Our sump pump motor burnt out on a Sunday and I reached out Good Tidings as they had serviced our steam radiators in the past and had a nice experience with them. I was so impressed to get a live person to chat with immediately by calling the main line. I was blown away right with the polite empathy the person who answered providedHe was able to scope out his teams location, confirm they had parts on hand for the job and within an hour he was able to send two of their plumbers to check it out. Jay, one of the plumbers, was the nicest and most professional person you could hope for. He assessed the situation, laid out some straightforward options, answered all my naive questions and was entirely transparent with pros and cons and pricing. He fixed the pump, gave me some considerations for future proofing, and was on his merry way. Super clean, no mess, and just a pleasurable experience. Plumbing issues are like the dreaded check engine light and I am glad to know I can reliably call on Good Tidings for any future issues. While other contractors seem to be consolidating and getting bigger at the expense of customer service and quality team workers, Good Tidings is sticking to a smaller owner run business, quality first, transparency and honest, good service. Highly recommend these guys.

I recently moved into a new home with radiator heat and was having some issues. From the moment I called, Luke was outstanding—super helpful and got me scheduled for a same-day visit! Rob came out for the first visit, and he was fantastic. He was super friendly, explained everything that was going on clearly, and took care of the two major radiators right away. On the follow-up visit to finish the job, Ian was great as well—friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Everyone showed up on time, and I couldnt ask for a better experience. Good Tidings is as professional a company as I have ever worked with before and with unmatched expertise. We needed to upgrade our central air conditioning system and while Brian was writing the invoice for it, we asked about a slight leak in our kitchen faucet. He looked at it after the invoice was completed and fixed it within 20 minutes replacing the drain and stem which was not correctly installed by a previous plumber. Good Tidings also replaced our laundry tub in the washroom adding a disposal line for the washing machine separate from the sink. Then the following week installed our upgraded and much more efficient central air conditioning. Good Tidings is an excellent company to work with, is available for emergencies and has excellent staff for scheduling as well as any heating, plumbing or AC needs. I was especially impressed with the installation team members...Brian, Ian, Nicco and Nicholas. All of these gentlemen were absolute professionals exhibiting unmatched expertise and they clean up the work area after completion of the job.

I use Good Tidings service in the last 20 some years. This morning, my hot water tank gave out on me. I called and get the same day replacement. Great and quality job from Jay and his partner. I also had them installed Halo water filter for the entire household 10 years ago, therefore, I do not have to buy bottle water. Good Tidings company provides very reliable and quality service as always. I appreciated very much for their responsiveness for my urgent request even on Sunday morning.

I had a big clog in my kitchen sink. I attempted to clear it with a snake but realized I could not reach the clog and decide to shop for a plumber. I found Good Tidings Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The techs Jay and Nico were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They told me what the job would cost before they started working and gave me some pointers on how to avoid future mishaps as they completed each step of the process. My sink drain runs better than ever ! It’s hard to find dedicated and honest service but I definitely did with Good Tidings.

I had a leak that I thought was condensation from my central air but I found a slow leak above duct work in a very awkward spot in rafters in the basement. Haven’t used my usual guy for a few years now as he left me in the lurch sometime ago when I needed him. Didn’t know who to call, everyone wanted to charge like $100 just to come out and look at it….and not include the $100 into an approved repair…just didn’t sit right with me. Good Tidings said $49 to give estimate and would include into repair. My initial call was very pleasant and informative, they gave me details and scheduled me for that same morning (I told them to come in afternoon). I received a follow up call 20 minutes before they arrived and was told I would have Ian. Then I received a text with a pic of Ian and info about him. He arrived, reviewed situation, and gave me estimate. Estimate was twice what I was anticipating but he had materials with him to do immediately so I gave the okay.The saying….’you get what you pay for’; well setting up the call was very good, alerting me to who Ian was/looked like and when to expect him was much more than I expected, the very professionalism and clean job that Ian did, and it didn’t hurt that he was a nice guy…so then I guess I got what I paid for and would call them again when I need a plumber.

The dispatchers were in touch throughout the day - I never wondered what time or what the status was. I got a text with the plumbers photo and information - and found out he’s a dog person. When Steve came in, he had a mat to make sure there no outside dirt tracked in. Super friendly - and evaluated the issues. Gave us a very clear picture of the costs associated and was able to quickly make the repairs. Clear communication, no mess, personable, and then had some time to pet the dog. I definitely give a 5 star review for my service today!

