    We had to have a complete overhaul of our septic system. From the first visit, when Kyle began to diagnose our problem, we received courteous and professional service. We were so pleased with the service we received that we declined our home warranty service’s request to use one of their contractors. We have not regretted that decision. Kyle always took the time to explain to us each step and the reasoning behind it. The communication was exceptional. If we needed a call back, had questions or something as obvious as being here when scheduled (seems obvious, but anyone who has dealt with enough contractors knows it isn’t), we weren’t ever disappointed. We highly recommend Hidden Gem and Kyle for any of your needs!

    I’m a homeowner who lives alone on six acres out in the Coburg Hills with a well and septic. Since I moved here in 2020, I have had reoccurring problems with my septic system backing up and occasionally flooding the shower and toilets.As a result, I’ve hired numerous plumbers and rooters to try to get to what’s been causing the problem, and a month ago, it became so bad that I had to find a company that could diagnose and repair it once and for all.This is when I found Kyle, the owner of “Hidden Gem Septic”. Not only was he prompt, but he was also able to effectively pinpoint where the pipe was warped and bent at the entry point to the septic tank. He showed me pictures of where the back-up was occurring.So, we scheduled a day for him to come out to do the repairs. Unfortunately, he had a family emergency on that day and couldn’t come back for another two weeks.In the meantime, the problem got so bad that I had to hire a rooter to come up twice to snake the system out in the interim of the two week period while I waited for Kyle to come back up. As a result, I ended up having to pay $825 out of pocket for a temporary “fix” until he could come back.When he did come back, he repaired the system by replacing the old pipes with new ones, and was henceforth able to finally fix the problem I had dealt with for almost four years!After I explained that I had to pay $825 for having the system snaked twice while waiting for him to come back, he subtracted that amount from the balance I owed him as a courtesy for the inconvenience. I thought that gesture was extraordinarily, and I was very appreciative.As a result, I felt that Kyle was a person who was honest and had integrity. These are qualities that I highly value in any kind of customer service. Therefore, I would highly recommend “Hidden Gem Septic” for any issues you may have with your septic system and to expect to have a job well done with professionalism and expertise.This is why I believe this company deserves to have a 5 star rating!

    I had two issues with my septic system this year. The first time Kyle was unable to come out but put me in touch with another outstanding company who could respond the same day. The second time Kyle responded within hours and was able to promptly correct the problem. During his inspection he pointed out a few issues needing attention and gave me a more than reasonable bid for repairs. Kyle will be my first call for any septic problems in the future!

    Kyle did a superb job of repairing our septic system! He excavated and replaced the distribution box, replaced collapsed lines, dug back other lines, and thoroughly checked the entire system. He documented each stage with multiple photos and explanations. He checked with me at each stage of the repair. When completed, he explained the whole process with supporting photos. His work and service is exemplary! I wouldnt hesitate to call him again for any septic repairs in the future. Thank you, Kyle!

    Rarely have I met a young man who is more amiable and professional, and willing to go the extra mile for his customers than Kyle, the owner/operator of Hidden Gem. He is the gem! It has been a total pleasure working with him, getting to know him,learning from him and being guided in decision making by him.He is responsive to my questions so immediately, which has a huge value to me when combined with all his other assets. My advice to anyone looking for septic design and or installation is to call Kyle. You will not be disappointed.

    Kyle was the best! Thank you so much for fixing our pump issues and coming out so quickly to help! It was my birthday and I was hosting friends and family when our pump decided to die. Kyle came out on a Sunday and arrived in less than an hour. He replaces our pump quickly and had us up and running like new!

    I never leave reviews, but I also can’t remember the last time I had the pleasure of working with someone who goes so far above and beyond! I had multiple big name companies come out and tell me what my problem is without really listening to me or looking further into my reoccurring issue. The owner of this company (Kyle) came out and went over the top to get to the root of our problem, he went as far as coming out just to run a camera down the lines so we could see first hand what was going on. If it wasn’t for him taking his time, we would have done what the big name company wanted and would have lost thousands on something that wasn’t even an issue. Kyle was beyond kind, knowledgeable, generous with his time and made sure to answer any and all questions I had and he was able to get our repairs done so quickly and neatly. This company is truly a gem and I’ll be recommending them to anyone and everyone!

    Hidden Gem lives up to their name. I hired them to inspect a septic system for a client, and we discovered a serious water line issue. They were able to quicky solve this new issue, and complete the septic inspection. They even brought copies permitted site plans! I wouldnt recommend using anyone else.
