This is the second time I have used this company and again top notch service. This time my controller for my water softner wasnt working anymore and assumed the worst that it would need a very expensive replacement as it is 14 yrs old. After reassuring me that just probably needed some replacment parts they repaired the unit, checked the other unit and all was back up and running in no time at all. Super nice, know how to use a phone for appointment updates and very fair in pricing. A very good experience!

We had our water softener installed a couple of years ago and have had no problems. We just signed up for a service contract to ensure regular maintenance. We are very happy with Meeks. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

Very good people , when they say free water testing they mean it !!!! Checked our water and it was good our water softer is on its way out but was told he could replace but we really did not need it !!! Very trustworthy company , they well not just sell you something to make a sale !!!! Very good information on what you really need and what you do not , you can trust this company for sure !!!!! Im writing this review as a thanks to Meeks Water Treatment Company. They have treated me well regarding service, installation and maintenance on my well system. Recently, the transformer on my UV light quit working and I assumed it would take weeks to get a replacement transformer and have my UV light back up and running. Phillip, from Meeks diagnosed the problem and within the hour returned to my house with a replacement transformer and had my UV light up and running immediately.I would recommend Meeks Water Treatment to anyone with a well system in Crystal River.

Called Meeks after pulling my hair out with their competitor who initially installed the unit. Started having problems with iron, so I called Brittany ( hope I got her name right) at Meeks and she walked me through the process, and scheduled a time. Jacob sent me a text 1/2 hour before our appointment to inform me of his arrival. This professional took the time to explain the unit to me, water tested my water cleaned an replace a couple of pieces, all the while explaining and answering every question I asked.From the initial call to the service has been what America is lacking in theses time…….Proffesional, Quality, and Honest!

The Meeks service team re-plumbed my water softener system to accommodate newly installed garage cabinets. Their team got everything lined up and square to the wall. Very professional looking installation. They found a very small drip before they left and corrected it before leaving. A+ job!