THANK YOU!First and foremost, I have never worked with a firm where every single touchpoint, from the folks answering the phones, to the estimator, to the team themselves... all were exceedingly polite, very friendly and across the board helpful.Wow!We had a significant amount of cast iron sewer pipes that were severely corroded and leaking into the basement. We had been in multi-month discussions with another firm, very nice folks - but they would never commit to a date nor schedule the work. It became clear that they just didnt have the ability to handle.Luckily for us, several folks on our local neighborhood email group recommended Good Tidings, so I gave them a call. They came out, spent a lot of time looking at what needed to be done and spoke with us extensively throughout.Amazingly, they were willing and able to pull an entire crew together the same day if needed (!) - which actually was a bit too fast for us since we had to plan schedules; what a great early sign of their responsiveness!We needed this done right, and these were the guys to do it.On the day of the job, they brought a CREW. Every single person was in a great mood, jovial, super friendly, and helpful. It was obvious they enjoyed working with each other and really cared about their work. At one point, we had FIVE trucks at the house and a bunch of great guys - we were so incredibly appreciative given the scale of the work needed.During the initial estimate, they had also noted that the hot water heater was in need of replacement - I appreciated their thoroughness and the fact that it likely saved us from a future emergency issue.I firmly believe that relationships matter. In this day and age, when youre lucky enough to find a provider that so obviously takes pride in their work, takes care of their people, values clients as well as their reputation - one is quite fortunate.We will undoubtedly ask Good Tidings assistance with a number of future projects, and are so thankful to have found them.Of course, we wholeheartedly recommend Good Tidings to everyone - thank you again to the entire team! Had my water heater replaced by Good Tidings this past Friday afternoon. So when I would be wanting to go home, Steve shows up to assess the situation, give me a quote and do the job. In a polite and timely fashion he gets half way through the job when he gets called to a next job, as they said could happen. Chris showed up and helped with the very heavy lifting and seamlessly took over the job and finished. Nick came to the house today, 2 days later, to do the furnace service I requested. Was in and out quickly and neatly. All three technicians were professional, polite, knowledgable and efficient. They all asked for and answered all questions I had regarding the jobs or anything else related to the kind of service they were providing. The last time I used Good Tidings it was for the replacement of my furnace and I, 12 years later, still stand in front of it and wonder at the pure art of how it was plumbed. Good Tidings installed a new Furnace and Air conditioning unit in our home. Steve M was the service specialist who was on site the day of the installation. Steve M and Dave did the work and were great. I dealt mostly with Steve and he was informed, friendly and professional. Both gentleman were polite and well dressed. They made sure their path from the entrance of our house to the work space was properly covered so as to not get anything dirty.They put in a long day in tough heat and humidity and I never heard one complaint about it. I was told they would arrive between 8 and 9 in the morning and they arrived at 8:30am.. They finished the job, cleaned up, tutored me on the thermostat, answered all my questions and tested the system by 7pm. It was a sizable job.Initially I met with Mike who explained the system we would need, the pricing options and payment plan. He was great as well. Professional, patient and explained the entire process in a manner that I could understand without issue.The overall experience was terrific. After taking in four estimates, we felt most comfortable and confident with Good Tidings. Highly Recommend!The above review was from a while ago. We recently had our sump pump burn out shortly after a significant rain. Brian came out and took care of our issue within a couple of hours of my call. I dont write reviews. But I cant stop giving a mental fist pump every time Good Tidings comes to my house. We moved into a new house and the former owners did nothing to maintain this home and their systems. Good Tidings has not only done regular maintenance, theyve helped us any time there is an emergency or an unforeseen circumstance with our plumbing or HVAC systems.They are beyond responsive, kind, empathetic, quick and communicative. I have never encountered a service company of any industry that is giving me text updates with photos and info on who will be coming into my home. The phone is always picked up. When they say theyll call back, they do, and quickly.The Good Tidings team has done a cooling system checkup, heating system checkup, necessary upgrades to both, gas safety turn off installation, gas grill hookup, pipe replacement, shut off valves, and probably more Im not remembering.Everyone who Ive encountered in the Good Tidings community has been incredible at their job. Knowledgeable, excellent communicators, this is absolutely top notch service and I will not go anywhere else for any needs that Good Tidings handles.Just giving a quick shoutout to: Jay, Jose, Brian, Ian, John Luke, Anthony, and Kelly. Ive always had a good experience with Good Tidings. Whenever Ive called, and have had an emergency, they always find a way to fit me in the schedule. Dave is very professional and really down to earth guy on the phone trying to work out the situation. The service reps , and Ive had a few different guys over the years, are always professional, and decent, and very upfront about the job, and the pricing. No hidden surprises, and no scams. Ive never had a job done where Ive had to call them back to correct anything that they already did. Also they get the job done pretty quickly. And the prices are reasonable, compared to what some other companies charge. These are the first guys I call if I have a plumbing problem, or need an installation. I highly recommend Good Tidings.

