I called Ark around 6:00 pm on a Monday night and the next day they were at our home by noon. They repaired our hot water heater and the price was very reasonable. Amazing customer service. AAAAAA+++++

Ark was recommended by someone I know who manages rental properties; because he has used so many local service businesses, he always knows who is knowledgeable and affordable. They were able to come out promptly, immediately identified what the problem was, and fixed it quickly. The plumber was polite, wore a mask while in my home, etc., and was very personable. I hope to not need their services anytime soon, but will absolutely call Ark when I do need a plumbing service again.

My wife and I bought a new Whirlpool dishwasher including delivery from Lowes. Lowes told us they could not provide an install date because all of their installers had 48 hours to get back to the customer when agreeing to a dishwasher install date. So we called ARK Plumbing. Spoke to Donald and he said they could come out to install it the next working day and that he would be able to come close to matching Lowes install price (plus haul away the old one). The install went just as scheduled and the final price was 25% lower than the price quoted to us by Lowes. This is the second time we have used ARK Plumbing and we were once again very pleased with their work and prices.Needed a shutoff valve replaced to connect the water line to our new refrigerator and also needed a leaking Delta kitchen faucet fixed. Called Ark Plumbing and spoke to Donald (III) we agreed on a price and the job was scheduled for the next work day. We could not be more pleased. Definitely would call on Ark plumbing again and would recommend them to others in need of a plumber.

Very professional and very straightforward. They let me know about every unforeseen issue before proceeding with repairs. They went the extra steps to make sure everything was in good shape. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody/everybody.

I have an older home that still has some cast iron plumbing and have occasional problems with roots that cause back ups. I called a LOT of plumbers and chose Ark Plumbing to come out and boy am I glad I did. They are a family owned business and the woman who answered the phone to schedule service was very friendly and helpful. The two gentlemen that came out were very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I was impressed at how thorough they were and were very helpful regarding my city cleanout and troubleshooting steps I can take in the event I have root issues again in the future. I felt they were very honest and their pricing was very fair and reasonable. I will definitely be calling them back in the event I have plumbing issues in the future.
