    I have used Cains Able Plumbing for years. They have always been prompt, courteous and efficient. My parents recommended them and now I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. The most recent time, scheduling service was quick and easy. The techs came in, performed their service and the price was pretty good.

    These guys were amazing! After reaching out to 6 plumbers, they were the 1 of 2 who actually responded and quickly! They talked through everything and answered all of my questions. They were polite, kind, professional and all around outstanding. They are saved in our contacts as the only plumber we will call in the future. Even the day of job was amazing. They showed up on time, under budget, and did exactly what they said they would and even faster than they thought. I cannot recommend them enough! If youā€™re in need of a plumber, donā€™t hesitate to call these guys!

    We were having a kitchen sink back up disaster and Cainā€™s Able plumbing came to the rescue! They were very accommodating with time and came within 24 hours of my calling.     I just had Cains Able do some replacements that were necessary on my older home and add serviceability for me in the future.I received their information from a neighbor who had used them a few times and was very pleased. Everything he said about Cains Able was exactly my experience. They picked up the phone, scheduled, called with updates and arrived in the time frame they said they would. Reasonably priced and left no trace of their work behind.It doesnt get much better than that and will certainly be using them again when theres a plumbing project outside of the DIY scope.     I couldnā€™t be happier with the response I got from Cainā€™s Able plumbing. My water heater was leaking and I discovered that on Saturday called and left a voice message Monday morning. They called me and scheduled to come that day. Quoted a price and charge that price they couldnā€™t have beenmore polite. They take great pride in their work and I have used them multiple times and always suggest to others that they use this company. I am grateful for their quick response and the quality of work I received.

    I had a stripped water valve on a Saturday night with a house full of dinner guests. The cold water could not be turned off. I left a message on their emergency phone and got a call back within an hour. Lloyd Jr. showed up, fixed the issue before we had dessert! They are the best!! Emergency or no emergency!!

    These guys were awesome. Honest and highly skilled in their craft. They came out to me day of when I found water in my crawl space.     Cainā€™s Able Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a whole house filtration system in my crawl space. I donā€™t know how they were able to work in such cramped quarters. They also unclogged my faucet, fixed a leak under the sink, and fixed an issue with the toilet. I found out the filters on the new washing machines are very sensitive to sediment from well water. They were quick and responsive to help me resolve this issue. I had to get this issue fixed before the washer was repaired in a few days due to a sediment issue..I appreciate their responsiveness. Another great job Cainā€™s Able Plumbing!

    Called to schedule an appointment due to the toilets backing up having some issues because it is an old house, we werenā€™t sure they would be able to get us in so we did schedule an for the next day. However, they did call 45 minutes later, to tell us that they were headed our way. Did a great job, took their and I can say it did not hurt my wallet. They will definitely be out go to from now on!

    Cains Able plumbing staff was awesome from the first call I made to them two days before Thanksgiving. I had no water in my kitchen due to a bad leak.     Woke up to my hot water heater flooding my closet. I googled local plumbers vs big name chains and found Cains. Called them at 8:30am and a short while later received a text from them asking for info about the bad water heater. Sent them the requested photos of the set-up and the manufacturers information label and answered questions about where the water was coming from, etc. Within an hour, they sent two gentlemen, Lloyd and Travis, out and they arrived with the new water heater, drip pan, etc., and were ready to go. It only took them an hour and a half to get the old one out, install the new one, and clean up. The quote they gave us over the phone was spot on to the average replacement cost per Google. The guys were professional and super courteous. Ill be calling Cains from now on for any plumbing issues that come up. I couldnt be happier.

    Very reliable. My sink was clogged and my bathtub pipe was broke and leaking and the fixed it and made it look easy. I had hired another plumbing company that came out before and couldnā€™t get my sink to drain but C&A Plumbing got it fixed.     Wow, how do I even begin. Ive never had such a great experience from any service / repair company Ive ever dealt with. Cains Able Plumbing is the epitome of how service people should act and perform when they come to your home. We had a complete re-piping of our home done. The crew arrived when they were scheduled. Every one of the 4 person crew was polite and courteous. The part of the work that was done inside was done quickly and with as little disruption as possible. Each person that worked indoors made it a point to stop and let my dogs get to know them a little so the dogs felt more at ease with strangers in the house. They answered all of my questions in terms that I understood. When they were finished they cleaned everything up to the point that you would never know they were even there. The price for such a major job was VERY reasonable and even came in at the low end of the estimate. I highly recommend Cains Able Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done. They are a class act and I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need anything plumbing related.