They let you know who will be coming to your home via text along with there picture and profile. My pipes broke because of the winter freze and i had no heat. This led to floods in my home. The problem was fully diagnosed, located and repaired. We love these guys! They have been our plumbers since 2010 and have repaired, replaced and renovated almost all of the plumbing in our house, in addition to installing a whole house water conditioning system. Most recently they replaced our HVAC system with a new furnace and central air. Through the years, we have always been impressed with their professionalism, competence and quality of their work. But more than that, as oa family-owned and operated business their customer care is outstanding. We have gotten to know many of the staff and technicians, who have always been more than helpful with any of our needs and concerns. They are prompt to reply to any inquiry and prompt in their scheduling of needed services. As an example, we are currently renovating our kitchen. As with most projects, there were unanticipated bumps in the road, in this case discovering that we needed a new sink and faucet assembly which we hadnt planned for and which we were afraid would cause major delays and rescheduling of things. Brian, our technician, told us not to worry and told us exactly what to do, who to call, and what quesadillas to ask. He then, on the spot, ordered the new sink and scheduled its installation in our planned time slot, thus keeping the entire project on track. We were both relieved and grateful. We give Good Tidings and their people our highest recommendation.

I have read the reviews that Good Tidings can be over priced. However, if youve ever had a massive plumbing emergency, dont you wish you just splurged to get the best? And to be honest, Good Tidings IS the best. Ive had multiple plumbers at our house. They have not only fixed our issues, but it ALL of their work has lasted because they are quality technicians! I have had Steven M. AND Jamie come to do massive jobs at my house and they have remained informative, professional and personable throughout each visit. Whether its Steven replacing my toilet in 2 hours (impressive). Or Jaime unclogging my main line on New Years Eve...yes, I said New Years Eve...I cannot say enough about this company and their workers. I will be a loyal customer for now and years to come. Steve and John were absolutely phenomenal.I was able to schedule things very quick over the phone and when these guys showed up, they immediately recognized the problem and set out to fix it.My AC unit had frozen over (in the 90 degree heat) and they were able to describe the problem to perfection as well as solve the problem by thawing out the unit and checking any oil leaks in the compressor.They were absolutely polite and very knowledgeable, I absolutely recommend them, they have been nothing but nice and extremely helpful.Keep up the great work guys!

Our water heater broke on a Sunday and we needed a new one ASAP. Good Tidings proved to be incredibly helpful and responsive. I spoke with Alex on the phone who walked me through how to shut off the water and necessary steps. He would have stayed on the phone as long as I needed him to, I did not feel rushed. They were able to get a team out, we had the pleasure of working with Steve. Steve was able to remove the 75 gallon old tank and replace a new one immediately. They sent a text before hand with a picture of Steve so we were aware who was coming to install the new water heater. Although it was a bit more expensive, they were incredibly helpful, thorough, and honest. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a solution ASAP.

I am really pleased with Good Tidings and would use them again in a heartbeat. My mom called me at 12pm on a Sunday afternoon very upset about her water heater flooding the basement. I immediately called Good Tidings based on word of mouth reviews. They were on the job right away. This particular work took two visits; before each one I received a call confirming when the tech would be arrive; within a half hour window. I found this to be really helpful. Both techs were professional, courteous, and really knew their stuff. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained the work they did in detail. The old heater was replaced with the new one and the basement was left in great shape. Ive had work done by other companies, and this was by far my best experience. I have owned this home for 24 years, replaced heating unit twice, water heater twice, roof, plumbing, electrical, absolutely everything: and I have NEVER been more pleased with a company than now. These guys are incredibly amazing. We are thrilled. Five stars across the board. Our gas furnace would not ignite for an unknown reason. Good Tidings sent diagnostician Steve, who demonstrated through words and action how he is a master of his trade. I watched the whole time and dont know where to begin so here are five words, one for each star: professional, thorough, orderly, courteous, and last but not least — competent. The large high cube van is packed with every imaginable tool and accessory including space heaters for clients while they tackle a problem. The dispatcher gave us courtesy calls to let us know the ETA. It turned out we had a partially blocked exhaust chimney that caused the system to overheat and shut off automatically. Steve removed a massive amount of dirt, dust and debris from the chimney as well as 12 dead birds, and of course sealed it up nicely. We are 100% satisfied with every facet of service we received. Highly recommend!

