From scheduling and estimates with Aaron, to the installation process with Peter, everyone went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly and to the highest level of expectation. The work turned out great, was done in the quoted time, and was a very fair price. Thankful to have them for any future work needed.

    They installed my electric and have serviced it since. Real levelheaded professionals showed up to my house in both instances. Alex was very helpful at the office and James today took care of a hardware warranty issue with greatest of ease and professionalism.

    Setting up an appointment was fast and easy. Technician Peter arrived on time, assessed the problems in an efficient and professional manner, and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. The whole experience could not have been better and the charge for the work was very reasonable. We will be using this company again!

    After the Camp Fire, Chico Electric put my house on a Generac generator. It is a seamless operation now when the power goes out. Brant did a great job, following the operation through several power outages. Chico Electric has been with us through the build, installation of the solar system and through the Fire. They are considerate, on budget and timely. Highly recommended!

    Home experience.... I had PGE come out twice to fix my electrical problem in my home. PGE did not fix it after replacing the wires from the power pole to my home. I called Chico Electric, thinking dont call them because they are always overpriced, and the great technician knew how to fix the problem within 5 mins. Cost under $150. Thank you Chico Electric.

    I accidentally shut off my power and it was after hours (8pm) so I called Chico Electric to help me out. The guy that responded didnt even need to come by and guided me through restoring power myself. Wasnt charged a dime. Thanks again!
