    I highly recommend Parme Electric. Zach and his crew did an excellent job providing electrical service and hook up for our new inground pool. Zach was very professional , flexible, easy to work with, and maintained good communications along the project. I’ve worked with a number of subcontractors and Parme and Zach are top of list.

    Parme Electric is amazing. When we were looking for a company to do some work around our house, we selected Parme because Zack took the time to look at the projects before doing any work. Once we had an estimate, scheduling was easy and the pricing was reasonable. Natalie and Mike were super friendly and thorough. They communicated with me throughout the entire process because they had to fix a lot of things that were done wrong by previous electricians. We are very grateful for all of their hard work. We have not had the best luck with people doing work on our home in the past but based on the level of professionalism I experienced working with Natalie, Mike and Zack, Im certain we were in good hands this time. We will call Parme again if we need something in the future. If you need work done properly and at a reasonable price, call Parme!

    We called Zack last minute for a quote for installing the electric and all the wiring for our kitchen remodel project. He came back asap to provide a quote and even was able to squeeze us in right away due to our projects schedule. Him and his team were great! He was very very knowledgeable and even gave us the heads up we had a small leak in the ceiling which we were able to fix before the ceiling went up, thanks to him! We will be calling him again for some landscape up lighting and porch steps lighting this summer. I highly recommend!!

    I have called Parme a few times even if they dont answer the phone right away they are to quick to call you back. Ive had Natalie come out multiple times and is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done correctly. I had a level 2 charger installed with them and work was done quickly and with pride. Would recommend.

    Mike was quick, friendly, and helpful. Mike helped me understand how to use the ceiling fan after install as it came with a remote to control a few aspects of the fan. Highly recommend Mike.

    Without a doubt the best contractors Ive ever used for any service in my home. We were recommended to reach out to Zack by a friend and he came out for a quote within a couple of days. He emailed over the official estimate later that night. Pricing was definitely affordable and he actually matched the one quote that we had that was lower than his. They came out within the week to take care of the job and got it done in a day. Zack had a team of 2 others that came out and they were great. Removed, re-wired and installed new recessed lighting in the kitchen as well as the dining room. Installed two new chandeliers, including one in our stairwell which they built a small scaffold to be able to reach to at.Zack and his team were incredibly friendly and very respectful of our home, sweeping and vacuuming our floors afterwards and even offering to mop up. There was legitimate thought and reasoning behind everything they did in order to cut as little as possible. Couldnt recommend them enough and will be using them for any future electrical needs without question.

    I just recently purchased a home and Zach was able to give me an estimate quick and the price was even better. He came during the closing and repaired the circuit breaker and I also had him come back once I closed to install more outlets in my basement. It is very knowledgeable of his work, professional, and I highly recommended Zach. I will be using Parme in the future since I have some more electrical work that needs to be completed.

    Found Parme just using a google search to see electricians in my area.The job we had for them was small but they were able to get us scheduled very quickly (faster than I thought) and got the job done in about one hour. Zack was extremely responsive about questions before the work was done and the price was definitely fair. Wouldnt hesitate one second to hire them again.

    Worked with Zach on scheduling, they were flexible and did their best to accommodate my schedule. Jake was the individual that did the work and did a really great job and was very knowledgeable and personable. The pricing was competitive as well and has no issues on that front. Would definitely recommend and do repeat business with.

    Parme electric was fantastic to work with. Zach scheduled quickly and was flexible with meeting us on the weekends. He communicated by text which is a huge plus for us since it is easier to text at work than it is to take a call.He and a partner came to do the actual work, solved an extra problem we didnt know we even had and fixed it in a way that made the most sense. Very reasonable pricing and for work this good that also didnt leave my house smelling like cigarettes.. Ill take it. Call Parme!.. I know we will be having him back in the future.

    Zack recently completed a relatively easy job for me in a very timely and professional manner. He did so without me having to be at the house. He sent me an invoice when the job was complete and I was able to make a payment directly on their secured site which generated a Paid receipt instantly. Zack was very responsive even when I called him on the weekend. Followed up consistently and the job was completed correctly and efficiently. Will definitely be back to use Zack and his team again.

    Found a recommendation for Zack Parme online so I figured Id try him out. Told him what was wrong, which I thought was minor...he told me what he thought was wrong and how much it would be (which was a very good price at the time) and set up an appointment real fast for the next day. Came over and was really great, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. Highly recommend him for any of your electrical problems.

    A few years ago my wife and I did a pretty much complete flip of our home in Kennedy. First called Zack for an issue we had and he came out pretty quick and spent a few hours crawling around our probably 100 degree attick finding that I cut a wire accidentally while replacing drywall. I have used him a few more times since then to replace my electric panel and install celling fans. I highly recommend Zack and Parme electric.

    Cannot say enough good things about Zack, his crew, or this company. In a day in age where customer service is close to extinct, Parme Electric goes way above and beyond for you! I had a very difficult spa wiring job that they handled with ease. Each team member was knowledgeable and did not stop until the job was done correctly. The price that was quoted was right where it was by jobs end. Even beyond the wiring, Zack personally followed up with me and contacted the Spas customer service rep multiple times to ensure that the product would work for me. These people are the only people that I trust and will continue to use for my electrical needs going forward!

