    Our relationship started out rough and I thought Id have to write a bad review. However, once Mr. Zuercher became involved, we were treated as VIPs!! Mr. Zuercher visited our house personally (three times!) to check on the work and progress and to ensure we were happy. Our electrician, Darryl, was AMAZING - so nice, helpful, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Yes, we had to wait for an appointment, but the quality of the work for a fair price is unbeatable. The state electrical inspector gave Zuerchers high praise as well. Thank you to Doug, in the office, as well!! This was a large residential job - brand new panel and upgrade from 200 to 400 amp service, wiring up the new hot tub, establishment of a generator plug, and installation of a 100 amp RV pedestal. Thank you - we will definitely use Zuerchers again!

    We had a great experience with Zuercher Electric. There was confusion regarding the scheduling, but they went above and beyond to get someone to our house. We had a chandelier removed and replaced with a ceiling fan and a light switch replaced. Very happy with the service received. The price was quite reasonable. Definitely will be our go to electricians!

    We have used Zuercher twice so far since we moved here. Mike has been great! Our can lights look great! He was very meticulous on spacing and centering in the room. My wife could not be happier with the result. I would highly recommend Zuercher when you need an electrician.

    This company responded promptly to my initial inquiry with a scheduled visit. My job request was relatively small in that I needed a new circuit line with outlets added to the crawlspace so I was impressed with the attention I received. The estimate was reasonable and I later called them back to complete the work. The electrician was able to complete the work the following day in my case and the actual cost came in under the estimated cost. Great results!

    The friendly electrician arrived on time and, after a little intro talk, immediately began evaluation of the work I wanted done. His estimate was extremely reasonable and he began work immediately, gladly using materials I already had on hand for the job, saving me money. The work, including clean-up, was done quickly and I was very pleased with the final bill, which came in under what I had expected from the initial estimate. I highly recommend this company, and especially this individual.

    OMG, I had to wait five weeks for them to come out, but they did such a good job installing my light fixtures, and I had already removed all the old lights. I am upgrading a house that I bought a year ago, and In two weeks I already have another 7 light fixtures to install, and I have to wait until the 3rd week of January before they can come out again. Apparently they have only one technician, and they should definitely hire a second one. I think that two weeks is a reasonable time to wait, and five weeks is just way too long. If you can put somebody to work, why wouldnt you?

    While looking for a local electrician we came across Zuercher Electric Company. We contacted them regarding some work to our home and Mike Coleman was sent to give us an estimate. Mike was pleasant, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! He gave us an estimate for multiple ceiling fans to be installed, repairs to an electrical box and line outside and LED lighting in the game room. We agreed on the work to be done and the estimated price was more than fair. Mike completed all the work in a very timely fashion and it was very professionally done!!     Needed a 110v outlet for conversion from electric stove to propane. Called for an appointment in the morning and had a knowledgeable and competent technician here in the afternoon. Dropped a wire form my microwave down the wall to a new outlet. Great job, cleaned up afterwards. Good quality work, will definitely use them again if needed.

    Appointment was scheduled for 8-9 am. Technician Mike called at 8:02 and said he was on his way. Fans were installed in both bedrooms and Mike did an excellent job. One was more difficult and needed a new box installed. He let me watch and explained everything. Thank you Zuercher for having Mike as a technician. I always call you when I need electrical work done and will ask for Mike for sure.

    Mike installed 2 bathroom ceiling light vents that I had bought to replace older ones. Ceilings needed to be cut bigger. Price was great and quality/time for job was amazing and fast. Highly recommend.

    Could not be more pleased. While installing a light fixture I popped a circuit breaker. Try as I would I could not make the circuit “live” after resetting the breaker so I called for help. They interrupted their afternoon schedule to troubleshoot and solve the problem, and “cleaned up” a switch box which was very poorly installed by the electrician who initially wired our home. They are definitely our “go to” electrical company!

    Ed Bauer was responsive to my request for help with two out-of-the-box requests - install two Tesla charging stations and solve for a power solution for a lighted sign near the entrance to Wildwood Resort & Marina in Granville, Tennessee, some distance from Zuerchers offices in Crossville. Ed diagnosed what was needed and appropriate, including an innovative solar solution to the sign lighting problem and delivered results on target with original estimates. I would not hesitate to use Zuecher Electric again!

    I made an appointment to have my lights in the garage changed out to LEDs. When the service guy came out he told me a cheaper route would be to convert my lights instead of changing my lights out. I was able to return the new LED lights, get a refund, and saved quite a bit of money! Ive used them in the past and I will definitely use them again!

    Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They came to swap out some lights and were very observant about décor and color schemes. The chains on my lights were shiny brass which did not go well so they rewired and swapped out chains for me which kept me from calling them back when I finally noticed. They even let me add on a hard-wired dishwasher to the list without charging me an arm and a leg. I will definitely hire them again.

    Mike was on time, efficient, and very professional. He installed a ceiling fan. It looks very good. There was a problem with the remote portion of the fan. We called Lowe’s and he helped explain the problem without taking the fan back to the store. I went a returned the remote portion. Mike installed the fan and it works great. The switch was installed without making any mess. I will use ZEC again for next project. Thanks again ZEC.
