    Safeway electric was great from start to finish. Glenn is a very conscientious, honest owner who is motivated to make happy clients! He has been in business a long time and knows his stuff! The office staff and the other workers were also knowledgeable and helpful. Communication is quick and responsive. Any follow up needs were addressed timely. I would highly recommend this company!!

    I went looking for an Electrician online because I was told by the installer of my HVAC that I had an electrical issue for one of my A/C units. I called Safe-Way Electric this Morning 7/1/2024@ 7:15 a.m because I saw all the great 5 stars reviews, the reviews did not lie! Glen answered my initial call. I received a call after 8:00 a.m from Nicole to inform me of the time Glen would arrive to my home. She kept me posted on the time he would arrive and even called me when Glen was in front of my home!🤩 When I met Glen I just loved his demeanor! He smelled nice too!☺️ He checked the breaker box and even had me hold the tool he used to see the voltage on each breaker! He explained to me how much each breaker should read, and sure enough he found one not reading correctly. He checked both individual fuse boxes for each fuse on my A/C units to make sure the amperage was good. All checked out fine and Glen gave me my estimate with a discount of 15%! Glen changed out the breaker and now my home is nicely cooled from todays heat. I also had a question about a smoke detector that would beep all the time in one of the bedrooms. With a new battery, it still gave me issues. Glen checked the wiring of the smoke detector for me and reinstalled the battery, put it back in place and it stopped beeping! 🥳 One thing I can say is that I now have my first new Electrician that I will be calling for all my electrical needs! Glen is the BEST! THANKS AGAIN GLEN! 🤗

    I had the pleasure of working with Enrique Lopez. He did an amazing job with swapping out my power outlets and reassured me that all my electrical was safe. It was also very quick but he made sure to double and even triple check that everything was done properly and correctly.

    I have a 74-year-old house. One day the electricity went out in a portion of the house. I usually try to fix things myself, however after a couple of attempts, I understood this was beyond my area of expertise. I went on YELP and reviewed highly rated electricians in the area. Safe-Way Electric was one of these highly rated companies so I contacted them. I met with both Albert and Glenn on separate days. Glenn is great at explaining what the problems were in laymen’s terms. He even brought examples of burned out plug outlets and switches and explained how these things happened. We felt very confident that we picked the right company when choosing Safe-Way Electric. Safe-Way Electric pulled the permit from the city, and began the work. Albert was the main electrician on the job, and had another electrician assist for some of the time. The work took about 7-8 days to complete, however there was a lot to do. Albert ensured that the electricity was back on at the end of each workday. Albert found some bare wiring issues that could have caused a fire in our attic, and under the house. He corrected these expertly. He also found a ground wire duct taped to a plumbing pipe. He corrected that too. When the work was completed, the city inspector came out, reviewed the work and signed off as complete. We were very happy with the work that was completed, and feel much safer now. If you need an electrician to perform work at your home, I would recommend Safe-Way Electric. These guys really know what they are doing.

    Glenn and his team are amazing! I highly recommend. Quality work and very professional!About a year ago (April 2023) we had all of of our outlets and switches replaced/upgraded. Fastword about a year, and we had a issue on of the walls in our kitchen where nothing worked. We called them up and they were able to squeeze us in what I am sure was very busy day! Glenn was here in about an hour or so after we called and resolved our issue! Thank you Glenn!

    I had to get some GFI’s tested and replaced before selling my home.I researched some businesses and found Glen who was quick to respond to my call. He arrived the next morning and explained every GFI to be replaced as well as a couple of sockets too. He tested each one and explained in detail the work that had to be done. He also did a thorough video explaining to his tech Randy what had to be done. Randy arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He took his time and inspected and explained all his work.     Safeway Electrical is an honest company with fair prices. Glen came to our home within an hour of us calling for a burnt electrical breaker for our AC!! It was a dangerous fire hazard the way it was , and Safeway Electrical took our call seriously & sent Glen so fast! I was amazed at how fast & responsive they were to our call, considering many other places we called we’re not.Safeway Electric is a five star professional company. Our AC had not been working for several days in the middle of a June Heat Wave. Turns out that Safeway Electrical was able to replace the burnt electrical breaker within the hour and now our AC is working completely fine! The owner came personally and he does not hide the ball when it comes to us asking questions or him showing his work. He even made my little guy (9) apprentice for the tasks today.     Safeway employee, Dan M . replaced all my electrical plugs and switches, installed a new plug, adding a breaker for garage refrigerator. All done professionally. Cleaned up after his work each day. Was always on time. Very pleasant personality. I have had owner Glenn replace a GFI in my kitchen first and was so impressed with his knowledge , I called his company back to do the plugs and switches and other GFI’s in my house.

    At the beginning of August 2021 panel started to smell like fire. So we called multiple electric companies to see who can come out ASAP. Glen came out to look at the panel actually show my mom and me where the problems were and how the panel was too small for the 4 bedroom house he answered all our questions and concerns advising us that it was a fire hazard. Glen replace the filler plate now my mom states the breaker doesnt go off anymore and that her AC works much better. This company was a lifesaver for two reasons they didnt take advantage of my elderly mother like the previous Electrical Company (two years ago we paid for a brand new panel the company did not give us what we paid for). Im a real estate agent and if I have to recommend an electric company Glenn you are my guy Im spreading the word about your company because your companys honest and you help people thank you so much for making my familys safety a priority by installing the brand new panel and you guys made us fit in your schedule. They are consistent the phone representative is friendly and caring . The electrician is professional he shows up on time and always cleans up behind himself.     I had a problem with flickering lights in my kitchen. I called safeway electric and they got someone there right away. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a reasonable quote and explained the issue. I agreed to it and the problem was fixed on the spot! I appreciate the prompt attention and honesty, and the fact that they were able to fix my problem without breaking the bank. Would definitely call them again if i have another issue

    Called Safe Way electric to have some work done at my house. Electrician called me back and said he was very busy but could have another electrician come out. I wasn’t in a hurry so I said I would wait for him. He said he’d call me In a couple of days to schedule a date and time. I waited a month and then contacted him. He said he’d been very busy and forgot about me. He finally came over and did the work I requested. I paid him with a check. The following week he came over and told me his work truck had been stolen and the check I gave him was in the truck when it was stolen and he requested a second check. After putting a stop payment on the original check. I gave him a replacement. I wouldn’t say the whole experience went smoothly but he did do good work.
