    They say same day repair, they mean it.I needed a new toilet and within 24 hours the technician came and installed a new one for me in less than an hour.Technician T Henry was incredibly kind, courteous, informative, and good at his job.Pricing can be a little expensive, but for the speed and quality of service it was well worth it.

    Second time we have used T from Mr. Rooter and it was great. In both cases, our regular plumber wasnt available and we wanted someone to look at the issue quickly. Called Mr. Rooter and T was available the same day. He was professional and friendly. Explained the issues and the/options and associated costs to address. He completed the work efficiently and cleaned the work area before he left. I wont hesitate use them again.

    Ron Spaid was awesome! He was very thorough, extremely professional, and confident. He was a God send in addressing our drain overflow disaster and resolved it. My wife even invited him over for Thanksgiving dinner! His customer service skills were outstanding and we appreciated how much he respected our home.     Josh is a really nice guy. It was worth it. If I didn’t get the sink done and another plumber would have waited a week before he showed up again. So why not do everything at once get it over with. Was an emergency call so I paid a little bit more money but 5 other plumber’s either had another job to do or they were finished for the day…of course they were finished for the day it was Friday… but I really like what he’s done for me. Might have to get him to repair the upstairs bathroom in the spring but it may give out before hand … lol

    T Henry did a very good job replacing the corroded and leaking parts of our kitchen sink drain. He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. I would definitely be pleased to recommend him as a plumber.

    Tim and Trent came out to unclog a drain in my laundry room. They were friendly, efficient, and found the problem. They unclogged the drain for me. I will have to have more extensive work done, which doesn’t surprise me, but I was very impressed with these two technicians.

    Mr. Rooter, the technician, went above and beyond to fix our problems with the main line backing up. I had G I Plumbing come out first. I told them I already tried to snake it myself, but it didn’t work, so they did the same thing and charged me over $400 for less than an hour of trying with no results. Then, they told me they would have to basically dig up my whole front yard and destroy my sidewalk to fix it, and it would cost over 17K. After talking to Mr. Rooters technician about what the first company did and telling him I was not interested in them trying to snake it and charging me for no results. I was assured that the equipment he would use was the correct solution to the problem and guaranteed results. It took him several hours to use a piece of equipment called the jet and also a snake with a cutter on the end of it. But for less than 1K my main line work cleaned out and working properly. I cant say enough about how great the experience was and how he was working s hard to fix my problem.

    The hot water pipe under my sink came dislodged on a Saturday and I was able to get someone to come out within the hour. Jake was great and he had to spend almost 4 hours there redoing the previous shoddy workmanship that was done. If I had one complaint it would be it is pretty pricey, but I guess in a jam what else can you do? I just asked to have the garbage disposal replaced, which I had already purchased, and I didnt realize til I paid it was a $500 fee to have that done. Other than that everything was quick, smooth, and Jake was very friendly and personable.

    They are Awesome! Very Professional yet personal to the job they are on. They found a broken pipe under my home it was very costly to replace which they recommended I could not afford it at this time so they came up with a solution to repair it for a few months and then theyll return and replace it. I feel fortunate that they took the time to fix the problem temporarily with a plan to replace it when I can afford it in the future. They took extra time and explained everything to me.     We experienced an emergency plumbing/sewage issue on Sunday. I immediately called about 10 companies (I was frantic and needed anyone) via Google search and based on review ratings. Mr Rooter actually answered the phone and a technician was at the house well before the promised timeframe. It was disappointing so many of the companies I contacted advertised 24/7 services and never responded. Mr Rooter was awesome and very fair about pricing. The plumber was polite and professional.     Nick responded to my urgent need. Drain pipes on my mobile home not draining and backed into bathtub. No snake done after camera inserted and problem detected. He accessed under home and bumped pipes to get clog moving. Drain pipes not properly installed as they go down and back up with a 90 degree bend. Actual repair, so problem does not reoccur will be expensive and need time to determine how I can afford. Nick very professional and understanding. This was a Friday evening in the dark.

    The tech Tyler came out even on Sunday. There was no extra charge for weekend.We got our line video snakes to see if there were issues. Also told us some things we could do to fix current issue with our toilet to help us save money.Was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.And our pipes are guaranteed to be clog free for a year we can call again for free if they get stuck up.

    These guys are honestly incredible. I work for a company in the remodeling industry and we had just installed a new shower for a customer. Turns out that in the process of installing a new drain we shook loose a connection on an adjacent copper pipe. I received a call from the homeowner stating that water was everywhere at 10pm. I didn’t have the necessary equipment to go out and fix it myself so I called these guys. Brandon (who I’m assuming was the on call tech) was amazing. I, frankly, was giving an attitude because I had a cold, was exhausted, and didn’t want to be dealing with the situation at all. But this guy never gave the attitude back. He was quick to arrive at the home, was thorough in his answers to my questions, and within 2 hours of my original call in, the job was complete. Given the circumstances, the cost was relatively on par with most on-call plumbing services, but I would sooner pay these guys more than call anybody else. The job was well documented with plenty of photos as well as a detailed receipt in regards to pricing. If you’re looking for an experienced and professional emergency plumber, I highly recommend calling this company.

    My problem is a very slow draining floor drain line in the basement. My service tech was Tim Boyle. He quoted me the price and explained exactly what he would do to try to clear the line . He augured the drainline using the full 80 of cable with the machine. He did not encounter a blockage within this 80. My underground line is about 200. He advised locating the line at the 80 mark, digging down to it ,create a new access point, and check the next section for the blockage. He first informed me that using the camera and locating equipment would entail an additional charge.l agreed.He pin pointed the line for me. I will call him back to resume after I dig and expose the line. I was well satisfied with the efforts and communication of their service tech (Tim). 5stars to date, but more work to be done.

    Called multiple plumbers and by the time I called Mr Rooter I expected no one to answer and leave yet another message with no call backs. Our main drain was clogged and in need of direct attention. I spoke to a friendly rep who got me lined up and a tech on site with 30 minutes ( and I never asked for expediting things). The cost was a little hefty for a sink line clear but the other bonuses out weighed me struggling on my own. Thank Mr Rooter, and Mike was awesome!

    Chris Smiley did a heck of a job finishing the project to completion. He is kind, hardworking, and went above and beyond. He went in to cap our gas line and close off our water lines - but that required so much more work to even get access to that (removing a door, squeezing through to unhook fixtures, moving the appliance and even helped us move it outside). I NEVER expected to have a REAL person answer the phone and was SHOCKED when she said well be there within the hour. Tyler arrived within the hour and efficiently unclogged the drain. When I commented about it being late on a Friday afternoon and how very appreciative I was.....he said, this is what we do, we specialize in emergency calls I have tried other plumbing firms that advertise 24 hour emergency service that really dont mean it. Mr. Rooter is my go-to emergency plumber.

    Matt and them did a wonderful job out here on the job but anything I didnt care for the office staff I want to give me a hard time and try to be mean ignorant with me thats where it needs to be worked on in that office and to try to treat somebody half decent specially when youre desperate to get somebody to fix something but I definitely recommend you to everybody you just did what I needed done but the two guys that came out here Matt and the other guy didnt catch his name but they were really good at their jobs I give Matt five stars but you need to work on your attitude in the office