    Zach is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and reliable. He replaced the service entrance cable, meter, cable to the electrical panel and electrical panel with new components in an older home. What a big job and at a very fair price. Zach’s work is exceptional. I can’t believe the difference between the old electrical panel and the new…from cluttered mess to neat and orderly.     Zac installed a new switch, wiring, fan-rated box and ceiling light in one of our bedrooms. As well as a new breaker.He did great work. Cleaned up when he was done. On time. Explained what he was going to do and was thorough. Emailed us a receipt within 2 days.When we decide to do the other two bedrooms we will give Parme a call!

    High quality of work, and the service was friendly and responsive throughout the job. We moved in to a new house, and our electrician helped installed a high power outlet for our dryer and added some switches and outlets. While doing the work, he noticed a few other small issues that he fixed for no charge to ensure our safety. Highly recommend. We are using Parme Electric again for another job we will be doing in the future.

    Our meter socket burnt up 3 days ago, leaving us without power and I’ve been waiting around for another electrician to come out and even give me a price. I left a message with Parme Electric after hours and Zack got back to me a little over an hour later, came out the next day and fixed it. All for half of what the other electrician was asking. I seriously can’t say enough good things about these guys. They have my business for life. Thanks again!

    Other electricians tried to sell me a bunch of fixes without listening to the very specific details of the problem I was having. Parme Electric told me over the phone that based on my symptoms they think it’s something that Duquesne light will come fix outside for free. They were right! Fantastic company.     On Jan 3, 2023 at approx 12:20 pm a tree fell and took out my power lines and badly damaged my electric meter on my home. Due to Pittsburgh city codes I had to have a certified electrician do the work and pull a permit for it to be inspected. I spent countless hours calling every electrician listed in my area -(except a few that I knew would rip me off). I left messages with 5 different companies. A few called back saying they don’t deal with the city and pulling permits or else they were so busy they couldn’t come out for a week or more. The temperature was bearable in the house but the weather was going to go to freezing in a few days. Zacks office called back, listened to my story and my plea for help. That Friday I was expecting friends from Brazil and definitely needed electricity and heat in my home. The office quoted me a price that I felt was totally fair for the emergency situation and said Zack would be out the following day. And he and his crew arrived on Wednesday- did an incredible job- called and set up the inspection etc. after the inspector came on Thursday thrn Duquesne light had a new wire strung by Friday at 11am. This is the only electrical company I will use and I will tell everyone I know about him. Thank you Zack and your crew!!!

    Had a great day with Jake, who installed an electric fireplace and a doorbell in our house. He even went to Home Depot to get a doorbell I picked out. He was cheerful and nice, and cleaned up the mess from drilling holes very well!This is my second project with Parme Electric and they did a great job both times. No issues with any of the installed electric parts. Highly recommend!

    Out if the blue 1/2 of the power in our home went out. It was so random. We have a breaker box and a fuse box. We were used to blowing fuses because of the window air-conditioning units. This time changing a simple 20 amp fuse did not correct the problem. After having Parme recommended from a family member and also a ton of people on moon connect I called. He called back promptly and said he would be over the next day. When I was rambling on the phone trying to explain the problem and sounding like I knew how to fix it, he did not talk down to me he took the time to listen was upfront with pricing and was very courteous. My husband was at the house when Zak and another man came over to perform the repair. It was a simple fix he was in and out with under an hour and Im no longer living half Amish 😍 My husband also said he was great! He did not lie on how to correct the problem and was completely honest to our landlord about the wiring being fine and it will not catch on fire but I could definitely use updated.

    I had these guys upgrade my service line and breaker box to 200 amp service. I was expecting one or two guys but a whole crew showed up early on a cold morning. They wasted no time either. They had my old service line and breaker box out in no time.Installing the new stuff took the whole crew the rest of the day , it was alot more involved than I thought it would be.They showed up when supposed to, installed quality stuff and were friendly and professional. The quote I was given was equivalent or better than the other 3 I got and thats what I paid. I am a satisfied customer and will use these guys again and recommend them highly.

    I had a variety of updates that needed to be done to my house. Zack gave me detailed recommendations and followed through according to his plan. I asked him to check out an outlet for me that had shorted out. He followed the wiring back into the attic and found a splice that was uncovered and laying on the insulation. He texted me a picture of the splice and fixed it right away.Thank goodness he was so thorough in his work! His price was extremely reasonable on top of everything. I wont hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him.

    I called Parme Electric to help change the electrical for, and install, a new bathroom light fixture. The old fluorescent bar fixture was mounted on the ceiling with wires coming in from the top/side, so we needed a new electrical box mounted on the wall, above the mirror for the new fixture. Zack was very friendly, and was able to come to my house for the job within a few days. The job, from start-to-finish, was completed quickly and done very well. Im very satisfied, both with the price he charged, and the quality of the work. (And he cleaned up afterwards!)

    We had recently put our house up for sale and was soon purchased, an inspection was performed and we had a small list of items that needed corrected before the closing. Some of the items were electrical, mainly GFCIs in the kitchen (qty 4) and (qty 3) outside. We did a search and found Parme Electric who is very close to our house, Zack called back right away and was able to review the job. He was prompt and even offered us an inspection of our circuit breaker which only needed a little tightening and provided us a photo to provide as backup to the soon to be homeowners. Zacks pricing was excellent and his work clean and done very competently. Not only is Zack professional but he is also very friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks Zack!!!! :)
