I hope that he was the epitome of OO-Plumbing because despite not being able to recreate the leak, he was diligent in his troubleshooting, knowledgeable, had a great demeanor to him, and really made me feel like he was taking care of his own house.The quote was truly free, I got great customer service, and new number to call again later, thank you Michael and Option One Plumbing!

    Had a SERIOUS plumbing issue this morning. After reaching out to the ā€œneed-to-knowā€ folks that own my house (that i rent from) they sent out a gentleman named Daniel! He has been working on the water lines since 4pm and has gotten our water back on so we can shower and so all the things we need too with water. He was a God send and is even here cleaning up what mess the city left when i initially thought it was there problem to fix. Couldnā€™t get a better company and better person than Option One. He really ā€œTreated us like Goldā€.

    Scott and DJ were absolutely wonderful on the job. Called ahead of time. Done all work absolutely wonderful, on time and had so much patience and dedication to fix our water for us.     These guys were top of the line. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a plumber. They replaced all the water lines under our home in one day. Rerouted some of them. They vacuumed when they were done. Very reasonable price. These guys finished up on the 6th, we are very pleased with the outcome. Danny came back out today, the restoration guys needs the watertank removed. Hes just waiting for clarification from the Ins.

    Option one is great, they found a leak that 2 other plumbers couldnt find. They removed the equipment while water mitigation came, and we had our flooring replaced . When it was time to have the units installed, we got next morning installatio. Daniel is our point man and was amazing! He fixed us up quick and is always so kind while being extremely efficient. Price cant be beat either.

    Unfortunately we were out of the area during the time of repair however, thanks to Karson for keeping great communication with me during the replacement of our main sewer line. Most people donā€™t like dealing with contractors of any kind because you never know if they are be honest. Karson and Option 1 Plumbing šŸŖ  were very honest about the entire process, price and did a great job!

    The technician was nice and friendly. He was very helpful and did a great job on the replacement. The initial estimate and diagnosis was free so that was refreshing. (Most companies will still charge a fee just for coming out whether they do the repair or not.) He had the part already on his truck and was able to do the installation right away so that was a bonus! The only thing keeping me from 5 stars was because I thought the cost of labor was a little bit on the high side compared to my expectations. He did offer me $25 off though which was kind, and overall everything came out to be it cheaper than going with a major brand like Morris Jenkins, so I still saved money. They offer a 3 year warranty on parts and labor so, overall, I would recommend this company!

    Davey and C (I forgot his name after asking twice sorry), did a great job fixing the mainline. However, regarding Option 1s surprise card fee, mixed feelings. Take into account if you pay via debit you will be charged a 3.5% fee.EDIT. Danny came out today and helped. He is awesome!

    I want to give a BIG THANKYOU to Option One Plumbing and Ted who came to my home and repaired mine and my neighbors underground well electrical and waterlines! He sent his picture and info on his arrival time and was here as promised. The lines had been damaged by a stump removal. Ted stayed until very late at night to ensure both lines were working.     All the toilets in the house not flushing on a Friday night? Option One to the rescue! Michael was prompt, polite, and clearly explained what was wrong. The initial problem was a quick fix, but Option One offers a free water heater inspection and he had noticed a puddle around ours. From there Michael diagnosed what turned out to be a massive plumbing issue with a simple fix. He had all the tools and parts needed for the repairs right on the truck, and gave accurate estimates on costs. He was also able to give quotes on projects we planned to do in the future so we can budget for them. Best late-night plumbing emergency ever!

    Was having issues with my tankless water heater. After a not so pleasant experience with another company, I contacted Option One Plumbing. First, the customer service rep on the phone was very professional and kind when I called to make the appointment. Tim called and said he was in the area and asked if he could come early. He was very professional and nice, and listened as I explained the issues. He looked over the unit and then discussed my options with me. He provided me with an estimate that was very reasonable for replacing the unit. He made sure that everything was in working order prior to leaving. I would highly recommend Option One Plumbing, and will request Tim as my technician.

    I just wanna say this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Scott the tech came to do my free estimate of what I had wrong with my home as fat as my water pressure and my pipes around my well and did everything he could to explain what was wrong so that a lamen such as myself could understand. He also broke down the pricing of each option and what it entailed as well as suggesting financing because I was on a fixed income. I didnt have it done that day but will definitely call to get it done in the near future for sure. I would recommend Scott and Option One Plunbing to anyone!!!

    Carson came out from Option One Plumbing and did a phenomenal job with my problem. He went above and beyond what i asked for and even replaced my toilet bolts and ā€œ cleaned the toiletā€ before he left! It looks brand new. He did a video inspection of my lines, hi pressure wash and chemical flush of all the lines, che led and replaced wax seals and all the extras.     Karson at Option One gave me a great price on two repairs I needed and got them done in one day. He even stayed late when I had to return a damaged water heater. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything fixed and had running water and hot water before he left. Most plumbers would have clocked out at 5pm and come back the next day. Karson saw everything through to the end.

