    We called Solid Plumbing for a slow draining tub and toilet. Johnny from Solid Plumbing arrived at the time requested and was amazing. He easily diagnosed the issue and was kind enough to explain to a complete novice the cause, the way that the plumbing in the house works and he went above and beyond to fix the issue. We will definitely use Solid Plumbing again and request Johnny in particular.

    Solid Plumbing, Chickasha, OK Staff, Mr. Jeff and workers was on time actually they arrived early, was very kind, explained what my Plumbing problem was under my sink. Was efficient, professional, and best of all fixed my Plumbing sink issues and did not know the other side was linking too, so grateful he fix a Plumbing problem i didnt know i had on the other side of my sink, he Double check his work before they left.     The office personnel Amanda is awesome, she kept in contact with us, especially wanting to get us an available appointment. He technicians Zen and crowd are the best. Theyre inspection was right on point. And fixed our issue in a timely manner and saved us alot of money. And the cleaned up and did a next day follow up. Thank you!!

    Time after time solid plumbing has saved the day! From flushing a baby wipe down the toilet ON thanksgiving day while in labor with my daughter, to a busted pipe from a freeze, to most recently a break in our water main caused by tree roots, Solid Plumbing has been able to come the same day and offers fair, affordable pricing.     Rob and another gentleman showed up within the allotted time slot. I had a backup issue and they fixed the problem in a timely manner. They were professional and explained the cause of the issue. I’ve used this company about 3 times and have never had a bad experience! I am pleased with the service and will call them each time I have a plumbing issue and would recommend them to everyone I know.

    This company has saved me big twice now!I had a different plumbing company (that my insurance sent) come out on 4 separate occasions to try to clear the sewage line to my washing machine. They finally told me I would need to rip up the concrete and spend $1000 (after insurance!) to have it replaced. After arguing with my insurance they finally agreed to send out Solid Plumbing. They had that sewage line cleared the first time. Saving me the unnecessary $1000 expense!The second time was after moving into a new house. The sewage wasnt draining. I had three different plumbers from three different companies come out that couldnt clear it. I was told I needed to replace the whole line, and since it was ran around my pool it was going to cost me $17,000!!! In a final desperate attempt to avoid that obnoxious bill I called Solid Plumbing. They cleared the sewage line like it was no big deal. Saving me $17,000!!!Solid Plumbing is who I call when I want something done correctly!

    Jeff and his coworker were hired through American Home Solutions and I was very pleased. I had a slab leak that was going to cost $3800 but I remembered I signed up for the program with ONG. I called AHS on 08/22, Jeff came out on 8/23 and the leak was fixed with no additional cost on 8/28.Im in shock that ASH covered everything and in more shock that I no longer hear running water through out my house.Jeff was also respectful of the fact I work from home and cleaned up any mess afterwards. I highly recommend Solid Plumbling.Thank you!

    A couple days ago I had the line from the meter to the house break. I called Solid plumbing and within 2 hrs they were out there and got it fixed. They cleaned up the yard after doing all the digging even with all the mud. I wanna say thank you to all that came out and fixed that water line in the single digit temperature.

    I called Solid Plumbing because I had a leak that I could not find. They scheduled David Braden to come out this morning and figure out what was going on. He arrived on time and was extremely confident that he could help. And that was very reassuring to me. While he was working, he was explaining everything he was doing. And as a homeowner, I love learning from others experience. I have to say that having David here this morning was like staying at a Holiday Inn Express. Sure, I did not get a complimentary continental breakfast, but the knowledge I gained was invaluable! He took all of the fear out of calling a plumber. David was very friendly, knowledgeable and definitely earned my business. If you are in need of a great plumber, call Solid Plumbing and request David. You’ll be glad you did!

    I have been working with Solid Plumbing for the last few years and they are wonderful they are experienced, they are friendly, they are professional, they get to the problem. They’ve had to replace my pipes in both of my bathrooms due to tree roots. Zane is outstanding, Jeremy is great And most of the people I have met are great. Kendra is so helpful when you talk to her on the phone as well as the other girl that works there. Are used home service and I always ask for Solid Plumbing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Lawton or the surrounding area.

    My washing machine was leaking onto my kitchen floor underneath the cabinets, I called pippin brothers and they came to my house, did not look at anything, did not assess the situation at all and told me it was a broken pipe under my house and left me with 2 quotes…one quote was for $19,000 to rip up my kitchen floors and fix the pipe and another quote for $5,000 to move my washing machine to an exterior wall and re-route my plumbing. I did not feel comfortable with these quotes being that they didn’t even look at anything so I called SOLID PLUMBING for a second opinion.. they came out, looked at everything, assessed the situation and decided to run cables down the pipe on my roof and fixed my issue for just $200! Turns out it was not a broken pipe and it was just clogged up! Thank you to solid plumbing for actually being honest and working hard until you found the real issue! I’m so glad I got a second opinion and didn’t waste thousands of dollars! Solid plumbing will be my go-to for any plumbing issues!

    My husband and I are first time home owners and our hot water heater went out. We called Solid Plumbing for assistance and they were awesome. Even though it was just a pilot light issue, he talked us through it over the phone with patience. He didnt make us feel stupid (we didnt know how to light the pilot) and taught us something new. Other plumbers wanted to charge us like $100 to come and work on it but Solid Plumbing talked us through it for free. I would definitely try them out for any other issues we have.

    Great experience with Solid Plumbing. My washer drain was backing up into the house via the drain pipe and filling up the kitchen sink. The technicians cleared the sewer line from the kitchen to the outside main line on the opposite end of the house. In addition, when I pulled the washer out to try to fix things myself, I noticed the hot water faucet was corroded. They replaced both hot and cold faucets with new. They also worked with my home warranty, which I was very, very grateful for!

    This clogged sink had been causing us trouble for weeks, but my husband was stubborn and tried all sorts of things before he gave up and had me call a plumber. These guys came in and was out in 20 minutes, sink fixed. No mess no hassle. I will definitely use them again should I need a plumber. Definitely recommend them.

    I moved into my apartment November 30, 2023 and upon moving in I have had no water pressure in either one of my tubs and no hot water throughout my apartment except in one bathroom which the hot water and cold water was lines were crossed. The apartment complex sent a plumber out unsure of the company he was with he walked in turned on my kitchen sink said I had hot water and left now as of today December 21, 2023 my apartment complex sent solid plumbing out! Two guys named Jeff and Corey came in right away and fixed all the problems immediately! Jeff was very respectful and answered every question and concern I had. I recommend these guys to anyone who wants the job done RIGHT!!!!

    Last night i got home to an upstairs water line busted. Called Solid this morning very friendly dispatcher who sent Johnny to my house. Johnny very respectful clean and concerned found the problem repaired the line gave me advise on other problems with 5 star service. The price was more then fair plus i received a military discount from this company which is very military friendly.
