    From the moment I called to set up an estimate with Grace to the moment James left everything was handled with care and professionalism that you just dont see nearly enough! The technician that came out was incredible! He was polite and efficient and made the entire process much more comfortable for me.     Exceptional Service and Professionalism – Highly Recommend Harm Plumbing!I had a fantastic experience with Harms Plumbing when Jim, Jeremy, and Ramon came out to address a slow drain in my shower. After a disappointing experience with a different company, I was a bit apprehensive, but Harm Plumbing put my concerns to rest with their honesty, professionalism, and expertise.Jeremy worked diligently on the drain line, using an electric auger to clear a significant hair clog mixed with plastic. He was efficient and thorough, ensuring the drain was fully cleared.Jim stood out for his respectful and professional demeanor. Unlike some tradespeople, he treated me with respect and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. He went above and beyond, explaining plumbing maintenance tips and offering guidance on what to watch for in the future.     This was only the 2nd company I called for an estimate, hoping for a lower price. Yes, I did save a little bit from the previous one. Could I have saved more? I do not know. The freezing nights with a dripping hose bib had me nervous, so I accepted the bid. He was very respectful, helpful, clearly explained everything before and after he did the work and had it done quickly. I would recommend this company.

    I called harms plumbing to have a new seal put underneath the toilet that was leaking. I was fortunate enough for an appointment the next day. A young plumber named John showed up, he was very courteous he even put on booties over his shoes has not to track anything inside. He was so nice and polite he fixed the toilet at a great rate, he even took time to show me where the water shut off was for the house in case they were any emergencies. He never made me feel rushed or like he was going out of his way! I would definitely hire harms again for any future problems or any future plumbing needs. I found them to be very professional even showed up 10 minutes early. I cant think harms enough they must have a great hiring practice. I spent 40 years in the construction business and I know quality service when I see it.Harms will be my plumbing company from now on!Thank you John!

    Had guests staying at my home and a toilet that wouldnt flush. Called and Harms came out the same day and fixed everything. Turned out to be tree roots! Gave me a great price. Explained everything. Wonderful guys. Couldnt be happier! Thank you John, James, Ramon and Eric!!

    Called Harms out to repair a tankless water heater June 2024 which was installed in 2021. Since 2021 the water heater was not functioning correctly. It was getting a hot and cold sandwich. Over the 3 years we has the original installer try and fix the problem with no luck. We were told that tankless water heaters do that. In June 2024 the water was not even getting up to temp. We decided to call Harms based on reviews. They called Navien and were able to resolve the hot and cold sandwich along with lack of heating all under warranty.We just recently has the water heater serviced by Harms and received the same service. I highly recommend Harms for the Verde Valley area.

    James arrived right on time. He did a great job explaining everything he was going to do in servicing my tankless water heater. He detected a gas leak and was able to fix it on the spot at a very reasonable fee. Hen even offered to check anything plumbing wise that I might be concerned about while he was flushing my tank. I would use Harms again.

    These guys were fantastic! We have been dealing with a slow leak in our water line for months, and had no success solving the problem with other plumbers/contractors etc. I was at the end of my rope with this issue. Jeremy and his crew came out on short notice and, with the help of a leak detector service, determined that we needed to replace our water line running through the yard. They did the work in 2 days and solved the problem! Jeremy and his crew were hard working, professional and friendly and returned our landscaping to its former state quickly after their work. I will be using Harms for all of my plumbing services in the future. Thanks so much for your help!

    Amazing work and amazing service. I recommend Harms to anyone looking for quality service. They installed a new gas tankless water heater for us which also required a new gas line from the street to our house and rerouting our existing water lines. The project couldn’t have gone smoother.     I originally called Harms for a couple small issues, but when the technician arrived it was discovered that I needed a recirculation pump replaced too. Jeremy, the tech, rearranged his schedule and spent a lot more time doing repairs than originally anticipated. He was good at letting me know what needed to be done and what needed to be replaced.     Very impressed! The plumbers had a pretty complicated project, removing an old water softner, installing a new water conditioner and a new RO system.     My rental agency sent Harms Services over to repair my leaky water heater. More specifically, they sent James, from Harms Services over to repair my leaky water heater. I could not be happier with the service! For starters, James was able to quickly assess what the issue was (it was a doozy too..it was not just one thing, but multiple issues causing the leak.) I have had water heater issues in the past, at a different home, and it had always been a nightmare to deal with. It felt like nobody actually knew what they were doing - it would take them upwards of an hour just to diagnose the issue, and then once they would fix it, the issues would persist. It was always a weeks long affair, at least. I feel like I constantly had people working on that water heater, yet somehow, it was never repaired. Not with James. He quickly figured out what was wrong, we set a day and time for its repair, and that was that. He did a beautiful job, and there has not been a drop of water leaking from it since. Not to mention, he is just a pleasure to work with and to have around. If someone is going to be in your house for several hours, (and I work from home, so I couldnt leave) its always a plus when theyre a positive and kind human. If youre in need of plumbing or water services, I highly, highly recommend working with James from Harms! You wont be disappointed.

    We have a second home in Sedona and we had a major leak that was difficult to diagnose. Initially we called the largest plumbing service company in the Sedona area and they recommended that we set up an entirely new water line at a cost of over $30,000. As it turns out, that would not have even taken care of our problem. Within a few hours Eric (owner) found out what our problem was and it was a very simple fix. Instead of spending $30,000 or more on something that was not even needed, we spent less than $900 getting our problem fixed and we went ahead and had Eric install a new water softener and a new tankless water heater. We have had no issues. We highly recommend Eric for any of your plumbing needs, he will not over sell you and he really knows what he is doing - not to mention extremely polite. Bill L.

    The main water line to my home ruptured and flooded the entire yard, Eric came out right away and dug out the muddy mess on a very cold morning. He replaced the broken valve quickly and even stopped by the next day to ensure that the new valve was functioning correctly. I was really lucky to get him out so quickly, since the main water line was turned off to the house and we had no water.
