    Centex Plumbing ServicesSo yesterday we got a visit from our local Killeen water department stating we had a leak as our usage was over 22,000 gallons for the month and in 9 days we had already gone through 9,000 gallons.We quickly contacted a local plumbing company. They came out the same day and assessed the situation. Lord and behold not the news a homeowner wants to hear when you have a main water leak under the slab. David scheduled us for first thing in the morning for repairs.The crew came out and got it knocked out. They were very professional and courteous. The owner Bubba came out to inspect all the work and gave it his seal of approval. Thank you ( David, Chase, Nathan and Aaron) for such great work and giving me detailed step by step information of the progress. They also cleaned up after they were done.For a job like this Centex Plumbing Services price was very affordable.I have 4 wall patches to do but now I don’t have a leak.5 ⭐️ goes to this team!!! So if you need any plumbing repairs this team should be your first choice.

    This review is strictly about reliability. Is a company willing to change their daily schedule on the fly to help someone out and still charge a fair price.? Centex Plumbing Services did just that for our fence company.....We had hit an unmarked water line that supplied a residence with water, initially they did not think they could make it out same day (which we definitely needed) and recommended multiple other plumbing companies that possibly could (first star). After calling each company with a similar result, I called back and asked the owner if he knew anyone else who could possibly help and that it was of utmost importance that we find someone to restore water to a family that had nothing to do with the damage. He said he would do it himself and asked for the address (second star). He showed up in less than 20 minutes which was a surprise and had it repaired within 30 minutes (third star). He sent the invoice and it was absolutely fair in a time when some companies would take advantage of the urgency requested, they did not (fourth star). Overall outstanding experience when we were running out of options and because of things like this, Centex Plumbing Services will now be our first and only option (5th star)! Highly Recommend

    My grandfather had a pipe bust and Centex Plumbing fixed it the same day. They didnt charge an outrageous price and understood how important it was for an elderly person to have working water.     I recently bought a new hot water heater and within an hour of having it hooked up there were issues right away, the manufacturer suggested I find a plumber and I called Centex plumbing services a little after 5 and left a message and within 20 minutes or so I was called back, explained what was going on with my new water heater and I was very impressed with the answer to my issue, that instead of just taking advantage, I got a honest answer that the Issue wasnt something they felt comfortable trying to fix, that it was probably a defective water heater and best to get a replacement. Thats exactly what I did. But because of the quick call back and honesty I got from Centex plumbing, I will use them in the future, and refer them to anyone needing a reputable plumber. Thank you so much.

    Centex provides awesome service and quality work! I highly recommend them.David and Xavier were able to troubleshoot the leaky copper pipe really quickly, and with minimal drywall removal. They were very friendly and professional, and were able to answer all my questions. They provided a fair quote and set us up with a quality water damage assessment and mitigation service the same evening.The next day the guys from Centex arrived as scheduled, and made sure to ask if we were using the water before shutting it off. The repair work was completed quickly and professionally. They cleaned up the work area, and I was billed the quoted price with no surprise charges.Im really happy with how fast and professional the Centex crew was. Ill be sure to call them again if I ever need plumbing repairs done, and I highly recommend them if youre here shopping for a professional plumbing service.

    Highly Recommend. Water heater busted this morning causing us to have to turn off main water to the house to avoid further damage. Bubba was able to get us seen within an hour. Our tech David was extremely knowledgeable and luckily it was a simple fix that he had done in 30 minutes allowing us to have water again. They vacuumed up as much water as they could and set us up with a drying company to make sure there is no further damage.

    I called and was able to receive a quote over the phone. They were out here the very next day. I received great communication, great pricing and awesome plumbers- David and Nate. They did a great job, were professional and polite. I highly recommend this company- I have dealt with a couple of other plumbing companies and I will say any future issues that may arise I will be calling Centex plumbing.

    I’ve always had amazing service from these guys at a great price. I bought an older house and they have replaced all of the pipes, unclogged a drain that had some weird gloves in it from the previous owner, and during the ice storm last Feb 2021 they worked the entire time and came to help me shut off my water and then fixed a damaged pipe. They are professional and kind and have competitive prices.

    If I could give more stars I would.. Call this company FIRST for ANY PLUMBING issues. I had a Handyman Plumber look at my clogged sink which was draining slow, they only made it worse to the point the sink never drained. Called Mr. Rooter thinking lets go with a well known company to fix this and 2k later nothing fixed sink still doesnt drain at all then want to quote me 10k for additional repairs requiring tearing up my foundation. I finally came to Centex Plumbing after seeing their truck in my neighborhood and less than an hour later and only 149 dollars my Kitchen Sink is working once again. Hands down the best plumbing company I have worked with. If you need a reason to call this company please dont hesitate call them and they will be able to help you. I can finally cook and do dishes not using a bucket!

    I cannot thank Bubba and David enough. I had claimed service for my water heater through old home republic, they sent out Rooter Man. Rooter man flooded my back room, wired the T-stat incorrectly and didnt replace the elements they claimed they did. I was at 16 days without hot water when I called Bubba and he told me he would be out the next morning. On arrival the professionalism was far above what I had previously endured. They eagerly fixed the issues and ran to town (i live outside city limits) and resolved the issue in a timely manner at a great rate. I cannot thank them for getting our hot water back today and fixing another companies lies.Thank you again David and Bubba. I Will be using and recommending yall to everyone here on out!!

    We called mid-day regarding a clogged pipe in our 2nd story home. I had to leave a voice mail. Bubba called back within 10 minutes and was here within a few a few hours.     I reached out to Bubba this morning in a panic (messed up shower faucet) Bubba answered although on weekend getaway and I explained to him my issues and he apologized said he was out of town but could tell how stressed I was and had me send him pictures of the issue and called my back and walked me through what was going on. I cant recommend him enough for soemone to take the time out of his family getaway to help my family out. greatly appreciated!!!

    I really appreciate that they came out and were very strait forward about what I should expect as far as price.
