I was having issues with all the drains in my house working very slowly and my washing machine even backed up. I originally called another company and after snaking the system informed me that I would need to replace the entire pipe from my house to the street. I called Allied/All-City for a second opinion and estimate. They came out that same morning and were able to show me video and pictures of the entire system in my house and identified a 3 foot section of pipe that was the problem. They let me know that the majority of the pipe was just fine and there was no reason to replace the whole thing. They never tried to upsell me and the time to really explain the whole thing to me and answered all of my questions. They had the work completed 72 hour later. Everyone from the company was professional and friendly. Thank you to Carlos, Nick, Isacc, Santos & Jeff!! I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with Allied/All-City.

This company is the real deal. Professionals from the young lady who answered the phone to our visit from their wonderful plumber Bill. I called on a Sunday morning and they arrived within an hours time. Bill arrived set himself up found the problem and proceeded to explain what needed to be done and made us feel confident that we had found the right company and person to fix the problem. He totally cleaned up after completing the work and the bill was extremely fair for the work that was done. Recommend them highly!

I called on new years day because my sump pump flooded my laundry room and was so glad they came right away, and then fixed it the next day when they could get the parts. They were professional. I had a great experience with Allied All – City Inc last month when I booked their services for a broken pipe repair in my Nassau home. They are professional, fast and I found their charges very reasonable in comparison to other plumbing services out there. The best thing I found about their service is that they come out to my home that same day, assessed the issue, explained what required to be done and got it fixed for a fraction of the price other companies quoted! Dan B at Allied/All-City did a wonderful job. He checked my sewer line with a camera and found 2 small section of roots which he removed. I was previously told by another company that I had a lot of roots and needed hydroflushing of my line which was untrue. I’m so happy I used Allied. They are neat, using drop cloths on my floors, clean equipment. Very honest. They don’t tey and sell you treatments you don’t need.

This business will flourish as their staff who are the backbone of the company are professional, and really know their craft! They are meticulous and pay attention to detail and gets the job done with exemplary, placing liner on the yard before putting the dirt so it leaves the area clean and tidy and even hose the driveway. Kudos to Santos, Dan Audia and Jose Jimenez!!! The drain is no longer clogged and thanks to Home Serve insurance! The monthly payment is very meager compared to what could have been an out of pocket expense if I didn’t have it. Very well recommended and will use them again without a doubt! Our main water line broke and our insurance company called Allied/All City.They came the next day and surveyed our property and told us what to expect. They then came and replaced about 90 feet of pipe from the street to our line in the basement. Had to remove Sheetrock and drill into our basement concrete wall. Did a fantastic job. After 8 hours you would never know they were even here.Clean,immaculate work, explaining what was happening every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

Review Part 2 - Allied All City replaced a large section of sewer line, and also re-lined part of the sewer line for a commercial strip center. When my tenants had several backup issues in a row, I began to investigate. I found out (through several plumbing companies) that my sewer line was in its original state and was never repaired (sewer line was 40+ years old). I called several plumbing companies and found AAC Plumbing to have more expertise than others.The job took a little longer than expected, but John, Rob and their crew made the entire process very manageable. They worked with my tenants and communicated with them during the entire process. (My tenants could ill afford to have their businesses affected). We were very pleased with the crews respectful demeanor, professionalism and expertise evidenced throughout the job. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

My wife and I had just lived through extensive renovations at our house, which included redoing the entire front with new stairs and portico at the entry way, new concrete and paver circular driveway, and new landscaping. We lived with a mess for over 6 months while completing all that work, so imagine our dismay when we had our second sewer backup in a month and found out that our sewer line was bellied and needed to be replaced. Given it runs right under the front door, we were told that EVERYTHING would need to be ripped out to replace the line. For two weeks we were so dismayed and upset with ourselves for not taking care of the issue before completing all that work (we had previously replaced most of the plumbing inside, thinking that is where the issue was).Thankfully, a friend of a friend told us to look into Allied/All-City... all I can say is wow! They were able to use their pipe bursting technology to replace the entire line from my foundation to the curb without disturbing any of the work we did. Besides the fact that redoing that work would likely have cost us more by itself than the amount we paid to do the sewer line replacement, just the thought of having to live with the entire front of the house ripped up again was a nightmare that my wife and I didn’t want to relive. The only item that I need to replace is two flags of concrete on the sidewalk... thats it! The team that did the work was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, and the technology was impressive to say the least! They arrived at 9:30am and were done by 4:30pm. Everything was left clean... they even removed the debris in my crawl space left when they jackhammered out the original lead piping. Just a great, no-hassle experience. I cannot express how grateful we are to Allied/All-City... Thank you just doesnt do it justice!!!

Possible replacement of sewer line for a commercial building. I met with John, the owner who was very personable and explained quite well the advanced, technical services that Allied/All-City could provide vs other plumbing companies - namely the pipe bursting method of installing new sewer lines. We went through the initial steps of examining and mapping out the plumbing lines, and I am very appreciative of their efforts thus far! Rob, the plumber arrived with his crew and was able to clean, vacuum, and map the entire plumbing lines in a timely fashion. They are very professional.

We had 2 other plumbers try to fix a massive leak in a main water line and neither could locate the leak. Both gave us astronomical quotes to replace the line. I spoke to a Rob in the office who was such a super nice guy and very professional. They had someone at my home almost immediately after i spoke to them. UPDATEDJason did follow up and did a more thorough inspection. Actually looking at the pipes from below he found the reason for the backup and was able to come back the following day and provide a permanent fix at a reasonable price, slightly less than his initial quote.—The plumber who came out said that our blocked drain was due to hair. He pulled out a little hair with a screwdriver. The tub immediately started to have problems again. We called again, and they kept saying they would “try to get someone out there”. Two days later, still nothing.

Allied was a real savior to me. The company was recommended to me by my condominium HOA as sewer water was backing up into my unit. They were quick to schedule me and came immediately. The gentleman who came was professional, kind, and explained the issue. He worked extremely hard to rectify my problem and was successful. He cleaned up extremely well. During the times of Covid he was masked and respectful as well. I feel that the cost for service was fair. What can be worse than getting a sewer backup during the pandemic of COVID 19? Fortunately, my husband made one phone call to Allied/All-City, whose office lady accommodated us a same-day service appointment! Two servicemen both named Chris came 90 minutes after the call. They cleared the blockage within ten minutes. More importantly, we were informed in detail about the cause and how to prevent it from happening in future. What a professionalism. We are lucky to know Allied All City.

These guys are very good. The technician James that came..he was very good. He cared about doing a good job and gave advice on future maintenance. The price was very fair and he put our toilet back on for us. This service was in stark contradt to another companty the week before. He quickly identified the problem area..unclogged it and explained how it all works.I highly recommend James and the company he works for

Had an emergency, hot water tank leaking I didnt know who call so I just Googled hot water heater replacement the company Allied was on top call them that afternoon and arranged or a replacement at 12 the next day Kevin did the installation with his helper Dominic what an excellent job they were in and out and clean as if they would never there recommend this company highly.
