    We had a 5-star, first time experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Crystal River, FL! Lilly was professional and friendly, answered promptly, took my information and sent confirmation emails immediately, even before I hung up the phone. I had called to request a free estimate on fixing a toliet that was leaking from the base. To my surprise, right before a major holiday (Thanksgiving), Lilly scheduled an appointment for the very next morning.Jon arrived promptly at 8am. He was wonderful: professional, personable and informative. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me an free upfront quote on the cost of the repair. I found the price to be fair and reasonable, and accepted. Jon promptly got to work, was neat and tidy with everything he did, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond our expectations. You can tell he goes out of his way to take care of his customers, and he takes great pride in his work and a job well done.Anyhoo. They have earned my repeat business for all my plumbing needs.     Lilly was very sweet and got me to a tech so fast!! Mat, my tech, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease that he would be able to find the source of my issue and solve it! If you have the money DEFINITELY do the camera option provided. It was amazing to see down the pipes and be able to hear, from the tech, that all looked good and exactly where and what the issue was. It was a Friday unclog, Mat left my bathroom so clear I almost forget he was there, and he came back out Monday morning and repaired the issue that was causing the problem. Thank you Brandon, you have GREAT employee’s!

    I had to replace my working hot water heater to make my Insurance company happy. Called Mr Rooter on Tuesday, they scheduled a free estimate for Wednesday, Caleb & Hunter showed up for the estimate, which was the lowest of all that I checked. I signed up for the replacement and they made an appointment for the next Day! Caleb & Hunter showed up again the next morning and completed the installation before noon. Great installation of a better water heater than Lowes or Home Depot offered. They showed pride in their work and left everything clean! I couldnt be happier and would recommend them if you need any plumbing done.

    This review was made 11 months ago but for some reason it didnt actually post so I am posting it now,My kitchen sink was clogged up at my house in Beverly Hills, I had a plumbing company come out that Im not going to name to come snake out the drain.. after 3 attempts to snake out the line through the kitchen and two attempts on the roof I had no success with getting this sink fixed.. The second time the kid snaked the roof line he got the snake caught in the septic and couldnt get it out It took four other plumbers that were all young as well to get the snake out... They had a dig down to my septic tank open the lid and free the snake that whole fiasco took just over 3 hours.. In the end they told me I needed to have my septic tank pumped out and when I did the sink would flow freely more than likely even though I kept telling them how could it be my septic tank when my bathroom sink toilet and shower drain with no problem whatsoever.. needless to say I had a septic company come out drain the septic for $300 and sure enough the water still wouldnt go down I called the plumbing company they offered to come back for another $95 and try to snake it out again, $95 was for each additional hour rate so they thought they were giving me a deal when I felt like they should be coming back for free since they couldnt get the damn drain unplugged... The more I thought about it I thought theres no way Im having these clowns come back to my house.. I made the choice and called Mr Rooter out of Crystal River when I spoke to the company I told them what happened and I told them I didnt want them sending any young inexperienced plumbers to my house and the young lady on the phone told me she did have a technician to send out and he was young she said but his knowledge of Plumbing is amazing and I have 100% confidence in him.. I reluctantly agree to have him come out to the house... He promptly showed up politely introduced himself And he already had the lowdown on what the issue was with my house so I told him what happened told him what happened with the other plumbing company and he came inside, This kid was one of the most professional technicians Ive ever met He thoroughly explained everything to me that he was going to do, He also had his supervisor which also happens to be his brother come out to the house and they discussed everything with each other and what the best course of action would be, They thoroughly explained everything to me but also explained the other options that would have to be taken if the drain clog would not come out, these two young brothers worked amazingly together! they discussed all their diagnosis what they felt was the issue and fed off each others knowledge to properly correct this issue and proceeded to snake the drain out, these two brothers worked like surgeons as one brother was snaking out the line The other brother was listening through walls listening outside to make sure the snake was going in the right direction due to certain tees within the plumbing,within a very short time They had the drain clear and running perfectly! I was so impressed with these brothers with that professionalism and their vast knowledge of plumbing and the way they meticulously worked with each other to solve this problem, You guys virtually erased any fear of having a younger plumber show up at my house! Mat and John I cant thank you guys enough! I highly recommend Mr Rooter And these two very knowledgeable young professional brothers!     I just wanted to express my appreciation for Jon’s work at my father’s house this past Friday. There was a break in the incoming water line that meant the water to the house has to be turned off. My dad is pretty sick and not really able to get around, so we needed the work done quickly. Mr. Rooter came out promptly and did the work exactly as promised. Our tech, Jon, was efficient, neat, professional and a nice guy in top of it all. He answered all of my questions so I could explain it to Dad.     I had an unfortunate blockage in my main sewer pipe that was noticed early in the morning before work. I submitted a request for service on their website and they called a few minutes before they were scheduled to open and sent a plumber within the hour. The plumber was prompt, courteous, professional, and competent. He was able to remove the obstruction and restore my homes plumbing. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing and am very grateful for the quick and excellent service. Price was reasonable as well. I would recommend this company without a second thought and will reach out again if Im in need of their services.

