    We had a slab leak and it caused considerable stress. After making the phone call to Hildebrants, they were out and had the leak stopped within a few hours. Their knowledge in dealing with the insurance claim was also extremely helpful and reduced my anxiety levels as well. Overall, they made it as painless as the situation could be. They recommended Warrior Restoration on the clean up end and they also did an amazing job on that end and Im hard to please. I would highly recommend both businesses.

    Hildebrandts plumbing was referred to me by one of my clients. I had not worked with them before so I did not know exactly what to expect. I am sooooo glad I hired them to do this major plumbing work for a property we were selling in Grand Prairie. Their communication was stellar, there customer service is fabulous, their work and their clean-up was incredible. They had to dig under this pier and beam 1952 home, repair a leak, replace the cast iron plumbing pipes, run a static test, and then cleaned up the area like they were never there!!! I will use them again, without hesitation and have already referred them to others. They are professional, caring, efficient, timely and respectful.     I could not be more pleased! Outside faucet was leaking badly after the Texas Winter Storm of 2021. I requested a quote, sent pictures and within an hour they were on the way. Only 30 minutes of work with the price quoted. Wonderful, pleasant, accurate, knowledgeable and able to do the job they are tasked with. Highly recommend this outstanding and honest company!

    Hildebrant Plumbing took good care of us when our Kitchen Faucet broke. They found the right fixture to use with a custom fit application from photos and sourced a difficult to find part quickly. They came and did a quick and professional installation and we were very happy with their service. I highly recommend them! Youre in good hands with them!

    If you need last minute plumbing repair, Hildebrants is definitely who I would recommend. We had called multiple plumbers for kitchen sink and dishwasher leaking and draining issues. Everyone else just did a short glance and wanted to charge us upwards of $1k to do basic repairs, Keith personally came out when all of his other crews were super busy and was able to recommend more in depth observations and repairs for much less than what everyone else was charging. He does take a little bit to do the work but it was quality work and not rushed. We appreciate the last minute availability and will be working with them again if needed.

    Russell came out yesterday and repaired the leak in the ac drain. The leak ruined the living room floor. He not only repaired the leak, he went beyond that and also contacted American Water Damsge to come out and give us a free estimate! He called me later to make sure they contacted us. My initial first impression of Keith Hildebrant was very positive. The anxiety that I felt initially was put to complete ease because of Keith.     I found a plumber for life! I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Hildebrants Plumbing Repair, in Crowley, TX. When my shower faucet wouldnt stop leaking, even after my son replaced the shower head, I had to find professional help to remedy the problem.As most of you can relate, choosing a service without recommendations can be scary and unnerving. However, my fears were put to rest once I spoke with Tyler Hildebrant on the phone about my problem, and the fact that I was working with a limited income. He listened and explained that I would be given an upfront cost once the problem was diagnosed. A few hours later, the company owner, Keith Hildebrant, came out and made the repair for me. He also corrected the same issue with the tub in the master bathroom, all for a price that worked for me. It was determined during the visit that the source of my problem was that the plastic cylinder in my hot water heater was breaking down and sending pieces into the pipes throughout my house. The larger pieces had lodged in my faucets, which restricted the water flow and damaged the cartridges inside of them.Once the repairs were completed, Keith offered to look around to find the best deal for replacing the hot water heater within the funds I could afford. Hopefully, that will all be coming together soon.If you are in need of plumbing repairs or replacement, I highly recommend Hildebrants Plumbing Service! This is a family run business that is dedicated to helping others. Both Keith and Tyler were very professional and caring, and they went out of their way to make things right.

    I called Hildebrants after the two other contractors wanted to do major demo a on my floors to fix a leaking pipe .Rick and Jeremy came out a couple hours after I called. They were here ready to work unlike the other two that looked at it and said they would call me back. They found the leak from the access area between the walls that was there for access to the bathroom plumbing. They had it fixed in 2 hours. It blew me away thinking what I was getting ready to pay the other 2. You literally saved me thousands!

    I had a same-day call. They arrived 30 minutes before the time I was told to expect them (but they called to give me notice). Don and Michael were a pleasure to work with, extremely courteous and thorough. I had an unclear problem with the water reported to me by a tenant. Michael crawled throughout the entire underside of the house to ensure there were no leaks, they checked my meter and did everything they could to diagnose. It was very comfortable having them in the house, I will definitely be calling Hildebrants again with any issues in the future.
