I accidentally dropped the plastic toilet paper holder into the toilet while it was flushing. I called several plumbers in my area. Steve answered the phone and said he would be at my home at 9:30AM the following morning....He advised me not to flush the toilet. Steve arrived at 9:30 sharp and solved my problem. He is a knowledgable plumber with an excellent attitude. Great combo! I highly recommend!

Steve did an amazing job installing new water heater the way it was supposed be. Where as prior mechanic didn’t take the time and sought an easier way. Highly recommend top notch all the way around.

A few years ago the hot water heater went in my rental property and on it was a sticker from the company that installed it some 25 years earlier. So just for fun I called it and Steve answered and I asked if he installed this over 25 years ago, he said he I didnt but my father may have.(What are the chances?)The next day the new one was in and the old one was out he pulled the permits for it and everything. And naturally it passed. Ive used him on my own residence and rental properties on everything from installing and repiping vanities, replacing radiator and repairing and swapping out steam radiators. His work is always fast , well done and reasonably priced. I know if something went wrong hed be here right away to correct it.And hes just a good guy.no gouging.

Steve was responsive, professional and quick both times I’ve had to call him in plumbing related emergencies (removing a hot water heater after it leaked all over our floor and replacing it with a new one and another time when our line was clogged causing more flooding in our basement🥴). He was able to diagnose and solve both issues. He’s pleasant, professional, cleans up after himself and overall it was a great experience!

We had a leaky shower valve and have had several different companies out over the last year to look at fixing it. They either said they couldn’t fix it or we never heard from them again. When Steve arrived and we told him what was going on he took it as a challenge to fix it. He was friendly, courteous, and he succeeded when no one else could by fixing the valve!

Steve was one of the most responsive contractors I have ever worked with. My wife and I recently moved into a new house in Clark, NJ, we started experiencing water coming up from the downstairs drain. When I called Steve he was unable to come over right away but referred me to a friend of his to schedule the next day. To my surprise later in the the night Steve called my cell phone to say he was going to stop by and try to figure it out. He not only did a full inspection of the system, he also recommended that work not be done because he saw nothing wrong. Steve is honest, professional, and top level for home service. He will be our go to plumber for as long as we live in Clark going forward. Highly recommended.