I figured no one was going to be doing service, but called Good Tidings Plumbing Heating Cooling to leave a message in hopes of getting someone here on Dec. 26. A live person answered within two rings. There was someone at my house within 2 hours…on Christmas Eve! Matt showed up at our front door with his own doormat. He cleaned his feet before coming in and was professionally dressed. After inspection, Matt explained what the issue was and outlined the pricing options clearly. He said it would take a few hours to fix. We said we felt bad that he had to work into Christmas Eve night and he said, “Don’t worry, it’s my job.” I am sure it was not ideal for him to have to work, but we completely appreciated Good Tidings having team members available to help fix our heater so we would not freeze on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. January 24, 2020. I had the great pleasure of having the technician Steve resolve a concern that I was having with my toilet. In full disclosure, I am not a handy home owner nor do I take the time required to learn how to troubleshoot or resolve even the simplest concerns that will arise with various aspects of the home. One of the many reasons that Good Tidings far exceeds my expectations as a valued service provider is the professionalism of their team. I am of course biased in describing Steve as my favorite technician to work with because he has been to my home more than any of the other team members. Every time Steve comes to my home, he is faced with answering multiple questions regarding technical issues and he never makes me feel like I am a bother, and I find in such a microwave society, this is an art that has long been lost. They technicians always take the time to explain what the problems are and offers a few different options to choose from. Another notable quality exhibited that makes the technicians exceptional representation of Good Tidings from my perspective, is that they have never once tried to up sell a service to me. Why would this be a worthy mention you ask? How many of you consumers can say that you have never experienced technicians that have not tried to up sell you a service, that you may not necessarily need? Good Tidings was a God send this morning. We had a leaking pipe that was causing lots of water on the floor of our laundry room. After a sleepless night we called them around 7:30am this morning after the plumber we first contacted stated they didnt have anyone that could come out today. I spoke to Chelsea who took all of the information and said someone would be calling back within an hour. About 15 minutes later Luke called and said they had someone available and they could be to my house between 8 and 9am. Within the hour Mark and James arrived, assessed what needed to be done and got to work. By 9:30 our pipe was replaced and everything was in working order. They were professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again in the future. Their service was exceptional.

Professional, courteous, great guy, fixed every issue i had. The only thing i didnt like was the request to hand over a blank check with the township name on it for the inspection. I outright refused to do that so they said i would have to go to the township and pay myself which i would rather do.I understand you are trying to streamline everything for the customer but the way it was presented put me in a panic. Just explain to the customer you have to options. Other than that i highly recommend good tidings. They even gave me a gift card just for being a customer. Good Tidings saved my vacation! I had a house sitter at my home with my 4 dogs when I got a text from her that the heat had stopped working. Quickly I called my regular heating company and they did not respond to my call. Stressed, I began googling heating companies in the neighboring towns and was impressed with Good Tidings website. Not only did they respond immediately but they went right over to my house and got the heat working temporarily because they had to order a part for a permanent solution. They came back when the part came in and did get the heat working. After a few days we had another issue and they cam right over again and found another faulty part. When that part came in it was installed and all is perfect. I will now be switching to Good Tidings for our heat, cooling and plumbing.

FIVE STARS. Steve and his partner were fantastic. They came quickly, which during an emergency is really important. They were professional and courteous, and answered all my plumbing questions. They were able to remove the old water heater, vacuum up the flooding and install a brand new heater within a few hours! Its never a good day to find a major appliance has gone bust, or to find a flood in your basement, but this really could not have gone better. I barely had to even stop working myself, and they cleaned up after themselves. Grateful to have such knowledgeable expert plumbers able to come at a moments notice. The plumbers from Good Tidings, Tom the first day, then Brian an Steven the next day, were very professional and industrious at working to fix our complicated double-sink backup and clog. Although it ended costing a lot of money, I was glad to pay because of their attitude and professionalism and good communication through what was clearly a difficult problem. We had tried homeowner level remedies for several days, and another plumbing company without success. But the Good Tidings crew proved they could diagnose, plan and carry out the solution to get our plumbing better than it has been for a long time, while remaining friendly, competent, and keeping the rest of the house clean. I would turn to them first for our next plumbing/HVAC needs before any other.

