    Van Dyck Mechanical is an absolute godsend!We had a clog in the sewer line on Monday night. I called our home warranty company on Tuesday morning and they referred a plumber to us, but he couldn’t make it until Thursday. When he came out, he was unable to unclog the line. He told me not to worry and to call the city to come out and check the lines. They did and said their lines were clear. Again, he told me not to worry, he was going to do whatever he could to help us out, and he would call me back after talking to our home warranty company. Our home warranty company denied the next step, but he said he would work with us to take care of our problem. He had a machine that was more heavy duty, and he would call me at 4:00 Thursday afternoon to set up a time for Friday.No phone call.I called him 3 times on Friday and left messages. Still no phone call.I was told by my home warranty company that I had to go look for a plumber on my own. I looked up on Yelp, put out requests, and Van Dyck was the only company that actually called me and wanted to talk to me. The other companies just wanted me to schedule an appointment.So I called Van Dyck on Monday afternoon, and they came out today (Tuesday). They were professional, took the time to explain what they were doing, and they were able to unclog the line!I know this review is long, but I wanted to explain why Van Dyck has earned my 5 star rating and my recommendation for this company. I’ve never had to do this before, and I have had companies try to “pull the wool over my eyes” because they know I don’t know what to do or what questions to ask. Van Dyck understood my frustration and I was put at ease. I will be forever grateful to this company!Van Dyck Mechanical LLC is a true example of “The Oklahoman Way”

    We had two other companies come out to try and locate our septic tank. Neither one spent alot of time looking and never found it. Van Duck spent 2-3 hrs. looking and found it. They were not leaving until the job was done. They cleaned out my septic tank and inspected it. Very good service and very professional. I highly recommend Van Duck for all of your septic needs.

    If you ever need Plumbing, HVAC, Commercial HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heating or Refrigeration services you need to call Van Dyck Mechanical. Last week our sewer line started to back up into our house, we called our home warranty service and they sent a plumbing service out 2 days later. He came and worked on trying to clear and after maybe 15 minutes he told us he couldnt clear it. He told us that it was probably in the city line and to call their emergency line. We called them and about an hour later they showed up and looked at our line and then left and came back about an hour later and told us that their line is clear and it was in our line. The plumber told us to call him back if the city couldnt fix it, because he had a bigger machine that he could use to clear it, but it was on a different truck in Stillwater and would call back later in the evening and arrange to come back Friday sometime. He told us not to worry and that he was going to take care of us and he would get it cleared out. Unfortunately he never called back and we tried numerous times to contact him on Friday and he never returned our calls. So, we were stuck over the weekend with a clogged sewer line. Monday morning we called our home warranty place back and they denied to cover anymore work on it and they told us that we have to find a plumber on our own and pay for it ourself. We called several plumbing services and left messages for them to call us back and Van Dyck Mechanical was the only one to call us back. They showed up this morning an hour before our scheduled appointment and they tirelessly worked for about 2 hours trying several different ways to clear it up. They never gave up and whenever we had a question they would answer our questions and they would tell us what they were doing. They were very professional and friendly. Theyre will be our go to place whenever we need any of their services.

    Van Dyck is a great company. Most of the employees are very professional. BEN came out in the rain to look at my unit he wasnt able to repair it at this time due to rain he said he would reschedule for another day. I trust that he will seem to be a man of his word. Hes always very polite, respectful, and explains everything. Hes full of knowledge. I was relieved when he came back out. we had two guys come out four months later to finish a job. Ben started. The 2 guys were not very professional and didnt seem to know what they were doing they had a lot of issues and didnt seem to care if they got the ac fixed correctly or damaged things. Every business gets a bad employee from time to time. They just dont know until they give them a chance over all Van Dyck is a great company.

    My furnace went out on me right before Halloween (when it just starts to get cold out!) Van Dyck Mechanical sent people out to see me that day and identified the problem. Koby and Ben were the two technicians sent out and they both did an awesome job. They were both very professional and quick! Got my heat back on just in time for the colder season. 10/10 will use again and will recommend to others. Costs for the job were both fair and affordable for the work done.

    I called Van Dyck at 1020 on the hottest day and a Saturday. Ben arrived in 30 minutes and had both of our AC units cooling within an hour. After running diagnostics and identifying the issue rather than telling us we needed to replace the unit. We were pleased with his honesty and the time he took explaining how HVAC sytems work. The level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service was superb.

    Thank you to Aaron, Wayne and Jesse who came to take care of our plumbing problem. They came a day ahead of the original scheduled service date, which was awesome. They were very professional and friendly. The job was complete in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and fair.     We have used this company to fix our air conditioner last summer. They did a great job. It was costly but the service men who came out and the office staff are always nice and respectful. A couple days ago we called about a gas leak (propane). They sent out a service guy and the estimate was right around $1000. We decided to fix this ourselves. With that said, we spent $132 for the parts to fix and replace the gas line. So I do believe their estimate was on the high end. We still received courteous and respectfulness from them the whole process. I do believe they could have had a lower cost for labor for this job. But in the end they are a great company.

