrival of our neighborhood electrician! I was working in the yard and poof the power goes out to the whole house.... yep the main is switched off and I see a very crunchy lizard (poor little guy) that obviously was the culprit!! The electrician was very nice clean cut and extremely polite! And because all he had to do was switch the lever he didn’t even charge me! Honest and thoughtful!! Yep, found my new electrical company yesterday! Pick these guys you’ll be glad you did!!

    Absolutely amazing. Asked them to come look at installing a 220 volt outlet for charging my Tesla. Not only did they come on time, but the quote was very reasonable. They added a whole-home surge suppressor to my electrical panel, installed a GFCI breaker, ran conduit and cable along and under my driveway, and installed a weatherproof outlet on my exterior wall, all for under $2,000 -- VERY reasonable. It was done by the middle of the next day, and the work is top quality. Highly recommend.