    We have used Canes Able plumbing a couple different times and have ALWAYS been pleased with their service!! They are always prompt , thorough, and kind. They explained every step of what they were doing and why. I also appreciated that they did not leave a mess behind and cleaned up after their selves. The last time we had them out for a septic tank line clog I actually had another small issue with something that had fallen in the bathroom sink and was causing the sink to back up. I mentioned it to them and they were more than happy to look at that also before leaving. Their pricing is very fair and they have never tried to add on anything more than needed. We were scared that we would be paying a large plumbing bill but were VERY happy with the bill!!!Recently we had a plumbing issue and I left a message for them late in the evening and they returned my call the first thing the next morning. They also worked hard to get to us asap. I have NO PROBLEM AT ALL with them and have told anyone that needs a plumber to call them FIRST!!

    I went looking for best plumbers in our area and first thing I noticed was the amazingly clever name :) then the reviews were amazing! I mean glowing.     This team came in and repaired a really poorly done service job by another company. Improper installation of a toilet ring had left me smelling sewage for over a month. I was ready to move!     I was very happy with Cainā€™s. They came highly recommended. The drain in my basement was backing up due to the line being clogged. I called Cainā€™s and explained the situation. I spoke to Courtney and she was very polite and helpful. They came out the same day. They sent JT to my house. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I could not find where exactly where the drain was. He was able to locate it by how the ground slipped and it was where he thought it was was. He cleaned where the drain was and the water came pouring out. I was of course very happy. And even happier with the price, which I thought was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again if I have any other issues.

    I contacted Cainā€™s on their website to unclog our kitchen sink. They contacted me back promptly and was able to get me in the next day. The following day they called to notify me that the technician was on the way. The technician was at my house for about thirty minutes and was able to unclog the drain.     Excellent Plumber. We hired them because we needed some faucets switched out in our bathrooms. Our neighborhood has a Facebook page that said any one looking for a reasonably priced plumber should check them out (one of the homeowners had this on the feed). We decided to call and they did not disappoint. Their guys were professional, fast and their pricing is very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend them.     I was shopping for faucets for my bathroom at a home improvement store as my bathroom faucet had begun leaking. I also had been unable to use my hot water for my washing machine for some time, due to a leak of some sort when the hot water was turned on. I did not have a plumber in mind at the time, but needed to get supplies ready for when I came across one that I wished to hire. Two gentlemen came into the aisle behind me to pick up supplies. My prayers were answered when I saw in part the word plumber on their T-shirts. They answered my questions and even gave me other helpful info. After receiving their companys contact card, I gave them a call. I was happy to have found out that they were a family business which was what I was looking for. They were quick to schedule me and knew what the issue was regarding my hot water leak. I was very satisfied with this plumbing company and also found their pricing to be reasonable.     I highly recommend Cainā€™s Able Plumbing. The receptionist was courteous and made the appointment at my convenience. The technician was highly knowledgeable and skillful. I explained the problem I was having with two bathrooms and he knew immediately the resolution to the problems. The job was completed in a timely manner and left no mess for me to clean.     Its been a couple months since I used Cain to cap off a meter. I was tired of paying an annual fee for backflow testing when I never used the sprinkler system on my house. I called around to a few places, several never got back to me, so luckily I gave Cains a call. They were able to give me an upfront cost and time. They completed the job promptly and upon completion I told the plumber about an issue I was having with the hose shut off valve on the back of my house. I thought he would want to schedule another time but instead he offered to do it right then and just charge for parts. He made quick work of the issue and I was very grateful. I own several properties and issues are bound to happen. While I try to do as much myself, I still need reliable experts. Finding such people/companies is becoming a rare thing. Im glad I can rely on Cains going forward and Ive already recommended several people in their direction. I rarely write reviews but this one was well deserved.

    Cains plumbing is a very reputable and helpful company. They were so good in providing same day service to replace a hot water heater in December and replace her toilet just yesterday (3/7/2019).     I needed help installing a laundry room sink and faucet. I had rough in done by builder but when I went to set it up I realized I needed some help. I had 2 places recommended to me with Cain being one and told they were reasonable. I got quote over phone. Two guys showed up, came in house took a look at what was needed and got busy and was done in less than 45 minutes. They cleaned up and were gone. Great job and I definitely would recommend them and will use again in future

    I did a lot of searching, checking out small to large business, inquiring about their expertise and prices. Disappointed with the big box names and a lot of independent businesses had only so and so performance record. Came across Cains Able and wondered why they had only a few great reviews and no complaints, not counting Jerry King. Who just should get over it! So... after talking with Crissie, I check a few others, called her back and set up an appointment.I was not disappointed. Customers should take time to give these guys a positive review.Outstanding crew! First one recognizes the crew is top notch and has a great sense of humor and they enjoy dogs, which to me is a plus.     I was very impressed with the attention to detail, quality, consideration of my unique needs and budget. I needed an ADA bathroom and Mr. Cain went above and beyond to research and advise me of all my options and code regulations. They were so courteous, flexible in scheduling and cleaned up some of my other construction mess while they were cleaning up their end of day work! They worked with our ceiling installer to make sure vents fit right and he wouldnā€™t have to adjust the ceiling.     These people are fantastic! Some general contractor people messed up my washing machine shut offs, so I could not use the washer because of water leaking so much. I called this company, expecting it to be a week before someone could get here, they came out the very same day. Christy at the office called me back shortly after I left a message this morning and said they would get me in as soon as they finished the job they were on. She is very nice, friendly and professional. She called me again to let me know they were on their way. Within an hour of arriving with supplies, they replaced the supply lines, drain and put in a box with new cutoffs to bring everything up to code without having to cut a hole in my walls. Lloyd and JC did a great job and were friendly, professional and polite. They cleaned up so there was no clean up for me to do behind them. There price was very reasonable, and much cheaper than the larger companies charge. I told them they have all my business now.

