    I wasnā€™t in the mood to have water heater issues, especially on the weekend, but my warranty company sent them out because I had a leak. I caught Daniel over the weekend, and he was patient with my questions. Ed came out that day to explain what was wrong. I wonā€™t lie; it sounded expensive and like much work.I was worried about my out-of-pocket expenses and the time it would take. I had a few code issues to handle. Alicia was patient with me on the phone and outlined everything perfectly. To wrap it up, Cory was able to come out and get the job done in about an hour! I am impressed. Iā€™m giving Relentless five stars on the service alone from all involved. Iā€™m still sad about the cost, but I know it couldā€™ve been much more, and for that, Iā€™m thankful. Thank you, Relentless!

    There is a great reason why this company is so ably named Relentless, as I have personally experienced EXEMPLARY service from every employee of this excellent company.Firstly, lets begin with Alyssa (please forgive me if Ive misspelled her name), the office manager who also reaches out to each customer when work requests are received from the home warranty company. When I submitted my home repair service claim through my home warranty company, Alyssa quickly contacted me upon being notified. I could not be reached that day due to duty, but she left a very friendly and detailed voice message followed up with a kind and professional email. It was evident that Relentless Home Services takes nothing or no customer for granted. Once I spoke with Alyssa, the first thing she did was thank me for my military service and promised to get me taken care of ASAP, which she did by scheduling my repair service for the next day. OUTSTANDING!On the day I received Ed Greens service, he also exhibited excellent service. He called and left a voicemail (as I was again performing duty and could not answer the phone). He indicated that he was about 30 minutes away and wanted to confirm my availability and kindly requested I contact him. Ed did not stop there. He, too, sent me a very thoughtful text message. I was able to receive that and quickly called Ed back. We re-confirmed my appointment, and Ed arrived early and was ready to work.Ed is a highly experienced technician with a law enforcement background, providing mutual respect to the military community. He also thanked me for my service and shared that he has children who successfully completed military careers. After our warm introduction, Ed reviewed each of the work requests and outlined his plan of action to remediate each repair, which he completed meticulously and professionally. Ed replaced the defective components with new, high-quality parts, successfully tested each, and performed a walk-around with me to confirm his work. Afterward, Ed ensured his work areas were tidied up and left nice and clean. OUTSTANDING!One of the repairs required the expertise of a licensed electrician, and Ed took care of that, too. He contacted my home warranty company and obtained the authorization. My home warranty company reached out to me while Ed was still at my home, and we confirmed the dispatch of the electrician for the next day! Wow! While speaking with my home warranty company, I indicated that I want Relentless Home Service to be my primary service provider for all work they specialize in on behalf of my home warranty. My home warranty company representative noted my account and stated an effort would be made to comply with my request for Relentless Home Services in the future. OUTSTANDING!I would be remiss if I did not take the time to acknowledge other vital members of Relentless Home Services, starting with the owner, Daniel. It is evident that Daniel is an excellent owner who cares deeply about his employees and customers. His employees are equipped with modern vehicles, tools, and resources. He values their input and ideas for improving the company and providing even more fantastic customer service. Hearing and seeing the employees pride in their company, boss, and future is an excellent credit to Daniel. OUTSTANDING!Finally, but far from least, is Natalie, the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable associate. Natalie is the employee who ensures that the home warranty repairs are correctly billed and serviced, including when additional vendors are required (such as one of my repairs. Ed worked through Natalie to make this process flow smoothly and expeditiously, and my home warranty repair company complimented Relentless Home Services on their exceptional handling and routing of this work. Natalie may perform behind the scenes, but her efforts make the actual work take place successfully.     We called Relentless Plumbing when the home that weā€™d just purchased had its tankless hot water heater stop working. Our homeā€™s seller had provided us, the homeā€™s buyer - with a one-year Home Warranty plan. Relentless Plumbing was able to work quickly and closely with this home warranty plan provider to coordinate ordering a replacement waterless tank heater. The Relentless technicians were knowledgeable and professional. The company phone representatives were also polite and helpful. We would highly recommend this company!

    Ed arrived promptly and resolved my plumbing issues in under 15 minutes. Previously, my old plumbing company quoted me $565 to rebuild the toilet valve or $1,300 for a new toilet, which made me realize it was time to seek a different plumber.When my warranty company sent over Relentless, Ed efficiently handled the problem without the need for any extensive repairs. I appreciate the timely and effective service, and it has made me reconsider my previous plumbing providers practices.

    This is the third time Iā€™ve used Relentless and they are amazing (I live in an old house on septicā€¦) Today Dylan came to unclog my pip s that the grandson had flushed wipees down. Again. Great service and great prices. Never tried to upsell me or gouge me which is common in the service industry. Highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs!

    The hot water works! The plumbers are professional and informative. The only complaints I have are that there were holes left behind for us to patch back up and they left stuff out that they didnā€™t put back into the cabinets and closet. A little clean-up had to be done. Cory did put our air vent back together when he discovered it was pulled apart in the attic. For that, I gave them the 5-stars. Thanks guys!

    Dylan was quick to resolve my drain blockage issue. He ran a camera and an auger through and showed me what was causing it and cleared the blockage. He also recommended steps to not have the same issue again. Customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended!!

He and the owner, Daniel worked with us to get our plumbing issues resolved to our satisfaction. Both are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work performed: ran two new septic lines under our slab foundation, replaced 3 toilets, replaced water heater, installed new water softener, and replaced exterior hose bib.     Daniel was amazing. We asked Relentless to complete a pre-purchase video sewer inspection on a house. They were able to get it done the very next day, and Daniel went above and beyond. He was thorough, and did not try to pressure us into high-dollar repairs that werent needed. Exactly the kind of person I was hoping to find, and will be my first and only call anytime we need a plumber.

    Daniel is very responsive and informative. The techs that came to the house did high quality work. I love Hope & Alyssa in the office, they are very knowledgeable and helpful!BUT I would give them 4.5 stars instead of 5 stars if I could. Reason being is we had some very expensive work done. Their quote was about 15% less than their competition - which was awesome. But they failed to mention that we could save over $1,300 off of our bill had we signed up for their maintenance plan that is not only affordable, but you really get a lot of benefits included!I cant take a whole star off for this because their staff, reasonable pricing and quality of work is too good to remove a whole star. But my recommendation for this company is to offer the maintenance plan every chance you get, especially when a customer could save hundreds of dollars by buying one!

    Appreciate they actually answer the phone and donā€™t go through Automation prompts. Alisa is friendly and Daniel returns calls promptly. Corey the plumber is very efficient and kept us informed of what he was doing the entire time. His apprentice, little Daniel, wore me out going back and forth for anything needed to get the job done and cleaned up well afterwards. They had to remove the toilet, remove tile and dig down to replace a cracked lead pipe with a new PVC line and pour new concrete. We only had to replace two tiles and re-grout. They will be back Monday to reset the toilet.

    We had an emergency where water was running out of a wall behind the water heater and into the kitchen area. It flowed down a couple of the walls along the floor and into the living room and entryway. I called another plumber on Thursday evening (the night it happened) and were told they would get back to me the next morning. After not hearing from them Friday morning, I called a contractor that I know, and he recommended I call Daniel at Relentless Home Services. He answered right away and told me to call their office and have them schedule an appointment for me that afternoon. Even though a connector came loose getting the unit into our tight space so we were without hot water another night, Junior came back first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. Daniel let us know our well pressure tank internal bladder had failed and needed replacing and advised a UV light since were on well water. They ordered the materials and scheduled the second job. Alysa let us know when they were on their way. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves and removed all the old materials. I highly recommend them!