    Three years ago, we were so satisfied with Mr. Rooter Plumbings service that we didnt hesitate to call them again. This time to replace a toilet. First, its nice to get a real person that answers the phone and who is pleasant. Next, Matt did the replacement service.     I struggled determining how many stars to give! I was going to give 3 but have to take ownership for the decision so gave them 4. FYI, you will pay $125 for the service call to get a quote that is refunded if they do the work.1) These guys are in the business of replacing hot water heaters, not maintaining. I called because a tenant was only getting 5 minutes of hot water. Could be either a bad element or the pickup tube corroded off. I submitted a bid to troubleshoot/repair. When the technician arrived he suggested I try to get it repaired under warranty because he was unfamiliar with the brand and it was only a 2017 unit. He told me he checked, and it had voltage to the unit. On follow up I asked if he checked continuity/resistance across the element and was told they dont carry the test equipment for that ($10 HF multimeter). Here is my ownership...he did state he could stop and I could get someone else to check it. I wanted to get this taken care of for the tenant so I told him to go ahead with the replacement. ($1000)2) While they were there they replaced an outside hose bib ($200)3) They also took care of some minor issues that the tenant pointed out to them.4) They get a 5 for quick response, updates on appointments/arrival times, politeness and supplying before and after photos.All of these items are things I normally would take care of myself but was out of town for an extended time period so I was handling it remotely. First time using yelp to get quotes, they were the only one to respond (within the hour). I took the quick and easy way out so that it where I own it instead of picking up the phone and calling around.In the future, they would not be my first, or only call, but the work that they did was good. I dont want to detract from that.

    Lily and Finett were professional and Jon showed up promptly and unclogged my bath tub and shower. I went and purchased 2 new shower heads for better water pressure and they were installed. Both bathroom sinks, the pop-up mechanism did not rise and close to fill the sink basin.He replaced and now both sinks drain and close with no leaky pipes.The price was reasonable and they removed the consultation fee.All issues addressed and working properly.I would highly recommend.     I called to get a small project done and I had been having trouble even getting a response from other contractors. Caleb of Mr Rooter came out that day, Monday, and gave me a quote which I accepted. He set an appointment to do the work on Thursday with them showing up between 8-10am.They were here around 8:30. Promptly took care of my project explaining exactly what they were going to do. I couldnt have been more pleased.My only annoyance and its very minor was there was almost too much communication, texts and emails, once the appointment was set until they arrived to do the work. The more common issue is NO communication from contractors. Of the two choices, Ill take over communication.I will definitely call them for my next plumbing concern.