    We called a few different companies and no one could come out until the next day and we had no water and it was an emergency. Tim came out to my house and diagnosed the problem. He also informed me that I would be needing a new water heater soon. He came back the next day, finished the and left. Ger initially explained the situation and mentioned the possibility of a repipe. They were transparent from the start, providing a complimentary estimate for both a partial and full home repipe.Though I initially chose a partial repipe, Tim observed that due to the design of my house, it made more sense to consider nearly a full repipe. Naturally, I was concerned about the costs, but both Ger and Tim were understanding. We discussed it and settled on a fair price.Throughout the process, their professionalism was evident.     The staff answered my questions before sending someone out. Pricing was discussed after we were told what the problem was. Dalton actually repaired a toilet while he was there in addition to the faucet repair we had called about. He was friendly and professional. We asked if he could install a tub.     Option One is the best option. I decided to replace all the polybutylene pipe of my home built in the 80ā€™s to avoid any risk after a year I bought it. Since the first moment, when Shane came to put together the Quote I noticed they are very good professionals. During the execution, Shane explained to us what the three plumbers were doing and how they were selecting the best and least impacting path to replace by PEX the Poly pipes. Once completed, Shane cleaned up everything and test all the pipes to check no leak was happening. I am very impressed with Shanesā€™s technical and communication skills and the passion he puts on his work. The rest of the team was also very experienced and knew what they were doing. They were able to do it in one day, saving me and my family lot of our time and pain for not having water more time thanks to their high efficiency.. Although it was not the least expensive quote, I am so happy I selected Option One to do this important work at my home. Because of Shaneā€™s and rest of the Teamā€™s performance I took the year service plan with Option One... to be in the best hands.

    Lundon was simply amazing! We just moved into our new home and just had a baby, so to say weā€™ve been stressing out is an understatement. Our toilet getting clogged only added insult to injury.     They were super quick and responsive when we called. From the time we called, to the time they returned our call and sent someone out, only a couple of hours. Ted was super friendly and professional. He was very honest and explained that it was more than likely our sewage tank needed to be pumped, which he could not help us with. While others may have taken advantage of the situation and done unnecessary work that would have cost us extra money, Ted did not. We never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us. He was very upfront and honest. Ted even called the next day to check and see if we got the problem fixed. We will definitely call them again and ask for Ted if we ever have any plumbing issues again.

    Our main had a crack in it. It was causing a massive amount of damage to our home and foundation, and when Shane from OOP came out, he quickly identified the issue. When it came to the actual repair, the cost was significantly more than we were able to afford at the time, and OOP worked with us to set us up on a payment plan so that we could get the issue repaired without further damage being caused. Iā€™ve never worked with a more professional and compassionate company - and thatā€™s not a word you hear often when speaking on a company. However, thatā€™s certainly what they are. Our leak issue, financing and repair were all completed within 3 days, and the repairman was even able to provide information to my insurance adjuster to help further my home owners insurance claim.     I was afraid of getting my water heater installed by anyone. I had been searching since 2018 and this year I narrowed my search down. At first I had a long list of companies and I just begin calling, asking for quotes, reading a plethora of reviews, looking at the website, pictures and really doing a detailed search of the company that works best for me. Then my list became shorter and I still couldnā€™t narrow it to one company. I had each company come out to my home and give me quote. I scored each person on arrival time, customer service, professionalism, integrity and experience and how knowledgeable they were. Finally, I took deep breaths and just went off of faith and how well each person treated me when they gave me a quote. I still had two other companies that were awesome but Providence Plumbing was the only company that took the time to see what the other issue was. I had water leaking in my driveway which made my driveway muddy and wet. Every other company told me it was the water heater which I believed it because the water heater was old. But, no John and Trevor took it a step further and said, ā€œItā€™s another issue.ā€ They looked under my home and found my shower drain pipe disconnected from the shower which was causing my water to leak in my driveway. They were honest by showing me pictures and bringing me outside to look at it for myself. I said to myself ā€œAnother issue = more money and feel on the ground instantly.ā€ (Just kidding) Even though my first intentions were to just get the water heater fixed I instantly understood that the other issue needed to be fixed as well. I am happy that they found it because I never knew and I would have never known. No other company went a step further it was just quoting me for the water heater which was basic. The time and commitment they took explaining everything with me for hours; I felt comfortable and knowledgeable as well. The interaction they had with my family and just speaking to me about what is best the option for my family really helped me to decide what to do. I was so afraid to put my trust and hard earned money into trusting a company with this project in the beginning that is the reason I stopped searching. But, John and Trevor really calmed my nerves and didnā€™t try to pressure me into making a decision. They didnā€™t pressure me just to get a sale and I didnā€™t feel scammed at all nor worried. After all my research I just made a decision from my heart and went with it because if I hadnā€™t make the decision to get these things fixed I would still be searching when the answer was in front of me the whole time ā€œProvidence Plumbing of the Carolinas.ā€ I want to also thank the owner, and the all of the respectful ladies (Ann and Ashley) that answered my questions when I called and really took customer service and professionalism to another level. A lot of people own businesses and work for companies but do not know how to treat people and just want to scam. I am big on quality and customer service. I am glad that Providence Plumbing of the Carolinas is a reputable company I can now refer my family and friends.

    Daniel came out in booties on his feet.Did a camera run, adjusted my water pressure (wasnt a part of the call.) And cleaned up.Extremely nice and honest.Prior...Aaa plumbing...Guy comes out.Plunged the toilet 3 times and went down stairs flushed the toilet..then said its a 2 man job $1700.00Option one checked the outside drain access..then used a camera found the clog in 10 minutes... unclothed it in 20 minutes treated the pipes with a flush cleaner.The price was almost nothing. Very reasonable for the services rendered.

    Tyler was great and helpful in upgrading our PVR. It was in response to trying to get better water pressure. I would use them again. Just as a side note - Our water pressure did not improve with the PVR upgrade but the problem is with our water source from the city. The city only guarantees up to 30psi which is abysmal (ours is currently reading 47/48psi). There is a water tower down in York SC and also there other variables are involved as to why our water pressure wonā€™t go any higher within our subdivision at the moment. Regardless of this - Option One Pluming was great and these issues fall on the city and how our sub division is setup.
