The team let me know when they were done with the work that we have an exit meeting to discuss next steps and what I may expect from the next visit. The tech that came to our house was AWESOME! I wasn’t home so he was educating my wife with patience and being very informative. My wife mentioned she felt like he was genuinely trying to be helpful instead of just solving our problem and moving on. He showed interest in providing great service and professionalism. We are left feeling very confident in the service he provided. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed!