    Recently, we were in the market to install a new kitchen sink for our home, here in Citrus County, Florida. First, we purchased a new sink at a local store, and then, were prepared for installation. After some research, we contacted a local plumbing company, Mr. Rooter, and our phone call was immediately answered in a polite and courteous manner. We spoke with Lilly, who was very personable, and explained the situation to her. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as it pertained to our needs. She went the extra mile to be pleasant and accommodating. Subsequently, we were able to schedule the installation within a very reasonable time frame. On the day that we spoke with her, and also on the day of the impending installation, we were contacted via phone and text (which was our choice), that kept us informed of the technician’s arrival time every step of the way. Caleb and Matt, the area’s service technicians, responded to our home even earlier than the stated time as promised and proceeded to do a very detailed inspection and installation without issue. We felt that the price quote for the installation was very reasonable. They were incredibly polite, respectful, and very courteous, (they even placed a door mat outside the front door before entering our house and meticulously cleaned up everything after their work was completed) and throughout the entire process, they took the time to thoroughly explain everything in the process from beginning to end. It was ultimately a quality installation completed in a timely manner. They even took the time to answer a few other questions regarding future work that we might have done at our home. They were truly some of the nicest people that we have met and made us feel totally comfortable and confident with our choice of a plumbing company. I have to say that this company really has it’s act together in every way and we couldn’t be happier with our new sink. All receipts for services were immediately sent to us electronically. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter and you won’t regret it should you decide to do business with them. Thanks for a job well done and a refreshing experience with your company in this day and age. Suffice it to say that a one-man couple of hours job turned into a two-man multi-day event. Matthew came out to help, and both gentlemen tackled our situation with skill and smiles. They offered their service the same day. Since I had a prior obligation that day, they immediately offered to come out first thing the next day. They did. RJ the technician showed up and was prompt, polite, and professional. He explained the problem, told me what he would do, and showed me what he repaired when he was done. I can’t say a single bad thing about the service I received.The only suggestion that I have for the company is that I hope that they find a way to be able to leave tips on a credit card. Yes, I leave tips for repair technicians. My personal belief is that If I can tip the person who serves my food in a restaurant, I am willing to tip the poor soul who has to do anything with my toilets or fix something in my house. No, RJ did not ask for a tip, but he sure as heck deserved it!!! Thank you for the overall great service. I hope that I don’t need you again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to call.

    Highly recommend. was at house and had two toilets clogged with sewage coming out of tub when you flushed the toilets! Called so last minute and they were out within 20 mins and done in about 30. The two gentleman were clean cut and professional. They told me they would start out snaking the drain, for $150 and If that didnt work theyd go from there. at first, it didnt seem to be working so they bumped the quote to $300 or so, to do more extensive work but all of a sudden, with a delayed reaction, everything started to drain. I wasnt even aware of this and they cleaned up everything and came out and told me they brought it back down to $150, as the snaking had worked. I honestly didnt know what was going on so they could have charged whatever, but they backed their work and their estimate and also said there was a week warranty in case something happened.     Five stars times 1000! I had a badly clogged main drain emergency. Mr. Rooter to the rescue. They arrived a little late, due to an emergency safety meeting. They actually called to say they were behind schedule, even though they were still within the scheduled window.The techs, Caleb and George were so cordial, courteous and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing, got the drains going and throughly tested the system. I cant begin to express how wonderful Caleb and George were. Mr. Rooter should be very proud to have them as employees. They set a high bar.

    I was going to use YouTube to repair my dripping shower faucet. Nope, the big problem was I couldnt shut off the water supply. I called 5 minutes before they closed. A team came out at 8 AM the following day and realized immediately that the water supply valve needed to be replaced and the shower faucet was a breeze for them. Nice guys, good prompt work. I would recommend them to anyone. Reasonable price, too.

    Awesome awesome company….from the girl who answered the phone to the guys that came out. Been trying to find a septic tank for weeks. Commercial building. Septic tank was 200 feet from bldg. Locater camera only reached approx. 100 feet. Caleb didn’t give up. He had to follow a small pipe for approx. 100 more feet to find tank. He never gave up and never complained. Also had a toilet to replace. Those two guys were just as pleasant and very polite and clean cut. Nice to see that there are still people that want to work. Loved the uniforms.
