    I had a scheduling conflict with a paving contractor, so they rescheduled me 2 days early by adding me on to the end of the workday. Very professional service and inspection with great explanation of condition of tank, lid, and filter, without any upselling! Good pricing for great service. I will have them back out in 5 years.

    Get communication all around. Weather can be a real factor when scheduling a septic tank pump and inspection. Brittany was very communicative during any delays. The two guys that came to pump out my 1000 gallon tank and inspection were great. Both very knowledgeable about the systems and did a very thorough job. No cutting corners in such a not so pleasant environment. I need a repair as well. They did not come across as sales people and just gave the facts associated with risk. The industry that I am in is related to home buying and selling. This is the first time that I have used this company. I will certainly recommend Montgomery Sanitation to folks buying and selling homes and for there routine pumping and inspections.

    We had our septic tank pumped on 7/15/20. It had not been pumped for 13 years; so I knew it was going to be terrible. It was! However, the Montgomery Sanitation crew showed up, worked hard, had a great attitude and was extremely courteous. Thank you so much for a job well done!

    We recently bought our first house and immediately had plumbing issues. Montgomery Sanitation was quick to send someone out to try to locate the issue and offer an estimate even though we called only 2 days before Christmas! The workers were professional, efficient and super polite. Would definitely recommend!

    Cody and Joseph arrived exactly when I was told they would come. They were friendly, quick and very competent. Everything was checked,which included getting into the tank for the leech field lines, and they recommended a schedule frequency for their service to minimize any problems in the future. They also recommended some remedies for an intermittent problem we encounter. Great value and experience. I highly recommend Montgomery Sanitation.

    We had a pipe break in our sewer line. I called Montgomery Sanitation and received an immediate response. All of the employees were very friendly and professional. They had my problem fixed in a matter of hours. I highly recommend them.

    I called Tuesday evening and spoke with Sandra, who graciously answered all my questions and broke down the cost of everything for me. Today is Thursday the day we arranged for the appointment, Sandra called to give me a heads up the guys were loading up and they would be enroute shortly. They arrived approximately 15 minutes after she called. Jonathan arrived first with the truck, he was excellent literally walked me through everything. Two more guys arrived with the backhoe, Tyler and Joe, they worked for about two hours straight before having me check to make sure everything was working properly before they left. I definitely recommend Montgomery Sanitation- they will be our go to in the future!

    Staff is amazing! Sandra was so helpful, friendly and accommodating on the phone. When requesting that our septic tank be pumped out, she arranged for service to our home within three days. The two young men who came to the house were obviously experienced, and both were friendly and courteous. The price of $345 for a large tank was reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services, and will use them in the future.

    We have been enjoying the services of Montgomery Sanitation over the past couple of years. This visit was to examine and evaluate a leak in the Septic System lines. Travis and his assistant were on time, professional, and made it a point to keep us informed of their findings. It was recommended to us, based on their evaluation, to contact, and begin the process to have a Soil and Environmental company do an consultation with us to determine the necessary steps to have additional Drain Lines installed on the existing Reserve in the drain field. Once that is done, we plan on contracting Montgomery Sanitation to do whatever level of upgrades we require. Highly recommend Montgomery Sanitation for anyone needing services for Pumping & Cleaning Septic Tanks, or related Septic System Evaluation.
