When first calling Daniel it automatically deleted different than speaking to like 30 other companies on the area. He was more than ready to help and his bid was an extremely better deal than any other company I had but a bid in. The job was completed fast and beautifully. When we met Daniel in person my parents liked him automatically and could tell we were in good hands. By the end of the job I felt I had made a friend and a priceless connection. Like finding an actually good mechanic 😂😂. Highly recommended!(The pictures are of the new unit and the old unit being taken down)

If I could give 6 stars I would. Our air conditioner died during the hottest week weve had this summer. In desperation I called several local companies and Daniel was the first to respond and come by the house to assess our needs. After agreeing on a heat pump unit for our house, because he couldnt get to us right away, loaned us a portable air conditioning unit, to make life a little more tolerable while we waited for the install. He was so concerned for us he even offered us a second portable AC unit to use, but we just went with the one. Who does that these days. His commitment and care for his customers should be applauded. I have never me someone so friendly and accommodating that I felt I was dealing with a friend. I cannot recommend Connect Energy enough for their excellent service!

Daniel and his team are fantastic! We had a whole central air system put in by their company. They were quick to arrive, prompt on questions that came up with the project, and the staff was professional and positive.Additionally, Daniel pointed out that there was a way for his team too come in under the quoted price. He pointed that out and passed that on to us directly. Their integrity is very rare to find today with most businesses. Without hesitation, we will be using their company again for any HVAC needs that come up for us.

We appreciated the careful consideration that was given to our needs and to provide us with a system that would be the most efficient and economical with regard to our PG&E bills. Recently had the A/C compressor go out on the condenser unit outside during several weeks of triple-digit heat waves (Aug-Sept 2022). The house couldnt cool down past 90F until after 10p, it just couldnt keep up with the heat of the day and it was awful. It would cool in the late evenings and mornings when the sun was down, but by 11am each morning, the indoor temp would rise and get away from the set temperature on the thermostat while the A/C was just running and blowing warm air, causing a massive increase in electricity usage and costing hundreds of extra dollars on the utility bill.After two miserable weeks of the original installer dodging our calls (the unit was still under mfg warranty), we called Connect Energy (CEM) and Dave promptly came out to assess the system the following day. He was very thorough, took multiple temperature and electrical readings, popped the panels on the indoor and outdoor portions of the HVAC unit and quickly determined that the compressor unit was not functioning correctly and needed to be replaced as it was leaking refrigerant and not pushing enough cold air to keep the indoor temp stable. Unfortunately, the warranty replacement was 6 weeks out and that was just not a timeline we could wait on.Fortunately, Daniel, Daves son (it is a family business), informed us that they had a replacement condenser unit for our system and worked with us to get it out the day after Daves assessment. One of CEMs installers Rob, as did Daniel (despite being the front of office manager) showed up the next morning at 7:30am and had the new unit installed within hours, getting our A/C back up and running by 10:30/11:00a.Honestly, after weeks of muggy, hot 90 F indoors and searingly hot outdoor weather, I wasnt in the best mood. When you dont have relief from the heat, it just saps your mood and energy and I was at the end of my rope. Daniel was completely understanding and stayed in close communication the entire time about the parts situation and when they could come out. They were punctual and professional. Their pricing was on point and the entire process was painless. I will only be using Connect Energy for my HVAC needs and I would highly recommend their service.On a final note, they arent the biggest outfit in the area and I honestly think that thats probably a strength and why they take such good care of their customers. You can tell they care and wanted to solve our issue correctly as quickly as possible. When your A/C is out during a 110F+ heatwave, that is exactly what you want. Thanks again Dave, Daniel and Rob! You guys were great!

I recently had another duct added to a room in my home with inadequate air flow. Not only was Connect Energy great at taking the time to explain the options I had, but they were fantastic at going through the pros and cons of each. When it came time to perform the work, they were very communicative, professional, and prompt through the entire process. On top of it, Daniel and David were so kind with my curious daughter and went out of their way to answer her many questions and make her feel included. By far my best experience when it has come to air services! Our air went out during the first heat wave, I called and they were out the next day. Daniel was knowledgeable and honest. He gave his honest opinions on what he would do for his own family and I never felt like it was for his gain, rather he truly wanted to do give us what was best for our situation. We ended up needing a new unit and they took care of us. I will forever give CEM my business. Very personable and reliable.

In 2021, CEM installed a large standby generator and buried propane tank on our Butte Valley property. They were always polite, knowledgeable, communicative, and generous with their ideas and help. They organized all the various contractor’s we needed to do the install (gravel, backhoe, new tank etc) and they continue to be a resource for our questions as they come up. They will also be doing our regular maintenance.

I recommend CEM to everyone I know; they were so quick to respond when my AC broke on a 100 degree day, even though I’m sure they were inundated with plenty of other frantic phone calls. They came out to my home and spent adequate time thoroughly diagnosing the issue before repairing the HVAC; even though they spent a good amount of time on diag, I ended up saving money in the end because their rates are affordable and they fixed the actual issue, rather than just putting a bandaid over a symptom of the bigger problem. Will 100% be returning as a customer for routine maintenance and any other repair work.

So i met Daniel the owner at a pool supply place and we talked for a few minutes he later called me to help him with the chemistry on his pool we got that ironed out and i went on my way the next day we are moving into our new house and the a/c does not seem to b blowing cold air so it’s Saturday morning who can i call and bam it hits me call Daniel he answers says yah i have a few errands to run and i b over an hr or so later he stops by does a few trouble shootings and wa la bad capacitor and a/c is now blowing cold air wife is very happy and life is cool again