    I needed a small job done, and called Cains after they were recommended by a neighbor. The phone was answered by a nice lady (Thats correct I didnt have to leave a message that would not been answered), and we set a date, and time for the repair.     Cains came to our rescue. Over the holidays we had the trifecta. Our furnace went out, the water line in the front yard broke. and the big name company I called to fix it, cut my cable. The big name company charged me $2,600 , didnt fix the leak, and left us without water for 5 days. I did some research and contacted Cains. They were super friendly, recommended we call leak squad and then fixed the leak for way less than the big name company. I now have my plumber and will never use the big name company again.     I called because I had a plumbing problem at my business. They instructed me to first call the city to inquire if the issues were on the citys side. I called the city and the issue was not on their side. I thought they could have came out and charged me without giving this information. That is called Integrity. They did what was right. When they came and fixed the issue they were professionals that provided efficient quality service. I am totally impressed with the true character of their business and will call on them anytime I have plumbing needs. I would give ten stars on a scale of 1 to 5 if I could.     I am remodling my kitchen and when it came time to prepare the sink area I needed some help. I had an old double bowl sink, filter system and dishwasher hooked together and the water for the fridge was in a different location.What they accomplished for me was cutting out the old plumbing and created 2 stacks with new cut off vavles and connections for the fridge and dishwasher. They even installed a new water line to the dishwasher so when it comes time to buy a new one it will hook up with no problem. So all the connections were there and all I needed to do was attach my new faucet and drain. Easy, thanks to them.Also a note, an unexpected thing happened that my water cut off valve had rusted and did not work. They crawled under the house and replaced it also.They were friendly, knowledgable and kept the work place very clean plus took away the old stuff. The price was unbeatable in my eyes for what they did and the time they spent.Thank You! They will be the ones I call from now on.

    I am totally impressed with the level of service at Cains. Chrissy did a great job of squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon for a water leak on my expansion tank that had leaked water down the walls. The men, Lloyd and Cody, did a fantastic job on the repair and also relocated my expansion tank from the attic to the garage so that the next time it happens, it wont be a disaster leaking through the walls. The repair cost was very reasonable and the work looked great and professional. I also asked for a quote to replace 2 conventional water heaters, again, in the attic, to an outdoor Rinnai tankless water heater. Lloyd fully explained the pros and cons, as well as other areas of concern, ( the builder undersized the gas line into the house ) and came up with a great solution. Again, I am fully satisfied and will tell my friends and neighbors about the type of people at Cains. The Bible says to give honor to whom honor is due, so there you go.

    So a little back story, Iā€™m a first time homeowner with absolutely no experience when it comes to things that may go wrong within a home. Early Friday morning I had an alarm go off, alarming me that my sewage pump had stop pumping. After some research and great reviews about Cainā€™s plumping I chose them. Lloyd Cain was absolutely Awesome, he fixed the problem and gave me back story about how to prevent further problems in the future. He also gave me information in case I want to do an update in the future. As well as my sewage pump he got my garbage disposal to work that was never hooked up. Did I mention this is a 1yr old home.     I had a plumbing water line issue under my drive way and called another plumbing company referred by a friend. They told me I didnt have a leak even thought I knew I did. That plumber cost me $40 just to show up. I called Cain plumbing for a second opinion and found, online they had great reviews. Once they arrived they started digging and found a leak under my driveway like I thought I had. They checked all toilets and sinks in the house as well for leaks. After the diagnosis of my driveway leak, they scheduled another team to come out and fix the problem that was more in depth than could be done at that time. I do think the time frame for the second team to come out and fix my problem to be a little long but was worth it. The second team came out and jumped right in digging by hand. They found other wires that were barried and worked around what they had to. It didnt take long for them to fix my water line issue. They patched up the grass area and thanked me for calling them. They also gave a heads up for some other issues I may have in the future and I will be calling them again, if or when I have those issues.

    These are really nice folks. The guys who came out were friendly and really went out of their way for us. We asked them to check for leaks under the house and also if they would look for any sign of mold, HVAC leaks or other problems. They did all that in addition to repairing the leaky bathtub faucet.     I have used CAP several different times. The 1st was to install new hose bibs and water hydrant, the 2nd was to connect to city water. Both experiences were great and they answered all of my questions. No one works for free but there pricing is fair for everyone!
