My septic tank backed up on a Saturday night, I called and left a message asking to have my tank pumped. They called me back first thing Sunday morning and offered to come pump it on Sunday, I opted to wait until Monday to save a little money, and they showed up first thing Monday morning to pump the tank along with setting me up with the proper contractor to fix my Septic issues.

First time with a septic system, had an issue and called Valley Septic Services. Very friendly and helpful. They came and resolved the issue for a very reasonable price and within an hour or 2 of calling.Also gave alot of good advice for keeping the system working well. Ill never use anyone else.

It was our first time getting pumped and inspected at our “new to us” house! In my search to find a company, Valley Septic Services immediately stood out as a military family! They told us it might be a couple of weeks before we could be done but they were there in TWO days.Joanna was so kind to work with and even took care of the paperwork to submit to the county! She knew exactly what I needed which was so wonderful because I was absolutely clueless.Once we were serviced it was brought to our attention that we weren’t up to code and instead of leaving it up to us novices to fix it, they came back a few hours later and fixed us right up! They were so knowledgeable and respectful - we will definitely be utilizing them with our future septic needs.

We have used Valley Septic for almost 25 years . They are always prompt in servicing our septic system but they go well beyond that. We have gotten many pointers over the years and have been educated on how the system works and things to try out if we are having issues. Very professional and good people.
