    I had a great experience, workers where friendly and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job removing 2 toilets and put new ones in, plus there was some other work, like fixing the water faucets from sink and tub , also the waterline to the toilet. They cleaned up behind them. I will use them again and recommend Copperas Cove Plumbing.

    I called yesterday in reference to my water heater acting wonky. The woman that answered my call and set up my appointment was extremely friendly and was able to get us a tech for today. I was told that I would get a call 10 to 15 minutes before they came out and that was exactly what happened. The plumber that came out diagnosed the issue within minutes of showing up. She knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.She was in and out in less than an hour and our water heater is working better than it ever has! The price was extremely reasonable and our whole experience was painless and pleasant. I will continue to use Cove Plumbing for our plumbing needs!

    Cove Plumbing is one of the best plumbing business I’ve encountered. They were very responsive and came out to assess my plumbing issues right away. Their estimates are very reasonable, as I received several quotes from other plumbers that were excessively high and extremely costly.     Cove plumbing came to my property to shut my water off for an emergency leak from my water heater. Very professional and efficient. My spouse is overseas and I’m out of state. With that being said, having an unfortunate water damage disaster happen while away had us feeling vulnerable. Cove plumbing came ASAP, and we are truly grateful because we know the water damage could have been catastrophically worse. We didn’t use them to replace our water heater from communication errors on my part. The ladies in the office remained understanding and respectful with all communications. Thank you!

    I started using Cove Plumbing a few years ago when I needed a plumber to get under my home to fix a burst pipe and have stuck with them ever since. In 2021 they did a full re-pipe of my home, and this year I had them come out to repair my hot water heater. The dispatchers are upfront and very communicative, and every single plumber Ive met has been honest and they all do quick, quality work. For me theyve made multiple trips for a job, have been honest about the work and have helped me source my own parts to keep cost down. If I could give more stars I would! I highly, highly recommend Cove Plumbing if you live in their service area.

    Everything from my first call to the resolution has been perfect. I typically am nervous to have work done on our home due to costs etc but this whole experience has been great and our issue was fixed quickly with a reasonable rate.     Had a toilet that needed to be reset. Cove plumbing squeezed me into their schedule for the very next morning. They showed up on time for the appointment. They had the parts they needed on the truck and made the repair in no time. After the task was complete, they cleaned up the work area and I was good to go.     I had to do a little searching to find a suitable plumber to install 2 new toilets but so glad I found Cove Plumbing. We had a little mix up for the first appt so had to be rescheduled but was totally my error. We got it rescheduled, they called and were there when the said and got the job done in no time. I was jerked around by my Home Warranty company and the yahoo they sent to repair the unit.     Ive been dealing with a leak between the water company meter and the house shut off valve ever since they installed the newer digital meter over 3 years now. The guys from Cove Plumbing came out today and had it fixed in short order and with a price tag less than half of what I expected to pay. Great work and very professional.

    I am SUPER impressed with Cove Plumbing. I had my kitchen remodeled and they came to install my new sink. They notice it drained slow, which was an understatement. They spent an hour checking all the lines, and found it needed to be jetted. They used a camera to show me live images of the issues. Reasonable prices for a true professional work.

    Very impressed with Cove Plumbing. Called to inquire about a HYDROSTATIC test and Peggy answered and helped me with my questions. I work over nights and she was gracious enough to set up my appt in the morning so i could sleep in the day. Jonathan and Mitch were extremely professional and efficient in their testing process.     Had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining. I was unable to clear the blockage myself and had to call in some professional help. First time calling a plumber, so I was a bit uncertain as to who to call. I gave Cove Plumbing a call since they were local. The service technician, Jonathan Wilson, arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the issue promptly. The blockage was cleared in no time at all and the wife is happy again. Very good first time experience with this company. I highly recommend them and will use them again should I have any future plumbing issues.

    Always on time, HONEST, and gets the work done promptly. This is the second time I’ve used them and they always fix the problem at a reasonable rate. Had a slab leak the first time and they charged me $1700 less than what the sleazy contractor sent by my home warranty company tried to charge. This second time, the problem was minor but the plumber actually waited over the weekend to send the bill to make sure the problem had been fixed. I’m sure that’s not their standard policy so I certainly appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure the problem was fixed but also to provide customer service on a level not seen by many plumbers.

    Called with a plumbing emergency after hours at about 8:05pm. I literally had a toilet spraying water with so much pressure that it went into 3 separate rooms. They were in and out, with the issue resolved by 8:45pm. The lady who came out was very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you!

    I got home last night 08/21/2018 to all the drains in the house backed up so I assumed the blockage was somewhere in the main line. It was at 6:30 pm and I was loosing hope of getting someone out that late. But thankfully they had a message that left an emergency plumbing number. I called them and they were there in 15 minutes. The Tech was awesome. He did not waste any time, he was fast, knew exactly what to do and got it done. very impressed and highly recommended

    Good Company to call on. Not the cheapest, but definitely the least expensive as they do the job right.I need my main sewer line cleared and a peice of water supply pipe replaced in the wall by the laundry room. They were able to come out whithin 2 hours of my calling. Cost me $240 to get the line clear and pipes fixed. Paid less than I thought.Havent had any more issues since. Will call again.

    Cove Plumbing is my local plumbing provider. Ive called for their help three times for different problems and theyve done a great job each time. Today Jonathan and Tony came to fix a toilet and verify that everything in both bathrooms was working properly. Tony even checked the 2nd shower head and cleaned it out for me. I also asked them if it was possible to stabilize the toilet in the other bathroom. It was, they did and its perfect. Before they left, I also asked them for advice on choosing new toilets in the future. They took their time to give me their opinions and the pros and cons of different types of commodes. Best plumbers ever!

    Called around several places to have the annual backflow test preformed. A couple never answered and one really ripped me off last year.I called Cove Plumbing and the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and professional and answered all my questions. He said he could have someone out the very next day and sure enough a representative from Cove Plumbing called and said they were on the way. A few minutes later they arrive and preform the backflow test. Very professional employees.I highly recommend Cove Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Prompt and professional service.

    After getting the run around with American Home Shield and Value Rooter out of Belton over a loose toilet . I called the folks at Cove Pluming. The guys came out the next day and removed a broken flange and replaced it with a new one. I was worried about the cost and was pleasantly surprised the total was so reasonable. I will always call Cove Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

    I bought a new construction and moved I. Over the weekend. When I went to take a shower we had no hot water. I called cove plumbing and they came out within 30 min. They showed me that the builder just didnt plug the water heater in. They didnt charge me at all and were super friendly. I couldnt recommend them more.
