He promptly responds to our texts, squeezed in a small project into his very busy schedule and gets in and out quickly. Hes so knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Alex and his crew were prompt and professional. They resolved my electrical issue very quickly and easily. Alex said it was a common thing, and was here for less than 10 minutes! Its nice to have Go-to electrical technicians in the Redding area who are not only responsive to the customer, but treat them with dignity and respect. It was obvious that Alex is very knowledgeable and I appreciated his expertise.Thank again Alex and DLC Electric for the great service. Well be using DLC again for future projects and I have no reservations recommending them!

Alex came out and fixed my electrical issue within a couple hours! It was a silly mistake on my part and he didn’t even charge me for his time. Not only that, but he left me with some parts for another unrelated issue and wouldn’t let me pay him. It is so refreshing to run across business owners in this day and time who still make customer service a priority. Very appreciated.

We were having an electrical problem thought we had checked all our breakers … Alex came out in pouring rain… yep breaker was tripped. Checked everything to make sure all was good. Getting ready to pay him … says nope I wouldn’t feel right charging you to flip your breaker on. Good/Great guys still exist. Thank you!!! Highly recommend!
