Ivan and his team were recommended byJacquie in our buildings management office. My condo was very dated and it needed brightening, basically everything. Ivan and his team helped me with my plans, letting me know what would be possible and what wouldnt be and offering alternatives and theres nothing Im disappointed with. Ivan always made sure that all the punch list items were done and that I was happy, down to knocking out a piece of another wall at the end to make sure my refrigerator door opened without issues of hitting the wall. He will finish the job and he will do it well. The attention to detail, especially on the canned lights in the living room that was his suggestion, was amazing. I couldnt be happier with my new space.P.S. I just saw the other reviews and how bizarre we are all Shapiros and no we are not at all related.

The work that ETI does is excellent, however the most amazing part of the experience with them lies in their timeliness and communication. They arrive to do the work exactly at the day and time that they agree to and they finish the project on the date that they agree to!!! Weve never worked with another company that does this. Also, they communicate almost daily about what they are doing and answer any questions immediately. Great company!!!!

ETI Construction renovated our bathroom (the only one in our home, thus a particularly important job for us), and did an outstanding job. The experience was 100% positive from start to finish, and I highly recommend this company. The office team was extremely responsive, organized, and communicative. They gave us a very clear timeline (which they actually finished ahead of schedule), and were totally transparent about all associated costs. The workers themselves were professional, timely, courteous, and friendly. The quality of the work is extremely high, and we will enjoy our bathroom for years to come. As I said, I highly recommend this company, and will absolutely use them again for future home improvement projects! In the world of home improvement, it can be truly difficult to know who is trustworthy, who will do a good job, etc. Im so pleased to have chosen ETI Construction, which exceeded all of our expectations!

ETI was truly a life saver. Needed some work to be done urgently and Ivan squeezed us in. He got to planning the work immediately and Jesus executed the work efficiently. Jesus always made sure details were clear and to my liking before things were finalized. ETI works with a very easy and efficient portal that made my choices easy to communicate to the whole team with the click of a button. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

I hired ETI to remodel my kitchen and install oak floors thru out the entire house, I did look at many kitchen layouts to make sure that I chose the right one, I honestly never dreamed of a more beautiful kitchen and floors, I could not be happier with the workmanship and detail that I received. ETI helped me out of a jamb where my original contractor walked just before starting an insurance repair. The transition to ETI was seamless, they helped me get the final adjusted value needed for my claim, allowed me to easily pay for and add on additional work/upgrades, and had great/clear communication along the way. I am a general contractor for a living, but dont have time to manage this condo property, so I was very pleased with their service and quality of work. Highly recommend!
