Me and Felix have really appreciated all that y’all have done restoration from the foundation up to the inside decor getting everything. The colors smashed and the walls looking good the front door our mailbox. We are just humble and grateful for all the work that y’all have done and the timeframe that y’all did it in is amazingand we couldn’t be more thankful for all that y’all have done from the masons to the ironwork the ironwork it’s absolutely beautiful and we both just love it and we are just appreciative of Alex. Start to finish this company was professional on every level. They practically rebuilt my house after a fire. Roberto and his staff were extremely easy to work with and accomplished everything and then some in a timely manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. GA Water and Fire went beyond my expectations in restoring the destruction caused by my neighbors ancient trees wiping out my entire backyard structures, deck and garden. Alex Marroquin was my project supervisor and each group of professional craftsmen he brought in did a superb job. The crew who replaced the damaged gutter did such a good job I hired them again to replace the rest of my gutters. They also installed a standing seam roof on my pavillion. Other crews rebuilt my deck and damaged walls and pavillion floor, rebuilt my fence and stone walkway, painted, everything done with the utmost professionalism with Alex overseeing each step with great communication. There were some tricky custom things like fabricating a new metal chimney, a custom iron handrail and Alex and Jay Joiner of GA W&F worked well with my insurance company to make sure I was happy with the results every step of the way. They were all also very kind and know how to listen to and address concerns. The crews were scheduled with maximum efficiency and the end results were outstanding. A+++

Georgia Water and Fire Restoration is the company that USAA recommended to us after a basement flood due to a pipe braking. I am so grateful we used them as they offered the best home repair experience we have ever had. Roberto is such a great lead contractor. He communicated with us professionally and clearly and made sure the needed repairs were done to our complete satisfaction. Gil led the talented crew who did everything from drywall, painting, tile, flooring, etc…We could not be more pleased and highly recommend this company!

We had a great experience with GA Water and Fire which couldn’t have been more appreciated in light of the challenging circumstances that we needed them. They were always responsive, professional and knowledgeable in how to handle our ongoing changing needs. I want to give an extra shout out to Glen, Israel, Alex and Paul and all of their crews. Alex was our project manager and his excellent communications and knowledge in all aspects of our reconstruction was amazing. It was not unusual for him to reach out to us at 7, or 8:00 at night to go over the next steps, etc. We always felt heard and attended to. I can’t say enough good about this experience. Very pleased with our experience with GA Water and Fire. They were able to quickly mitigate our flooded basement and clear the damaged spaces. We also used them for the rebuild, which went quickly with great care and attention to detail. Our project manager Roberto was easy to work with and very customer focused. Gill and his team got the basement back to, or better, than its original state! We also appreciated the care used in moving the contents of the basement.

After having a house fire, being displaced and having to renovate the entire house I beyond pleased!!! Rocio’s dump and pack team made life so much easier, and Junior’s renovation team in underrated!! I do not care what I asked of Junior, he and his team got it done! I am so happy! I even stitched together pictures from Pinterest and he got it done and it looks exactly like my stitched pictures!!! I love it!!!! Georgia Water and Fire Restoration did an outstanding job on removing the moisture from our home. After the moisture removal they removed all of our furniture, removed the existing floor, installed a new floor, trimmed and repainted molding then reinstalled the furniture. I was a builder for 15 years and was impressed by their quality and professional approach to the job. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Rocio Ortiz and her team were extremely thorough and did a great job with the damaged floor removal, cleaning and moving us back in our house. Alex Marroquín coordinated the entire project and kept us updated and on schedule. I can’t imagine a better team to work with.

Insurance replacement of my water damaged kitchen floor. Worked with Steve Wooten the owner of the location along with the PM Junior Eggea who were both fantastic! The estimate was thorough and it included many of the details for the overall project. Junior ensured materials were of like quality if not better and schedule was started on time and finished ahead of time! Workmanship was excellent, courteous customer focused crew was very apparent. It was the little attention to details like covering up the kitchen to ensure dust didn’t go everywhere, taking off the shoes while walking on carpet. I would not hesitate to use them again for any project.I am very pleased that there are still some businesses out there that deliver on the work they promise!