We had a sewer back up. Dan M responded promptly to our call to his office. He spent a lot of time with me and the sewer authority (I also called the town) in trying to figure out if the blockage was on my paroperty, or in the main sewer line in the street. After determining that the problem was on my side of the main line, Dan cleared the line and then worked with Brian J, who came in with video gear to run a camera through the line. Brian found the likely point of stoppage and the reason therefor. Both Brian and Dan were very polite, professional and determined to do a good job.We have a service contract with Good Tidings. We have had several issues requiring their services. They arent cheap, but they are certainly responsive--when you call, they give you a 2 hour window that day when the service tech will be there. The tech is always there within that window. The service techs are all experienced, polite and professional. So far, they have satisfactorily resolved all of our issues. The only downside is the price, though in fairness, unless we call in another plumber or two, I have nothing against which to compare their prices. Good company and Brian and Dan were excellent.

John completed the work by 10:00 and the heat returned to normal. I couldnt be happier with the extremely prompt and courteous service. John also told me that Good Tidings had changed its name in recent years (formerly, American Specialty.) I like that they call you with a time frame and again when the technician is on the way, in addition they send you a text with a picture and some details regarding who is coming to your home. I did have a very minor issue with a defective part and Luke was very helpful in getting it replaced almost immediately. Adrien (my original tech) came back to my house to replace the part. (twice), and this time Joe M. come out whether it was for a repair or estimate. As always, the technician was very professional, courteous, and neat while working. Im having an outdoor gas line installed for my natural gas grill and Joe M. started the actual installation process for me (because of township regulations this is a multi-step process). At this point I feel very comfortable and confident in their work and I trust that they will do an honest job. So much so that I was able to take a much needed nap inside while Joe M. worked outside on the gas line (Yes! My comfort is your calling-lol!). Before he left, Joe M. called the office and ensured that they would organize the next step for following township guidelines for me. This was just another way to show their reliability. My 92 year old mother called GT after her heating was not keeping up with the thermostat. They came out the same day as an emergency call as she is a VIP contract customer.On the first visit they were stumped about why the limit switch was coming on and not allowing the furnace to keep up with the thermostat. They recommended a duct cleaning suspecting the issue was low airflow. The duct work was very dirty. It had not been cleaned in many years. I had the ducts cleaned 4 days later. I called for a follow up visit because the heating system was still showing the same error codes and had the same issue of heat not keeping up with the thermostat. Again they came out the same day I called.Steven took troubleshooting to the next level - he tested everything again and didnt give up until he figured out it was the blower motor. This was a very difficult diagnosis and took significant time.He didn’t have the part on the truck (it was 10:00PM) and said they should have it the next day. Steven left 4 portable electric heaters behind at no charge to keep the house at a comfortable temperature that night.At 8:50AM the very next day I received a call to schedule the installation and the part was in their possession.You get what you pay for - GT employees are honest, dependable and skilled.

They came over the day we called them (the 1st hot day of the year by the way), addressed the issue and gave us a few options with pricing to choose from. They did an amazing job and stayed until it was complete, made sure everything was working and that we didnt have any questions or concerns. They cleaned up everything as well. On request they took a look at the sump pump too and provided a couple of options to add a pump. Overall, a good service company.

I have no complaints in terms of the service provided. The staff is very kind and courteous. They also perform their service in a very efficient manner. My complaint is the cost of services. I had my seasonal tune up done on both my heating unit and my humidifier. The charge for the service done on my expensive furnace was far less than that of my humidifier. I dont understand how they can justify such an exorbitant charge to service the humidifier. Addendum: I received a call from the owner of Good Tidings today. He said theyve done a review of the service charges and will be making some changes. He also informed me that he will be refunding the cost of service on my humidifier. I appreciate his attention to my review and will continue to use Good Tidings for my HVAC needs!!!

