Ralph was wonderful! He knew money was an important consideration for me, so he looked around for a good deal before purchasing the first water heater he found. He was really professional and kind. He didnt even protest when my kitties offered to help! I will definitely refer Cottage Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services!!

It was great that this service allowed me to get an appointment for the following day. When water started to back up into my bathtub, I wasnt sure if it was just a clog or if there was a bigger issue. Ralph was talkative and amiable when he arrived to assist. He promptly resolved the issue and proceeded to clean my bathtub! If I ever needed their services again, I would definitely call Ralph and their organization again.

The guys from Erick and Ralph showed up on time, dug up my sewer main by hand, replaced the line, and in four hours, the grass was back. They were cautious so as not to harm the nearby irises. I will be calling them again.
