    Professional honest and dedicated! Both service men Henry and Ron were experienced and truly dedicated to completing the job with no issues. Henry walked us through each step and then explained everything after it was completed. It was a big job replacing all the copper piping in the basement of a 50 yr old house. John the (boss) was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all! He was true to his word and estimate. Will definitely use and recommend in the future! Very happy customer!

    Another great job. They are always polite, professional, clean and neat.Usually able to schedule quickly. Andrew and apprentice Richard recently did two major jobs for us. Installed food disposal in sink, hooked up new sink and dishwasher and had to cut old metal pipes and reroute. Full day job!Different day moved baseboard heat so we could open up wall and rerouted it to under sink with an automatic blower mounted in kick plate under cabinet.

    I feel SO fortunate to have found this company! I had scheduled an appointment to do a seasonal tune-up on my gas burner this morning. Upon inspection, Anthony, the technician, saw that the current state of the water heater was posing a TREMENDOUS hazard. It was positioned upright in the 5’ crawl and the bottom of it was enveloped in sand, thus inhibiting ventilation of fumes. He also pointed out other violations with regard to the way in which it was hooked up, as well as the incorrect parts that were used. After speaking with his boss, Anthony gave me a very fair price. Both Anthony and Ron (a second technician) were here for 12 hours working in the crawl space to make things right for me. They dug into the sand, made a concrete platform and made a cinder block wall to allow the water heater to have proper ventilation. I’m still in awe that they got this done in one day and did a beautiful job! I DID go down there to see it. AMAZING!!!! This company takes the safety of its customers VERY seriously! Thank you guys SO much!!! I can’t recommend them enough! ☺️☺️☺️

    I have used Rubber Duck twice, first was to install a water line for the fridge/replace the sink faucet. It was easy to make an appointment and were able to come quickly, there was a fee to come (which would be put towards the work, if done). Plumber was on time, courteous, they were a little pricey, but when you leave the wife home she just says go ahead. 2nd time I had a leak in the bathroom sink late Saturday afternoon, I am grateful they made an appt with me from 10-2 Sunday (an after hours fee) they get held up at a previous service stop and came around 6. I cant be too mad because we really needed it done ASAP. He was not able to fix it on the spot because the bowl had to be replaced (excessive corrosion). But they came back Monday and got the job done.

    I have used rubber duck, plumbing in my home on other occasions. Every Plumber they have sent me has been courteous and knowledgeable. Today I had a plumber named Isaac. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a written estimate of what my job would cost. A lovely young man and an excellent plumber.     I needed to get new plumbing lines ran that didn’t exist. I had them Install a 3 compartment sink, hand wash sink, and ice bin. All the drains, piping and plumbing, as well as make a hole thru the wood floor and concrete to access the basement. This company came in and gave me a quote that was much higher than others. And prior to him giving me the quote it took him a little time and he researched and gave me a complete explanation on why everything needed to be done within 24 hours. He showed up the day he said he would early in the AM around 7am with THREE TRUCKS, and didn’t leave until after 8pm. I would highly recommend this company and use them again for anything else I needed, commercial or residential. You get what you pay for. Thank you so much.

    Toilet not working needed to be replaced. Overnigt guest arriving the next day.Rubber Duck responded to my emergency situation whitin hours. It was determined that the toilet needed to be replacedWithin in a few hours the new toilet was installed and working perfectly, old toilet remove and taken away by Ruber Duck.     Thank goodness that I called Rubber Duck! They fixed my toilet that had leaked from the ring and waste pipe. This time I called them back to install a new bathroom vanity and dishwasher. They also found the source of my leak into my downstairs neighbors apartment. That was coming from the tub and drain. All is fixed now and I am so happy.     The owners went above and beyond to support and to make sure the job got done correctly. The work was done neatly there was no mess. Everything was clean and tidy. You wouldn’t even think anything that happened. The guys went above and beyond as well at the house. I really appreciate the time they took. I would recommend Rubber Duck this with 10 stars. (I posted on my son’s account by mistake I wanted to make sure it was in mine too!) More importantly they gave me peace of mind!     Called early in day, Joe had a tech at my house in 15 minutes. Anthony was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved issue within 90 minutes start/finish. Needed to have him back later for a different issue caused by preparation for fixing first issue. Again Anthony returned within 15 minutes and fixed second within 45 minutes. Can’t say enough about responsiveness and professional attitude. Highly recommend them…