Brian J came to our house and was as upbeat, cheerful and engaging as one could be. He diagnosed the problem with our drain in our bathroom and told us he had to clear it out with the machine which he proceeded to do. Then he took apart the trap and said that we should have had a P trap installed instead of the one that we have there now. He found a problem with the fitting at the back of the vanity and then gave us 3 options to solve the problem. I chose the most simple solution and he navigated his way toward successfully toward fixing the problem. He also gave us information on the Halo 5 water system to replace our water softener system which I will study. So he is a very good salesman as well. I would love to have Brian come to our place anytime and solve our problems. He is a fabulous representative of your company. I also love Justin B who serviced our heating and he is terrific as well.Victor and Nick came to our house and did a very good job replacing the ball float on our toilet in the upstairs bathroom. That float was installed by Good Tidings in November 2016 with a 1 year warranty. I was disappointed that it lasted only a month or so after the 1 year warranty so I was not very happy to have to have it replaced again and spend another $349 . I was contemplating going to Home Depot and buying a $169 toilet and have them install it for another $225. Victor convinced me that he could fix the problem so I agreed. The two fellows were very nice young men and I hope that the problem was solved. 1/5/2017

He saw the problem and said someone would come out the next day to give me an estimate. Adam came and explained everything in detail. Bottom line, the problem was fixed and I could not be happier! I was near tears. A lot of things going wrong in my house. Dan answered the phone and was an absolute sweetheart. The plumber Steve came and explained everything with the different price ranges. We have an older house with very old pipes, and he was able to unclog our main line in no time. Also he was a very nice young man. I would definitely recommend this company. It turned a bad day to a nice experience.

The sump pump in our house died at what naturally had to be the worst possible time, and Good Tidings really stepped up for us. I was able to get in contact with their overnight call center who was able to get me set up for a plumber to come over first thing in the morning. Ben showed up nice and early and did a great job explaining what was going on with the pump, and was able to get it replaced right away. He was also kind enough not to mock my MacGyver mini sump pump/hose contraption that I threw together to get us through the night. Overall we couldn’t be happier, they were able to get the pump fixed right away, and saved us a lot of stress. Special thanks to Ben for doing a great job all around.

After two weeks of taking over my mother’s house, we already had a major plumbing issue, which has never happened in the 25 years that the house has been in our family(great start right?!) good tidings was the 4th plumbing service call id made and i wish it was the first. They responsed quickly, explained the possibilities and pricing of each, worked quickly and efficiently. They were amazing around the kids in the house and so pleasant to speak with. I wish i could remember the other techs name but Steven was one of the two. I thought the whole day was going to be dedicated to this issue but thank God it wasn’t. They’ll always be my first call from now on.

Of course it had to be midnight with a guest in the house when our main water pipe in the basement broke. By 9 am the next morning (Saturday), Steven M showed up and made short work of removing the damaged section of pipe along with installing two new shut-off valves to replace the ancient ones. The water was back on within a couple of hours and thanks to him, what could have been a long weekend turned out to be a minor inconvenience. We have used Good Tidings in the past (under their previous brand) for plumbing issues and have been completely satisfied with the service we received.

Good Tidings came to my house in a pinch when the boiler died in the dead of February. They patiently sat with me as we troubleshooted the problem, fully explaining everything as they went along.We ended up needing to replace the boiler. Removal was day of, they lent us space heaters for overnight, and replacement installed the next day. The heating system works BETTER than ever! Pricing was affordable due to them assisting in securing a loan through Enerbank. Every workman present was courteous, clean, and efficient. Highly recommend their services.8/29/18 Edit: AC went kaput at 2am. Made an appt with their all-night staff for 8am, they arrived, promptly diagnosed the issue and had me back in cool air!

Matt was great! We had a sump pump emergency Christmas Eve and he came over within a couple of hours of my call. He was able to replace our pump in under and hour and even dealt with FaceTiming my parents (who’s house I was watching while they are away) to keep them in the loop. Matt even helped me empty our water vac since it was too heavy for me to move. Would definitely recommend!

I live in an old home with very old plumbing. My outdoor faucet had been leaking a drip, but after using it midweek the drip became a leak that needed attention ASAP. Bryan from Good Tidings assessed the issue and in no time he changed the faucet installing a better and newer one. As luck would have it, our heat broke New Years weekend. They were extremely accommodating and Adam came out same day (Saturday), diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave us several options for repair. He was extremely professional and informative. To no fault of their own, we had to wait until yesterday (Tuesday), when the supply store would resume business hours to get our custom part needed. Adam supplied us with multiple space heaters to keep us warm for the weekend. First thing yesterday morning, as promised, we received a phone call that they were in route to fix our heat! Francis came to install it, was extremely polite and quick at replacing the part. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

Today, jan 19, 2019, two gentleman from good tidings came to replace bathroom facet and shut off valves. Let me start by saying the service was great from time i called for service in the morning. They understood my problem that the water would not turn off and shut off valves were stuck!! They were at my house within one hour and both gentleman were very professional. They worked with me with what i could afford and did an awsome job!! I dont remember their names but they were great and very polite.
