I could not be happier with the service I received. I had tree roots in my pipes and it was devastating. Bill came out, walked me through the process and gave me an unbeatable quote. Michael and Rhett were out first thing Monday morning and had us running again within a few hours. Everybody I dealt with was incredibly professional, the quote was honored, Michael and Rhett really went above and beyond to minimize damage to the yard, and it looks great. I cant recommend this team enough.

We discovered a leak in the base of our toilet after returning from vacation. We called Queen City around 7:00 PM, and they said they would be out the next day between 8-11. Michael from Queen City was at our door at 8:45 AM the next morning. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He was very open about pricing, and gave a great explanation of what caused the problem and how he would fix it. The process was very quick and I have never been so impressed by a repair request and service. Queen City Plumbing is the REAL DEAL!! They truly put the experience of the client above all else. I will be recommending them to any and all that could benefit from their services. Thank you so much!!