After the project was completed there were a few items that I reached back out about where the ceiling had settled and the seam had cracked and they immediately came back out to repair the entire area with no questions asked. There was also a spot in the crown molding that I felt could use another touch up and again they went above and beyond to satisfy my picky needs. All of these items were well beyond a “good job” but for my own picky needs they came through by putting me on their calendar for the repairs. I am so beyond grateful for GFAWR wanting to make their customer 100% satisfied. Their attentiveness to my needs are unmatched. I just wanted to leave a review here for Georgia Water & Fire restoration. This was a very difficult time for us having had water damage and Heidi, Israel and his team were so great to work with and made the process easy. My wife pays attention to every little detail and we were both so happy with the results of our Kitchen/Family room/mud room and laundry room restoration. They went above and beyond on the work they did, we painted our dark blue cabinets and beige walls to white and they work very hard to make sure the old colors did not come thru. The flooring and structural work they did was excellent. If you need work done, this is definitely the company to work with. I am so incredibly thankful our friends recommended them and I am so happy we chose to use their services. You will not regret hiring them!

I recently had my kitchen, living room, hallway, and part of my garage remodeled due to catastrophic water damage. The process was easy from beginning to end - we had a claims adjuster come out to look at the damage, and was very kind and patient when I was overwhelmed. The extent of the damage and next steps were explained in a way that made me feel confident to move forward. Roberto Flores was assigned as project manager. He was professional and communicating through every step of the remodel. If I had questions, they were typically answered within hours. There were a few delays in receiving ordered materials, but any shipping/logistics delays were communicated. There were occasions where Roberto went to bat with our insurance company to make sure we had maximum coverage for replacement, and I know we were better off than attempting to navigate a remodel this size solo. Roberto’s team was very professional and left my home neater than when they found it. I have no complaints with the quality of the work, and I especially love my new kitchen! I highly recommend Georgia Fire and Restoration.

We had a small flood in our house last spring, after which our insurance company left 4 holes in our living room walls along with the water damage, as well as a recommendation for professional restoration.. They suggested we use GA Water & Fire for the restoration, including drywall, painting & floor replacement.Ms. Heidi our project manager, and all the professional contractors, took their jobs seriously,following the planned improvements, openly offering suggestions or advice on alternative solutions to any obstacles encountered.Heidi provided nonstop oversight of the work being done, if we had any questions or concerns. We felt her biggest asset was in connecting with my husband and I, in clarifying what we wanted and how we felt it should be done. Its also important to note that if she felt we needed some guidance in making decisions related to the job, she and her team of workers would speak with us, providing us with options we never would have thought of on our own. Heidi did all final inspections of the finished work, leaving the house looking perfectly restored.We felt Heidi demonstrated a sincere interest in getting the restoration project done in the best way possible, and truthfully, her personality helped us feel heard and all our concerns were addressed until we were satisfied with the finished project. Without exception, Heidi and her team of contractors were knowledgeable, considerate and diligent in restoring our home from flood damage.

I had an amazing experience with Georgia Water and Fire Restoration. We used them for water remediation and repair. This company sets the bar for delivering an outstanding customer experience. We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night on the third floor. I called the emergency number at 1am and Christina answered. After a quick conversation, they were on their way and less than 45 minutes later they were in the driveway unloading equipment. They treated my house as though it was theirs. They were hired after the water, mold were removed by other companies and were assigned to restore the floor to its original condition. Everyone I dealt with at this company was highly professional and courteous. Their project manager, Matt, was communicative, and made sure I knew what was going to happen at every stage of the project. Their work crew was meticulous, tidy, efficient, and so pleasant to work with. My floor looks amazing and is in even better condition than it was in the first place. The floor they were restoring was in the laundry, kitchen and dining rooms, but they also had to sand and match the living areas hardwood and everything matches to perfection. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a restoration project done.

Their project manager, Matthew, contacted us immediately after receiving the claim, and within days the work had begun.The roofing companys owner came out to review the work that needed to be done with both Matt and myself, explained how the whole process would work, and even politely accommodated my request for a type/color of shingles that wasnt covered by insurance and had to be special ordered.The roofing crew was polite, organized, fast, and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves very well (a must with roofing nails and materials). The entire job (which included the replacement of a section of fascia, soffit and gutters) was completed within a few days, and our roof looks so good that our neighbors came over right away to compliment us on it. Im extremely impressed with this companys work ethic, and although I hope I dont experience another major insurance claim anytime soon, I would definitely not hesitate to request GA Water and Fire as my contractor again.