    I called early in the morning on July 28th of 2021 and they returned my phone call in very fast time. She set up an appointment and Joshua come out with his help and told me exactly what was wrong showed me and gave me options to fix it or of course offered for them to do it for me. I choose for them to repair what I needed done on my sewer and it was very affordable and the 2 gentlemen was very calm in my state of mind it helped me through a stressful time and getting it done and fixed in such a quick time.     Up front about cost.....customer service phenomenal. .they will be first ones we ever call...had to get new unit...Clark made it happen very next day....these guys are AWESOME!This is the second time we have used them.     Burst pipe repaired. The access panel that was cut by one of their plumbers didnt get sealed up. I worked it out with the owner who is a really great guy, who also fixed an unrelated issue I had with my tub.I would recommend this business for sure. Great management team.

    Installed our new furnace and did a great job. Had to call and have him repair our A/C and wa s here on time and fixed it within 30 minutes. Wont use anyone elsehad their electrician Shannon Keef install can lights, install 2 bathroom vents and update light switches.     Honest, reliable and a quick response time. Weve had the annual maintenance agreement Van Dyck for a few years, but havent ever had them for a repair call. When a construction contractor inadvertently knocked our outside unit and caused a small leak in the AC unit, we called Van Dyck and they repaired it quickly and inexpensively. Definitely a fantastic company!!

    We were on the verge of a mental breakdown when we were dealing with our ongoing plumbing issues. We called every single company who services plumbing in the town of Chickasha and NO ONE answered the phone. Messages were left and one place finally called back but we had already found out that Van Dyck Mechanical also offers plumbing services. They not only answered their phone, but they sent several guys out immediately to work on our plumbing issues. Within an hour they were finished and had successfully corrected the problem.     I had an AC tune-up done on my unit. I had recently purchased this property and had no idea when it was last serviced. The technician Blake Steele was friendly and professional. He introduced himself and said he was here to do my service. He was very interactive with me showing me how things looked before the cleaning and after. It was filthy , it looked like a brand new unit once he was done and he cleaned the inside and outside. He checked the mechanicals of the unit and let me know what they were suppose to be and what they are currently. Everything checked out great. He told me about the yearly service plan the company offered and that I could read more about it on their website if I would like. He cleaned up after himself and took care not to damage my property. I would highly recommend Van Dyck Mechanical and will defiantly use then in the future.

    Van Dyck performed electrical and HCAC repairs for us on two separate appointments. They communicated when they were in their way, identified themselves at the door, practiced courtesy and professionalism, came prepared, and followed CDC guidelines for masks and social distancing.     Recently bought a home in Chickasha and did not know anyone here. Was speaking to my new neighbor and he said he would put in a call for me the next morning. That afternoon Josh and John showed up. At the time I was just asking for a price on some plumbing work, it was around 4:30pm. Was at a good price and asked when they could start. I expected later in the week or possibly next week. They started immediately, I was totally shocked. Had them replace a toilet, 1 sink, two faucets, and 1 outdoor faucet. They stayed until after 7.00pm, they got it 90% completed, but had it all working. Couldnt make it back for two days, which i had no problems with. When they were I was very satisfied with the work Josh and John did, they were very professional gentlemen. Were careful to clean their shoes before coming in each time. Apologized for not finishing the first night. Couldnt get the parts they needed due to Locke Supply being closed. I highly recommend these two men to work at your business or home at any time. Was so pleased with their work, paid the bill with no complaints. Gave Josh and John a tip to get lunch or dinner. Congrats Josh and John keep up the great work.     In this day and age a service company with nothing but 5 star reviews are almost unheard of. The exception to this is Van Dyck Mechanical. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and due to the overwhelming volume of calls could not be serviced until the next morning. Most service companies show up late with an excuse, but Clarks crew should up on time and spent less than 45 minutes to make the repairs necessary to get us cooled down again. I initially called Clark because I am a friend of his dads, but Clark and his crew deserve all the credit for bringing and maintaining outstanding service to the Chickasha area. If you need this type of service please do not hesitate to reach out to them, you will be glad you did.

    We have used Van Dyck Mechanical on multiple occasions for heating and plumbing. Daniel and Wayne were professional and friendly while replacing my water heater. My water heater is in a very inconvenient location and they were still in and out in no time and left the space cleaner than it was when they arrived!     After getting several companies out to tell me why I NEEDED A new air conditioner. I asked on the Chickasha help wanted page for suggestions on a heating and air company. Vandyck came up several times and one guy even gave me like the FB page! So I tried them out. The first time we talked this past Tue was about pricing for a new unit.... Then he was like can I just come out and see it and we can go from there. About 15 min later he showes up and checks the unit out... He was like I can sell you a unit but I think it may be a simple fix and possibly some duct work... He said in essence he would sleep better at night knowing he did the right thing by keeping it real and being honest. I was like ok lets make an appointment for Fri(today). The guys were out on time and found out that there was some tore up ducts... The one who had to go under was a trooper even though he almost roasted a bit😏 lol. They were very friendly and the owner was extremely helpful with financing options. I will continue to use them for our air conditioning needs. He is fair and honest and that to me is worth its weight in gold!!!
