We had an emergency water heater leak at 4:30PM on Friday. The owner answered the phone, within 45 minutes he had someone at our house to investigate and stop the leak and a proposal to fix the problem. By 6 PM, all was good and the team scheduled a new water heater to be installed the next morning. Two guys showed up on time, were super professional, and had us back up and going Saturday morning. Owner dropped by as well to make sure all was good and I’m extremely happy with the service we received. I’m not one to give solid reviews unless they are well earned and these guys earned 5 stars, I would’ve given them 100 if I could’ve!

I cant recommend this company enough! We had a tricky leak this past week and at first it was a little stressful. DJ and his team made what have been a terrible situation into a stress free one for me. They communicated great with my husband &I and went up and beyond. Had 3 other plumbing companies give me quotes on a job without actually offering better solutions. The remedy was just to replace a section or the entire system. Finntastic Plumbing actually took the time to go through the layout of the existing plumbing in the house and find a better way to redirect the lines and save me time and money in the long run. From the time they entered the property, till the job was complete, I dealt with nothing but polite,professional and prompt individuals. Every time I had a question, they were more than happy to educate me on the process and how things work. When I called the office, they were always quick to answer or get back to me in a timely manner. It’s unfortunate when you having plumbing problems, but Finntastic Plumbing certainly helped take the stress off the situation. As long as they are doing business, they will have me as a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance.

Had an outdoor plumbing leak. After weeks of back and forth with the city of Granbury to check the meter (twice!) finally found the leak under the front walkway. This ordeal to just find the leak cost $$ and 2 other plumbing companies that wanted to charge to do work that didnt even fix the problem.I was frustrated and anxious so looked on Angies list and saw Finntastic, but was hesitant to call them. I was in the middle of dialing to get yet another estimate from another plumber when Lucy called me. Lucy is the best at understanding the frustration a homeowner is dealing with when trying to fix a serious issue.After a brief discussion, she told me a team could be here in less than 2 hours and could start work immediately when I approved the estimate.Wes and Whitney(?) arrived early, explained the process, did the work and finished in 1 day.We had to replace the main water line to the house due to it being Quest piping. It involved digging by hand because my front yard is on a hill. The guys installed the pipe, put in a shut off valve and replaced the fawcet to the main water entrance for the house.Price was reasonable and the guys did a Finntastic job! They are now my go to people.

Wes is professional, dealing with him is a pleasure and he takes time to explain what may have caused issues as well as how to prevent things in the future. Most companies just fix things and go, but Finn-Tastic Plumbing goes the extra mile to help inform the customer. Any business that puts that sort of customer service above the almighty dollar will have my business. Honest, fair, trustworthy and efficient.

We discovered a water leak on our side of the meter on Monday. The city verified our findings so we called a plumbing company from Angies List, got an estimated repair cost, but felt it was too expensive. After hauling water and fighting to fix the leak ourselves for four days, we decided to call a local company. I had recalled seeing the Finn-Tastic Plumbing truck in the neighborhood and gave them a call. It was Friday afternoon around 3 PM and we didnt think we would see them until Monday but they came out about 4:30 and had our repairs done by 6:15. Friendly, knowledgeable service at a very reasonable price! Thank you Brennan, Brian and Finn-Tastic Plumbing!!

Finn-Tastic does fan-tastic work. The team is super professional, positive and polite. Weve had them out to repair a sewer line break deep under the yard, and to replace a water heater. Both jobs worked out great -- handled correctly the first time with no need for a return call -- and the results looked expertly installed. They stay at it to get the job completed so your house is running again ASAP. They pick things up and leave things better than they found them. And the owner, Dan Finn, goes above and beyond to provide fair and helpful solutions. This is an excellent, considerate and responsive shop with a crew that knows its business inside and out.

We called them on a Friday afternoon after waiting for hours for a competitor and Finntastic came over in half an hour! They were VERY PROFESSIONAL and REASONABLY PRICED. They were done in less than an hour replacing the under sink lines and valves and replacing the fixture as well. WE WOULD TOTALLY HIRE FINNTASTIC AGAIN!! Also D.J. the owner and his apprentice are major eye candy, might as well enjoy the view yall!!!

I just wanted to say how thoroughly pleased I was with the work done by Finn-Tastic Plumbing. I needed two 50 gal water heaters & Flood-Stops installed in my attic, and was a bit concerned about about what it meant.After procuring quotes from four different (highly rated plumbers), I moved forward with Finn-Tastic plumbing, and Im so glad I did.Not impugning the work that might have been done by the others, it just seemed Finn-Tastic truly cared about the whole process...from the initial appointment for a quote, to when they left after installation. Every step of the way, they were meticulous, thorough, and answered any and all questions.I watched the two plumbers (Robert and Brynner) as they were working (I always appreciate craftsmen/tradesmen working in their field of expertise), and it was impressive how even though these water heaters were going in the attic, the time they took to make sure everything was neat and perfect.Throughout the installation process, the owner came out several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and I was satisfied. Honestly, theyre just good people who care about the service they provide their customers...and thats why I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We needed a new washer box and drain line tied into to the septic line. Finn-Tastic dug the trench out to the septic line tied it in and installed all new drain plumbing and a new washer box. They rerouted the existing supply line to the washer box, installed p-trap, vent, and sanitary t including a cleanout. The job was done very cost effectively and quickly and receives the highest marks for workmanship. Very professional to work with, D.J. and Brynner are very friendly and responsive. Very trustworthy. Finn-Tastic Plumbing is my first call when I have a plumbing issue.A couple of weeks ago my hot water heater (50-gallon tank) gave out. I wasnt sure if I wanted to replace with another tank, or make the switch to a tankless water heater. I called Finn-Tastic, DJ promptly came to my home to see how my system was set up and advise me about my options and his recommendation. It was an important, and appreciated step that helped me feel comfortable with the decision I was making. My new tankless system is now installed, and is working very well.This is not the first time Ive used Finn-Tastic, but just like before, the communication throughout the process was frequent, and the work was performed with a dedication to getting the job done well. Ive spoken with several of the plumbers that work for Finn-Tastic, and in my experience they have all been very professional, and easy to talk to. Wes has been to my home before, and on this job it was mostly Brien. Both of them are really solid individuals that I would be glad to have back out to my home should I have a plumbing issue.

Up front, honest, and definitely hard working guys. They were quick to arrive and knocked the task out the same day. It was obvious their goal was to do a good job and have a happy customer!