After the water mitigation company cut out some of baseboards, drywall, molding, and carpet, my wife and I were very sad to see the damage done to our little sanctuary. Georgia Water and Fire Restoration were recommended by our insurance company to repair the damage. Matthew Jagger and his team worked fast to get the walls repaired and painted. Matt also arraigned for a flooring company to repair the floor. We opted to replace the carpet with a wood like tile and just paid the difference for the upgrade. Matt set it up so that the flooring was done within a week of the other repairs. They did an excellent job! The basement looks better than it did before the damage was done!

The main water line broke in our house and we had water damage. My homeowners insurance (USAA) assigned Georgia Water & Fire to assess the damage and remove the damaged material. The same day I had reported this claim to USAA, Jason from Georgia W&F contacted me and was ready to come to the house as soon as the plumbers had finished. I have not always had good experiences with contractors but Jason was the exception. He would always call and let me know when he wanted to come and came every time he said he would (which is a prior problem I’ve had with many contractors). Not only was he punctual, but he was a true professional as well. I don’t know much about water damage and had a lot of questions and he always took the time to thoroughly explain any questions I had about water damage or insurance processes. I knew he was an honest professional man so I decided to use Georgia W&F for my home repairs as well. I would recommend him to anyone who is in a similar situation that I was. When your house is in shambles, all you want is punctually, a realistic timetable on the repairs and to know you’re in good hands with a guy like Jason and a company like GA W&F. After an undiscovered water heater leak, our crawl space was covered in mold, our dining room wall was moist, our our hardwood flooring had warped. Every step of the way, Georgia Water and Fire Restoration provided superior and professional services. Dryers, fans, filters were immediately in place in the affected areas in our dining room and under in our crawl space. The crawl space was cleaned and decontaminated on dry. Once dried, our warped flooring was removed, our dining room furniture was carefully moved and the contents individually wrapped. Our walls were professionally painted and new flooring was installed. Both Carl and his coworker were very helpful and dependable. They both went beyond to satisfy me. They explained to me everything that they were doing before they done it. They both were patient and understanding and met all of my needs in making sure that the water damage to my home was soaked up and ready for repairs. We just closed our restoration insurance claim which began on 04 September 2020! The original company assigned to us by our adjuster was IDC. What a nightmare they were!! during the first 3 months, they came to our house 3 times—and all they did was measure & spew promises at us. By mutual agreement, we parted ways. If this company is assigned to you—RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!Fortunately our adjuster assigned Georgia Water & Fire Restoration to begin our project at the beginning of January. Alex Morriquan was our project manager--an angel sent from heaven! We ran into a few other issues which prolonged the work at our house, but Alex was there for us whenever we needed him and was very accommodating. He spent as much time as we needed for him to explain the process.Alex managed his crew well, and treated them with respect. The finished project looks better than it did before the damage! When Georgia Water & Fire was assigned to us, I explained to the representative the problems we had experienced with IDC and we were hoping that to get better service. She assured me that she was assigning the best project manager with their team--Alex Morriquan--and she was right! We had a plumbing issue which we noticed our kitchen sink had water coming up the drain on both sides - then we checked our 1/2 bath in our living room area and noticed water on the floor- we then went down to the basement and there was water dripping from the piping to the floor which happened to be right under the where our half bath was - we moved the items from that area and layed towels down so we could get the water up but it was so mucb we had to get storage containers to catch the water - we then called our home warranty company who sent a plumbing rep out - the rep noticed the piping for the plumbing on one side of our basement where the water was leaking was incorrectly installed - when the assessment was provided to our home warranty (American Home Shield) they would not cover it - that is a whole other situation - the plumbing rep referred us to GA Water and Fire Restoration - the rep who came out Que was exceptionally professional he assisted us with our claim with USAA - the process went smoothly from beginning to end - this company went above and beyond - was very helpful, friendly, courteous just wonderful customer service - Matt who was assigned to get the job done always communicated and kept us abreast of what was going on - I would highly recommend GA water and Fire Restoration for any flooding in your home they know what they are doing and we could not be more pleased - thank you for helping us and getting our home back in order
