    I recommend Quinlan Contracting to anyone looking for a contractor. Trent was easy to work with and to communicate with. He answered all of our questions promptly. Once the project was underway, they worked cleanly and efficiently and always checked in with us when finding something that may need to be addressed differently than the original contract. They always arrived on time and completed the project on time and within budget. The work was done correctly and we are extremely pleased with the finished project.

    I hired Quinlan Contracting to remodel my master bath and I couldnt be happier with the results. It was a full gut with all new installation including widening a door. Quinlan Contracting was always on time, communicated when they wouldnt be at my home, offered suggestions on materials and cleaned up at the end of the day. Incredible!!!! There was a minor hiccup with the floor - it needed to be elevated to meet my bedroom flooring - Quinlan Contracting realized it was an issue and handled it. I am thrilled with the work. I would absolutely recommend Quinlan Contracting and I will be hiring them again!

    Trent and his team did a great job renovating and enlarging our bathroom. They arrived on time daily and finished up in the committed timeframe. Very professional and attention to detail.Our bathroom was over 40 years old with a cast iron tub. While removing the floor they encountered additional concrete and instead of working around the old flooring they took the time to break out the concrete and do the job right.Trent and his teams renovation of our bathroom exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Quinlan Contracting.

    We got an estimate from Trent about getting a new sliding door and removal of the old door and carpeting.They replaced the carpeting with new flooring. He estimated it would be about 5 days to complete. They started on a Monday morning and finished everything by Thursday evening. They did a very professional job and we are very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

    While some contractors didnt want such a small job, Trent said Ill be there tomorrow to give an estimate. He was well versed in the work to be done and provided a number of products that we could choose from based on our priorities: cost, colors, brand etc.While the project was not terribly large Trent and his team jumped right in once product was available as they were delayed due to these weird Covid times. The porch was taken down on day one, the deck was up on day two and the railings completed on day three ALL WHILE THEY DID THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS AT THE SAME TIME! Yep, we gave Trent a two-fer.He and his team never took a break, not sure if they ate lunch, and everything was completed top to bottom in less than three days...to perfection! I am well known to be very picky and nit-picky when it comes to spending my money. I have zero complaints and very high praises for Quinlan Contracting. Be it inside or out you can feel comfortable hiring them for your construction/remodeling needs.I will be calling them again if/when I need work done. THANK YOU Trent and team!

    I can recommend Quinlan Contracting without hesitation. We first hired Quinlan Contracting to take care of a small slope on our property. The slope needed a lot of help. LOL. They did a wonderful job. We were so impressed with their work that we kept inviting them back to do other projects. They’ve done everything for us from painting our entire house, to replacing all of the facia and gutters, to building a deck for us. Their work is outstanding and their prices are reasonable. We were so pleased with their work that we recommended them to family members who have been equally pleased. Our family members have used them for all sorts of projects, from ceramic tile, to deck repair, to cement work. What is even better than their work, is their work ethic. They work hard long hours. In addition, Trent Quinlan, is a Marine reservist and is an honest good person. You won’t be disappointed if you use them for a project. I highly recommend them.

    Quinlan Contracting installed a new deck on our house. It turned out terrific. Trent and his crew were so easy to work with. Always professional, on time and knowledgeable. Trent answered all of our questions before and set a time line that he actually delivered on and always called us back right away.     These guys are amazing! Last December, Trent was working on my neighbor’s front porch when I asked if he also built new decks. He stopped by, took some measurements, asked some questions and by that same evening, he sent me information including different options. During the planning phase when I had to chose materials, I had a ton of questions. Trent always responded in a timely manner, had great suggestions and was very patient when it came to my indecisiveness! When the work began, I was really excited but also a bit anxious about it-this was my first big project as a homeowner. Once again, Trent patiently listened and answered all of my questions. He and his crew were punctual and did quality work in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend Quinlan Contracting. I love my new deck and can’t wait to enjoy it this summer. I look forward to having Trent and his crew work on my next home improvement project!

    If you are looking for an honest, efficient contractor with integrity, this is the one! They installed my mahogany porch including the insulation underneath as well as wall tile, flooring and paint in my upstairs full bath and other jobs throughout my house. They worked clean and to perfection on each job with nothing left undone. We are very happy and will hire them for any work in the future!

    Quinlan Contracting exceeded our expectations when they replaced the fence surrounding our property and built a matching gate. They priced out our options and sent pictures of materials making sure they ordered exactly what we wanted. They were upfront about every cost and the project came in less than their initial bid. The quality workmanship will last for years to come and our homes curb appeal took a major jump up! Their work ethic and drive is inspiring. Every phone call or text was returned and they showed up when they said they would. We will continue to use Quinlan Contracting for our home repairs and we will continue to refer others as well.

    Quinlan Contracting was great! Super professional, timely, responsive and did an amazing job on our front porch (demo of the old wood porch, added new steps, installed additional joists for support, fixed & painted lattice and installed new composite flooring). We really like the product (TimberTech) he recommended and based on my experience with Trent I would recommend him to anyone!