    What an amazing experience I had with everyone at Rubber Duck Plumbing! I had a an emergency boiler breakdown on a freezing day. The professionals at Rubber Duck showed up in force to replace my boiler, change all the piping, re-wire the room, and clean up what was a hazardous situation. John, Joe, Andrew, and the Rubber Duck team were at my house from 8AM until 11PM to make sure that my family had heat and hot water. They worked non-stop, and were respectful of my home, explained everything that they did, and left me with a feeling that I will not use any other company for plumbing, HVAC, or electric. I recommend Rubber Duck Plumbing very highly for any type of job that requires plumbing, HVAC, Electric, and anything related.     My mom Gail and I called early this morning for someone to come look at our tub and shower. They answered immediately(so polite and friendly on the phone) and within an hour Andrew came and told us exactly what was wrong.     I had a problem with very low water pressure but only in the hot water line in the kitchen sink. I called at 12:45 pm, got an appointment between 4 and 8 pm the same day. Andrew the plumber showed up at 3:30 and had the problem diagnosed and fixed pronto for less than $200!

    The crew at Rubber Duck was amazing and helped me out when I was in a pinch with our plumbing. I was freaking out when our toilets were overflowing and there was water everywhere.     John Reimers , the supervisor came to install the water filtration lead free valve for me. He was very professional. He explained the job thoroughly to me. He showed me how to properly turn it on and and what I have to follow through so I don’t have the same problem again. He also fixed other pipes for me . He was very generous and kind. Rubber Duck company is very good company to call for any leak, pipe and valve replacement problems. I used them five years ago for a pipe leakage and I never had problem with that pipe again. John was professional and understanding. Best company to call in the Island for pipe problems.

    The other evening while cleaning dishes my disposal was suddenly stuck. I tried using an Alan wrench to loosen anything as the manual suggested. The entire disposal twisted off the bracket, a real headache. Rubber Duck showed up on time, diagnosed the problem of a screw that had fallen somehow. John was great removing it from being lodgedIn and remounted and checked the entire system.     This is my second review of Rubber Duck Plumbing.Just like the first time;  the service was outstanding.At 8:42 AM on Friday, September 24, 2021, I spoke to Joe at Rubber Duck Plumbing.I introduced myself and said that I was a repeat customer.I explained that I had a leaking bathroom faucet.Joe was very helpful.  He said that a plumber would arrive today, between 11:00 and 3:00.Andrew, the plumber, arrived promptly within the time specified.Andrew remembered me from the last appointment.I liked that.Andrew was personable,  professional and informative.Andrew patiently listened to what I had to say.  He then tested both bathroom faucets and confirmed the leak.Prior to commencing any repairs, Andrew explained  the scope of work and the costs involved.As a repeat customer,  I was once again impressed with the same day appointment,  the quick response, professional installation, willingness to listen and courteous service.Many thanks to Andrew and Joe.

    John came out on a Saturday morning to check my heating system and was very honest about the situation. Called back the next day wirh ab estimate that was reasonable. Came Monday morning and replaced my oil heating system quickly and efficiently. The entire team was professional and friendly.     Thought I had a leaky pipe because my kitchen sink was draining right into my basement. Rubber Ruck correctly diagnosed the issue as a faulty faucet. The plumber left for another job while I ran to Home Depot to buy a new one. He returned a little while later and installed it, all on a holiday. Price was fair and the service was fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Incredible service! I converted from oil to gas. The old oil tank was removed, the new boiler was moved into a different room and a water heater was added. All new piping needed to be run to the new boiler and water heater location. The service was amazing!! The guys were on time, worked long days to get the job done and were incredibly clean and neat especially for the job that was done. Very impressive. In addition, their work is impeccable. Everything was perfectly plumb and the pipes were neatly tucked up as high as they could go...something I had requested. Finally, they were able to schedule me quickly. Very appreciative of their work. They are my plumbers from now on.

