    Professional, good customer service=thanks Kaleb. Dave was great to work with. Super happy with the service, friendliness, expertise and time of completing our bucket list of needs. Despite the small crawl space of having to get in and out of, Dave still had a great attitude. Very happy with the outcome of replacing most of our ancient plumbing. And the price was very reasonable.

    Jake came out to address our laundry list of plumbing repair and replacement tasks. He worked diligently over 9 hours to complete each item requested and did so with excellent quality. He was kind and considerate while interacting and very well mannered. I will be calling them for all future plumbing needs from now forward. Highly recommended.

    Jake came to our home to inspect and correct code violations our contractor had created when installing plumbing. He was respectful and we could tell worked very hard to make our nightmare better!     I have a tiny house on wheels and needed some plumbing done. Every plumbing company that I called did not do this type of work. Prusinski came through for me! Jake, my plumbing technician, did a fantastic job. He understood exactly what I needed and did the job in a very timely manner. I am extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    Called for a leaky pipe, I was a little reluctant not knowing what it would cost upfront. Jake came out, he fixed the leak and was able to reroute some plumbing lines at a huge fraction of what a big name company quoted us. He also changed our water filter and noticed a pressure meter was not functioning (something that other plumbers and the inspector failed to notice). I would say he went above and beyond, and it was much appreciated. Very professional and courteous, would highly recommend and would definitely call again, if the needed.

    I had two sink drains backing up into a tub drain before the main line out of the house. I called and the owner made me feel like a priority and was professional and courteous. I had technician Jake come to tackle the job. He was timely, efficient, polite, professional and I enjoyed working with him. His knowledge and experience reflects in his work. Good company and great employees. Highly recommended.

    Great service but it was pricey. Over $500 just in parts (pex, and some fittings) and labor to install a water heater. Oh and removal was a small fee included in that. I think that was $20 or $40. Otherwise I had a great experience.

    Prusinski plumbing did a great job for me on 7-18-23. The installation of the toilet service is next day, the installation is fast and no back-and-forth work but straight from A to Z. Cleaning is complete, no trash behind. I would really recommend Prusinski Plumbing to any one who needs this service.

    Our kitchen sink pipes sprung a leak, 11/21/2022…four days before the house was filled with 18 of us for Thanksgiving festivities! I googled ‘Plumbers Near Me’ and started reading reviews, which led me to Prusinski Plumbing.Caleb answered my call, juggled their schedules a bit and fit us in between jobs, the following day. The plumber, Jake, was a professional from the start. He identified the source of the leak, which was between two walls (why wouldn’t it be?), abandoned the culprit and ran a new drainpipe. The new pipe is easy to access, should we have leaks in the future.I recommend Prusinkski Plumbing for their flexibility and resourcefulness. They were also affordable, friendly and swift!Thank you, Caleb and Jake, for your outstanding service (and for saving me from washing Thanksgiving dishes in my bathtub!!)

    I literally cannot say enough about this company. They were great. They were very responsive and followed up even the evening before and they were able to rearrange their schedule so they could come out and switch out our hot water heater. Much more reasonable in pricing than some of the other companies quotes that I called. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again if we ever need more plumbing done.

    I am extremely happy with the quick response time, professionalism, and knowledge! In less than 16 hours from my initial call, Jake was at my home fixing a sewer pipe issue, replacing a new utility sink kit, and fixing all the laundry piping. He was very courteous and took the time for me to understand all that he was doing! I will definitely recommend Prusinski Plumbing to family & friends!

    We have been using them since 1952 when I was a little child the grandfather bailed me out of trouble so I have used them all my life. They are good, responsiveand reasonable... The grandfather only charged my parents, $5.00 for my mistake...saving my life.I know it was 1952...but he had heart.

    My water heater was leaking out the bottom, likely corroded out after nearly 18 years of service. Could have been a disaster, or not, wont know, because I started calling local plumbers, most of which just said tough luck, were too busy. Prusinskis Plumbing went out of their way to get someone to my house the next morning and get it installed. Was very pleased with the quick responsiveness and professionalism of the installer. Everything went smoothly and they took all the garbage and the old water heater off my hands to dispose of. A+ job!

    Joe did a fantastic job setting up our basement bathroom. He was thorough and professional. In addition, he cleaned up some of the sloppy plumbing that the home builder did 35 years ago. Great service!

    Were expecting our baby any day and had no water to the entire house! We couldnt get any other plumbers in the area to even entertain coming out to help for a week or more. Prusinskis came out on a Saturday morning and the guy was kind and upbeat the entire time despite it being his day off! Great experience.
