I purchased a Generac back-up generator from this company. I had to wait about 9 months to get it since the chip issue caused the delay. Shawn installed it. I was very impressed with his expertise in his installation. We had to call him back out for an issue. He came the next day and fixed the issue. He is a great employee and great representive for Westech! I highly recommend this company! -
