Excellent work!We hired AHTR Development Group to do patio as well steps right after we got our new home. They carefully listened to our needs and requirements and provided us concept design with everything put-together that we thought. Once we confirmed the design, they built exactly how we wanted! AHTR Group went above and beyond our expectations and have done a great job at a competitive price.Also provided us a gazebo installation as well as lights replacement & new lights installation services.We did a stamp-concrete patio as well as composite deck steps with black vinyl railings! I can’t wait to spend the rest of summer in my patio.I am very satisfied and happy with the final results! I can’t wait to work with the AHTR Development Group for future endeavors!Highly recommend!

We hired AHTR to finish our basement after our previous contractor left basement half finished. We were so glad to find AHTR, they listened to our needs and understood our issue. They had to go through a lot of hassle to fix all the mess previous contractor did. They were very disciplined about work - always showed up on time and finished work in given time frame with great quality. They also accommodated few additional things which were not in the contract.Overall it was a great experience working with AHTR team and we would definitely recommend them to others.

AHTR did an amazing job on our deck, patio and Driveway extension! I have no complaints on anything . The quality of their work is fantastic. They were very responsive with communication and worked around a few delays but end product is beautiful as that so it’s worth it. I have already recommended them to a few friends and will continue to do so.

After so much of looking around, we decided to get our 1100 Sq.ft basement finished by AHTR group and we are happy with our choice. Our project included creation of mechanical room, storage room, full-bath, open area and refinishing of stairs. The project went great and we are pleased with the finished work. They were so approachable, understandable, listened to our every needs, made helpful suggestions and completed the job in the stipulated time. They also made sure the work is being progressed with their daily visits and their crew were professional and courteous too.They made sure the final inspection is neat and clean and addressed all the nick-picky things. They also have accomodated of few additional things which were not in the contract.Overall we had a nice experience. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We hired AHTR to finish our attic room. Before calling them, we already had called few other contractors. Since, it was a complex project we dint hear positive response from anyone until AHTR Development Group looked at it. AHTR was quick to come with an affordable budget for this project. One thing I was impressed was the way they own the project. It never felt like they are working for a client. It turned out be a beautiful play room for my 4 YO and 1 YO. I definitely recommend them and will hire them for any future projects. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
