    The concrete of our front steps was crumbling. There was not a safe way for our disabled son to get inside his own front door. Thanks to TL Decks, our new ramp allows him to use our front door with ease. Highly recommend TL Decks. Looks amazing and is very high quality!

    Preferring to use local service providers, we found Thayer Lynn Carpentry to install a new custom aluminum railing by conducting extensive research. Their website provided a photo that looked professional and similar to what we were looking for. Following a phone conversation, Alex came out, showed us samples and developed a plan. Alex was professional and adapted his design to fit our specific needs. The work was performed on a timely basis and clean-up after the job was completed. Custom, quality build. And Alex came in under budget. Always a sign of honesty. We love our new railing and highly recommend Thayer Lynn Carpentry.

    We moved into a new house with a very steep staircase from the deck towards the lake. We use it a lot for our dog and for us. After falling down these narrow and steep steps, I knew we needed to replace them. TL Decks did an awesome job taking down the old stairs and building a new staircase in 2 days with much nicer looking and safer stairs with dusk to dawn lights! I never thought I would be so excited about stairs but I love how they turned out. Alex was very responsive throughout the planning and he and his crew showed up when they said they would, were very nice and cleaned everything up well. I highly recommend TL Decks and would definitely use them again for any future projects!

    Excellent company . Pay special details to the install. I knew it was the right choice when they showed jump and opened their job truck. It was all very neat , organized and clean. Knew they take pride in their work at that time.

    We were referred to Thayer Lynn when we had an idea to replace our screen porch awning with some kind of hard surface that would withstand winter.Alex came and took such an interest, listening to all of our hopes for the project and returned with a great plan. He was so enthusiastic and thorough in explaining the product and process.His team was exceptional. They always came on time and were very neat. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was awesome. I hope I have another project for them in the future. We love our new screen porch and are so happy we won’t be rained on or have to install and remove the awning with the seasons.

    Thayer Lynn was a referral from a long time builder friend. What started out as just a basic flooring project turned into an entire kitchen remodel. I couldnt be happier with the final result of this endeavor. Alex did a great job designing the kitchen. Install went very smoothly, within budget and on time. He and his crew cleaned thoroughly every day before they left. They also replaced 3 picture windows that had passed their useful life span. I highly recommend Thayer Lynn for flooring, carpentry or window replacement.

    We engaged Alex to remodel/repair multiple items in a house we owned to get it ready to sell. He did a great job, was on time with all repairs etc and was helpful in solving problems presented by a house that had not been kept up for several years.I also had him build a stairs in my personal home in the garage leading to our attic. Again he kept all his promises and did everything on a timely basis. Alex is a very reliable resourceful person.
