Kyle Sargent with GVEC Electrician Services and his assistant Cameron came out to do some work on my solar panels and in usual GVEC fashion did a great job. These guys are so pleasant and all about customer service and satisfaction. We really appreciate them. I also want to thank Cole Gavlick for setting this up. He is another GVEC professional. If your looking for Electrical Services I highly recommend GVEC.

These guys were great. Lead by Kyle Sargent, his team was excellent! It was an extremely hot day and they worked tirelessly to get the install done.I really felt for them given the dangerous temperature. Kyle made sure his men were safe giving them time to cool off and hydrate.Good job guys!

I purchased a 24kw home generator thru GVEC at the end of September 2024. Unknowingly to any of us this generator had issues from the start. GVEC employees installed and over 2months tried to resolve the problems it was having. Employees were very professional and responded to my numerous complaints quicklyProblem was fail to start on demand and struggled when it did always going into over cranking and locking outTried increasing propane inlet line size but that didn’t work. Blaming a faulty regulator from propane folks. That didn’t work. With several power outages I was out there at 1:30am trying to get the generator started. ENOUGH!!I contacted Generac directly and complained to them. They dispatched a technician here and along with GVEC and the propane folks the tech fixed the no start issue in five seconds. Problem was …. The factory installed the orface for the fuel switch backwards. The tech swapped it over to natural gas (supposed to be propane) and it’s running fine. He also found the ventouri valve was faulty and would bog down under load. That was replaced under warranty and seems to now be fine. Field techs need to test these machines under a load after installing such as run an ac unit

GVEC came out today and installed my home surge protector and lightning protection. The guys were very nice and did a great job with the installation and explaining how and what they installed worked. They showed me how to pair my cell phone with the Tesla battery’s and tested out the solar working with the loss of the power grid.Thanks Trevor for coming out and meeting with us and making sure we had what we needed from GVEC. We really appreciate your help!

Kyle was very professional he came to the door and introduced himself and did the estimate and returned to complete the job after estimate was approved. I would contact GVEC again for electrical work I was extremely impressed.I’ve had Kyle from GVEC a few times in the past months and the work has been done in a timely and very professional manner, it’s wonderful to have local folks when a problem comes along that you’re comfortable with and trust to do the correct work. I bought a new property and electricity to the water well was rigged not safely. Darin came and looked at my situation and quickly came up with a solution to fix the problem. Kyle came a week later and had everything fixed in an hour. I definitely will call GVEC electricians again.

Mr Burton and his apprentice Darin went above and beyond to make sure my 84 year old mom felt comfortable and try to replace the electric and AC unit in one day.The price was reasonable and the service was fast. In the end they provided all we needed to get mom a new AC in this Texas heat.