    Upon doing a Google search and reading their reveiws, I decided to give Rubber Duck Plumbing a try. I was able to pick the day and time slot right online which was very convienient. Their plumber, Paul, was right on time at the beginging of the window given. He was polite, and professional and walked me thru everything he was doing. He checked our pipes in the basement to make sure all was good, once the job was done, and cleaned up everything in the room before he left.     What we thought initially was a smaller issue turned out be a much larger one and the owners Joe and John both came out and put their heads together to figure out this very complicated problem and had every guy on staff here the next day...The team was here from morning till night, cutting out cast-iron, cutting holes in the foundation digging trenches you name it‍ but once they were gone, you wouldnt have known they were here. What looked like a war zone, lol was cleaned up and they made sure everything was up and running and working the way it was supposed to.A very large unexpected expense BUT for the amount of work that they had to do over here, the price was actually very reasonable. The most important thing was the hands-on care, effort and concern and to quote John, we just want to do the job the right way for you so you never have another problem.We have used Rubber Duck many times and they stand behind their work.(Shout out to Andrew, Master Plumber- SO knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough! Joe, the owner, was very honest over the phone and said there are very few, if any, plumbing supply places open on Long Island on a Sunday, so he would not likely be able to fix the boiler that day. He did, however, offer to come over and take a look and at least identify the issue.As it turned out, the boiler was shot and we needed a new one. At this point we realized that we could either get another oil burner or upgrade to gas like we had originally intended to do next spring. Unfortunately, we had to make a decision, and then who knew how long it would take for us to actually have heat.That was on Sunday. By MONDAY EVENING (yes, the VERY NEXT DAY), we had a brand new conversion completed, and were resting warmly on our couch by 6:30 pm. No joke. These guys were amazing. Joe brought a whole crew of guys that worked for hours diligently to get the work done quickly for us. We got them pizza for lunch and they didnt even stop working to eat it! They were eating as they worked. Ive never seen that before. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The quality of their work is commendable. They CLEARLY take pride in their work. Beautiful, beautiful job. We are so grateful we picked them.Highly recommend!!

    7/7/2020 I am so impressed with Rubber Duck Plumbing and highly recommend them. I had a very serious problem with my kitchen sink faucet. John came the same day that I called and installed 2 new valves and a new faucet in a very difficult small area to work. The problem was solved! Joe also came later and they changed the outside hose outlet and the main house water shutoff which were both leaking. They worked so efficiently and left all the areas cleaned up. John, Joe and Rubber Duck Plumbing are professional plumbers and I would definitely call them again for any plumbing problems or projects.12/16/2020 I used them a second time to fix a leak in the bathroom sink drain. John came almost immediately and replaced all the very old pipes in a very small area to work. He had to cut away the old pipe and put in all new PVC pipes. Im so happy to have a reliable plumbing company to use and would always call them for any plumbing needs.6/11/2021 I now had Rubber Duck Plumbing install an updated water heater. That morning, my water heater started leaking from the control box. I called RDP and they were there within 2 hours! They installed a new water heater. Its was an outrageous, neat and clean job and Im so happy to be able to use their services. The very next day, my toilet wouldnt fill unless you took the lid off and moved a part. I called RDP again and they came that same morning. I also just used them to install a utility sink in my basement which will make it so convenient to empty a dehumidifier. In a heightened state of desperation and rage I finally found Rubber Duck, and within 90 MINUTES I had running water in my apartment! I’ll never, ever, EVER bother with any other service again. It was quick, simple, painless, honest, convenient, and a bargain. Sadly, that’s difficult to come by these days. And to be honest, I’m so relieved that I’ve got Rubber Duck now in case I have to deal with any more sump pump issues in the future. No more dealing with time-wasting buffoons.
